1 N ow these are the divisions of the sons of Aaron. The sons of Aaron; Nadab, and Abihu, Eleazar, and Ithamar.

И вот распределения сыновей Аароновых: сыновья Аарона: Надав, Авиуд, Елеазар и Ифамар.

2 B ut Nadab and Abihu died before their father, and had no children: therefore Eleazar and Ithamar executed the priest's office.

Надав и Авиуд умерли прежде отца своего, сыновей же не было у них, и потому священствовали Елеазар и Ифамар.

3 A nd David distributed them, both Zadok of the sons of Eleazar, and Ahimelech of the sons of Ithamar, according to their offices in their service.

И распределил их Давид--Садока из сыновей Елеазара, и Ахимелеха из сыновей Ифамара, поочередно на службу их.

4 A nd there were more chief men found of the sons of Eleazar than of the sons of Ithamar, and thus were they divided. Among the sons of Eleazar there were sixteen chief men of the house of their fathers, and eight among the sons of Ithamar according to the house of their fathers.

И нашлось, что между сынами Елеазара глав поколений более, нежели между сынами Ифамара. И он распределил их: из сынов Елеазара шестнадцать глав семейств, а из сынов Ифамара восемь.

5 T hus were they divided by lot, one sort with another; for the governors of the sanctuary, and governors of the house of God, were of the sons of Eleazar, and of the sons of Ithamar.

Распределял же их по жребиям, потому что главными во святилище и главными пред Богом были из сынов Елеазара и из сынов Ифамара,

6 A nd Shemaiah the son of Nethaneel the scribe, one of the Levites, wrote them before the king, and the princes, and Zadok the priest, and Ahimelech the son of Abiathar, and before the chief of the fathers of the priests and Levites: one principal household being taken for Eleazar, and one taken for Ithamar.

и записывал их Шемаия, сын Нафанаила, писец из левитов, пред лицем царя и князей и пред священником Садоком и Ахимелехом, сыном Авиафара, и пред главами семейств священнических и левитских: брали одно семейство из Елеазарова, потом брали из Ифамарова.

7 N ow the first lot came forth to Jehoiarib, the second to Jedaiah,

И вышел первый жребий Иегоиариву, второй Иедаии,

8 T he third to Harim, the fourth to Seorim,

третий Хариму, четвертый Сеориму,

9 T he fifth to Malchijah, the sixth to Mijamin,

пятый Малхию, шестой Миямину,

10 T he seventh to Hakkoz, the eighth to Abijah,

седьмой Гаккоцу, восьмой Авии,

11 T he ninth to Jeshuah, the tenth to Shecaniah,

девятый Иешую, десятый Шехании,

12 T he eleventh to Eliashib, the twelfth to Jakim,

одиннадцатый Елиашиву, двенадцатый Иакиму,

13 T he thirteenth to Huppah, the fourteenth to Jeshebeab,

тринадцатый Хушаю, четырнадцатый Иешеваву,

14 T he fifteenth to Bilgah, the sixteenth to Immer,

пятнадцатый Вилге, шестнадцатый Имеру,

15 T he seventeenth to Hezir, the eighteenth to Aphses,

семнадцатый Хезиру, восемнадцатый Гапицецу,

16 T he nineteenth to Pethahiah, the twentieth to Jehezekel,

девятнадцатый Петахии, двадцатый Иезекиилю,

17 T he one and twentieth to Jachin, the two and twentieth to Gamul,

двадцать первый Иахину, двадцать второй Гамулу,

18 T he three and twentieth to Delaiah, the four and twentieth to Maaziah.

двадцать третий Делаии, двадцать четвертый Маазии.

19 T hese were the orderings of them in their service to come into the house of the Lord, according to their manner, under Aaron their father, as the Lord God of Israel had commanded him.

Вот порядок их при служении их, как приходить в дом Господень, по уставу их чрез Аарона, отца их, как заповедал ему Господь Бог Израилев.

20 A nd the rest of the sons of Levi were these: Of the sons of Amram; Shubael: of the sons of Shubael; Jehdeiah.

У прочих сыновей Левия--: из сынов Амрама: Шуваил; из сынов Шуваила: Иедия;

21 C oncerning Rehabiah: of the sons of Rehabiah, the first was Isshiah.

от Рехавии: из сынов Рехавии Ишшия был первый;

22 O f the Izharites; Shelomoth: of the sons of Shelomoth; Jahath.

от Ицгара: Шеломоф; из сыновей Шеломофа: Иахав;

23 A nd the sons of Hebron; Jeriah the first, Amariah the second, Jahaziel the third, Jekameam the fourth.

из сыновей: первый Иерия, второй Амария, третий Иахазиил, четвертый Иекамам.

24 O f the sons of Uzziel; Michah: of the sons of Michah; Shamir.

сыновей Озиила: Миха; из сыновей Михи: Шамир.

25 T he brother of Michah was Isshiah: of the sons of Isshiah; Zechariah.

Брат Михи Ишшия; из сыновей Ишшии: Захария.

26 T he sons of Merari were Mahli and Mushi: the sons of Jaaziah; Beno.

Сыновья Мерари: Махли и Муши; сыновей Иаазии: Бено.

27 T he sons of Merari by Jaaziah; Beno, and Shoham, and Zaccur, and Ibri.

сыновей Мерари у Иаазии: Бено и Шогам, и Заккур и Иври.

28 O f Mahli came Eleazar, who had no sons.

У Махлия--Елеазар; у него сыновей не было.

29 C oncerning Kish: the son of Kish was Jerahmeel.

У Киса: сыновей Киса: Иерахмиил;

30 T he sons also of Mushi; Mahli, and Eder, and Jerimoth. These were the sons of the Levites after the house of their fathers.

сыновья Мушия: Махли, Едер и Иеримоф. Вот сыновья левитов по поколениям их.

31 T hese likewise cast lots over against their brethren the sons of Aaron in the presence of David the king, and Zadok, and Ahimelech, and the chief of the fathers of the priests and Levites, even the principal fathers over against their younger brethren.

Бросали и они жребий, наравне с братьями своими, сыновьями Аароновыми, пред лицем царя Давида и Садока и Ахимелеха, и глав семейств священнических и левитских: глава семейства наравне с меньшим братом своим.
