For the courses of the doorkeepers: of the Korahites, Meshelemiah the son of Kore, of the sons of Asaph.

2 L os hijos de Meselemías: Zacarías el primogénito, Jediael el segundo, Zebadías el tercero, Jatniel el cuarto;

And Meshelemiah had sons: Zechariah the first-born, Jediael the second, Zebadiah the third, Jathniel the fourth,

3 E lam el quinto, Johanán el sexto, Elioenai el séptimo.

Elam the fifth, Jehohanan the sixth, Eliehoenai the seventh.

4 L os hijos de Obed-edom: Semaías el primogénito, Jozabad el segundo, Joa el tercero, el cuarto Sacar, el quinto Natanael;

And Obed-edom had sons: Shemaiah the first-born, Jehozabad the second, Joah the third, and Sacar the fourth, and Nethanel the fifth,

5 e l sexto Amiel, el séptimo Isacar, el octavo Peultai; porque Dios lo había bendecido.

Ammiel the sixth, Issachar the seventh, Peullethai the eighth; for God blessed him.

6 T ambién de Semaías su hijo nacieron hijos que fueron señores sobre la casa de sus padres; porque eran varones valientes de gran valor.

Also unto Shemaiah his son were sons born, that ruled over the house of their father; for they were mighty men of valor.

7 L os hijos de Semaías: Otni, Rafael, Obed, Elzabad, y sus hermanos, hombres esforzados; asimismo Eliú, y Samaquías.

The sons of Shemaiah: Othni, and Rephael, and Obed, Elzabad, whose brethren were valiant men, Elihu, and Semachiah.

8 T odos éstos de los hijos de Obed-edom; ellos y sus hijos y sus hermanos, fueron varones valientes y esforzados para el ministerio; sesenta y dos, de Obed-edom.

All these were of the sons of Obed-edom: they and their sons and their brethren, able men in strength for the service; threescore and two of Obed-edom.

9 Y los hijos de Meselemías y sus hermanos, dieciocho hombres valientes.

And Meshelemiah had sons and brethren, valiant men, eighteen.

10 D e Hosa, de los hijos de Merari: Simri el principal, (aunque no era el primogénito, mas su padre lo puso para que fuera cabeza);

Also Hosah, of the children of Merari, had sons: Shimri the chief, (for though he was not the first-born, yet his father made him chief),

11 e l segundo Hilcías, el tercero Tebalías, el cuarto Zacarías; todos los hijos de Hosa y sus hermanos fueron trece.

Hilkiah the second, Tebaliah the third, Zechariah the fourth: all the sons and brethren of Hosah were thirteen.

12 D e éstos se hizo la distribución de los porteros, por los principales de los varones de la guardia contra sus hermanos de dos en dos, para ministrar en la Casa del SEÑOR.

Of these were the courses of the doorkeepers, even of the chief men, having offices like their brethren, to minister in the house of Jehovah.

13 Y echaron suertes, el pequeño con el grande, por las casas de sus padres, para cada puerta.

And they cast lots, as well the small as the great, according to their fathers' houses, for every gate.

14 Y cayó la suerte del oriente a Selemías. Y a Zacarías su hijo, consejero entendido, metieron en las suertes; y salió la suerte suya al norte.

And the lot eastward fell to Shelemiah. Then for Zechariah his son, a discreet counsellor, they cast lots; and his lot came out northward.

15 Y por Obed-edom, al mediodía; y por sus hijos, la casa de la consulta.

To Obed-edom southward; and to his sons the store-house.

16 P or Supim y Hosa al occidente, con la puerta de Salequet al camino de la subida, guardia contra guardia.

To Shuppim and Hosah westward, by the gate of Shallecheth, at the causeway that goeth up, watch against watch.

17 A l oriente seis levitas, al norte cuatro de día; al mediodía cuatro de día; y a la casa de la consulta, de dos en dos.

Eastward were six Levites, northward four a day, southward four a day, and for the store-house two and two.

18 E n la cámara de los vasos al occidente, cuatro al camino, y dos en la cámara.

For Parbar westward, four at the causeway, and two at Parbar.

19 E stos son los repartimientos de los porteros, hijos de los coreítas, y de los hijos de Merari.

These were the courses of the doorkeepers; of the sons of the Korahites, and of the sons of Merari.

20 ¶ Y de los levitas, Ahías tenía a su cargo los tesoros de la Casa de Dios, y de los tesoros de las cosas santificadas.

And of the Levites, Ahijah was over the treasures of the house of God, and over the treasures of the dedicated things.

21 E n cuanto a los hijos de Laadán, hijos de Gersón: de Laadán, las cabezas paternas de Laadán fueron Gersón, y Jehieli.

The sons of Ladan, the sons of the Gershonites belonging to Ladan, the heads of the fathers' houses belonging to Ladan the Gershonite: Jehieli.

22 L os hijos de Jehieli, Zetam y Joel su hermano, tuvieron a su cargo los tesoros de la Casa del SEÑOR.

The sons of Jehieli: Zetham, and Joel his brother, over the treasures of the house of Jehovah.

23 A cerca de los amramitas, de los izharitas, de los hebronitas, y de los uzielitas,

Of the Amramites, of the Izharites, of the Hebronites, of the Uzzielites:

24 S ebuel hijo de Gersón, hijo de Moisés, era príncipe sobre los tesoros.

and Shebuel the son of Gershom, the son of Moses, was ruler over the treasures.

25 Y su hermano Eliezer, cuyo hijo era Rehabías, cuyo hijo era Isaías, cuyo hijo era Joram, cuyo hijo era Zicri, cuyo hijo era Selomit.

And his brethren: of Eliezer came Rehabiah his son, and Jeshaiah his son, and Joram his son, and Zichri his son, and Shelomoth his son.

26 E ste Selomit y sus hermanos tenían a su cargo todos los tesoros de todas las cosas santificadas, que había consagrado el rey David, y las cabezas paternas, y los capitanes de los millares y de los cientos, y los príncipes del ejército;

This Shelomoth and his brethren were over all the treasures of the dedicated things, which David the king, and the heads of the fathers' houses, the captains over thousands and hundreds, and the captains of the host, had dedicated.

27 d e lo que habían consagrado de las guerras y de los despojos, para reparar la Casa del SEÑOR.

Out of the spoil won in battles did they dedicate to repair the house of Jehovah.

28 A simismo todas las cosas que había consagrado Samuel vidente, y Saúl hijo de Cis, y Abner hijo de Ner, y Joab hijo de Sarvia; y todo lo que cualquiera consagraba, estaba bajo la mano de Selomit y de sus hermanos.

And all that Samuel the seer, and Saul the son of Kish, and Abner the son of Ner, and Joab the son of Zeruiah, had dedicated, whosoever had dedicated anything, it was under the hand of Shelomoth, and of his brethren.

29 D e los izharitas, Quenanías y sus hijos eran gobernadores y jueces sobre Israel en las obras de fuera.

Of the Izharites, Chenaniah and his sons were for the outward business over Israel, for officers and judges.

30 D e los hebronitas, Hasabías y sus hermanos, hombres de valor, que eran mil setecientos, presidían a Israel al otro lado del Jordán, al occidente, en toda la obra del SEÑOR, y en el servicio del rey.

Of the Hebronites, Hashabiah and his brethren, men of valor, a thousand and seven hundred, had the oversight of Israel beyond the Jordan westward, for all the business of Jehovah, and for the service of the king.

31 D e los hebronitas, Jerías era el principal entre los hebronitas repartidos en sus generaciones paternas. En el año cuarenta del reinado de David se buscaron, y se hallaron entre ellos valientes de gran valor en Jazer de Galaad.

Of the Hebronites was Jerijah the chief, even of the Hebronites, according to their generations by fathers' houses. In the fortieth year of the reign of David they were sought for, and there were found among them mighty men of valor at Jazer of Gilead.

32 Y sus hermanos, hombres valientes, eran dos mil setecientos, cabezas paternas, los cuales el rey David constituyó sobre los rubenitas, gaditas, y sobre la media tribu de Manasés, para todas las cosas de Dios, y las cosas del rey.

And his brethren, men of valor, were two thousand and seven hundred, heads of fathers' houses, whom king David made overseers over the Reubenites, and the Gadites, and the half-tribe of the Manassites, for every matter pertaining to God, and for the affairs of the king.
