1 A labad el Nombre del SEÑOR; Alabadle, siervos del SEÑOR;

Praise ye Jehovah. Praise ye the name of Jehovah; Praise him, O ye servants of Jehovah,

2 l os que estáis en la Casa del SEÑOR, en los atrios de la Casa de nuestro Dios.

Ye that stand in the house of Jehovah, In the courts of the house of our God.

3 A labad a JAH, porque es bueno el SEÑOR; cantad salmos a su Nombre, porque es suave.

Praise ye Jehovah; for Jehovah is good: Sing praises unto his name; for it is pleasant.

4 P orque JAH ha escogido a Jacob para sí, a Israel por posesión suya.

For Jehovah hath chosen Jacob unto himself, And Israel for his own possession.

5 ¶ Porque yo sé que el SEÑOR es grande, y el Señor nuestro, mayor que todos los dioses.

For I know that Jehovah is great, And that our Lord is above all gods.

6 T odo lo que quiso el SEÑOR, hizo en los cielos y en la tierra; en los mares, y en todos los abismos.

Whatsoever Jehovah pleased, that hath he done, In heaven and in earth, in the seas and in all deeps;

7 E l que hace subir las nubes del cabo de la tierra; hizo los relámpagos en la lluvia; el que saca los vientos de sus tesoros.

Who causeth the vapors to ascend from the ends of the earth; Who maketh lightnings for the rain; Who bringeth forth the wind out of his treasuries;

8 E l que hirió a los primogénitos de Egipto, desde el hombre hasta la bestia.

Who smote the first-born of Egypt, Both of man and beast;

9 E nvió señales y prodigios en medio de ti, oh Egipto, sobre el Faraón, y sobre todos sus siervos.

Who sent signs and wonders into the midst of thee, O Egypt, Upon Pharaoh, and upon all his servants;

10 E l que hirió muchos gentiles, y mató reyes poderosos:

Who smote many nations, And slew mighty kings,

11 A Sehón rey amorreo, y a Og rey de Basán, y a todos los reinos de Canaán.

Sihon king of the Amorites, And Og king of Bashan, And all the kingdoms of Canaan,

12 Y dio la tierra de ellos en heredad, en heredad a Israel su pueblo.

And gave their land for a heritage, A heritage unto Israel his people.

13 O h SEÑOR, tu Nombre es eterno; tu memoria, oh SEÑOR para generación y generación.

Thy name, O Jehovah, endureth for ever; Thy memorial name, O Jehovah, throughout all generations.

14 P orque juzgará el SEÑOR su pueblo, y sobre sus siervos se arrepentirá.

For Jehovah will judge his people, And repent himself concerning his servants.

15 ¶ Los ídolos de los gentiles son plata y oro, obra de manos de hombres.

The idols of the nations are silver and gold, The work of men's hands.

16 T ienen boca, y no hablan; tienen ojos, y no ven;

They have mouths, but they speak not; Eyes have they, but they see not;

17 t ienen orejas, y no oyen; tampoco hay espíritu en sus bocas.

They have ears, but they hear not; Neither is there any breath in their mouths.

18 C omo ellos sean los que los hacen; y todos los que en ellos confían.

They that make them shall be like unto them; Yea, every one that trusteth in them.

19 C asa de Israel, bendecid al SEÑOR; casa de Aarón, bendecid al SEÑOR;

O house of Israel, bless ye Jehovah: O house of Aaron, bless ye Jehovah:

20 c asa de Leví, bendecid al SEÑOR; los que teméis al SEÑOR, bendecid al SEÑOR.

O house of Levi, bless ye Jehovah: Ye that fear Jehovah, bless ye Jehovah.

21 B endito el SEÑOR de Sion, el que mora en Jerusalén. Alelu-JAH.

Blessed be Jehovah out of Zion, Who dwelleth at Jerusalem. Praise ye Jehovah.
