1 E n el año veinticinco de nuestro destierro, al principio del año, a los diez días del mes, catorce años después de haber sido tomada la ciudad, en aquel mismo día vino sobre mí la mano del Señor, y me llevó allá.

In the five and twentieth year of our captivity, in the beginning of the year, in the tenth day of the month, in the fourteenth year after that the city was smitten, in the selfsame day the hand of the Lord was upon me, and brought me thither.

2 E n visiones de Dios, El me llevó a la tierra de Israel y me puso sobre un monte muy alto, sobre el cual, hacia el sur, había una construcción parecida a una ciudad.

In the visions of God brought he me into the land of Israel, and set me upon a very high mountain, by which was as the frame of a city on the south.

3 M e llevó allá; y vi a un hombre cuyo aspecto era semejante al bronce, con un cordel de lino y una caña de medir (unos 3 m) en la mano, y estaba de pie en la puerta.

And he brought me thither, and, behold, there was a man, whose appearance was like the appearance of brass, with a line of flax in his hand, and a measuring reed; and he stood in the gate.

4 Y el hombre me dijo: “Hijo de hombre, mira con tus ojos, oye con tus oídos y presta atención a todo lo que te voy a mostrar; porque has sido traído aquí para que te sea mostrado. Declara todo lo que ves a la casa de Israel.”

And the man said unto me, Son of man, behold with thine eyes, and hear with thine ears, and set thine heart upon all that I shall shew thee; for to the intent that I might shew them unto thee art thou brought hither: declare all that thou seest to the house of Israel.

5 E ntonces vi que por el exterior del templo había un muro, todo alrededor, y en la mano del hombre había una caña de medir de 6 codos (3. 2 m), cada codo era de un codo y un palmo menor (52. 5 cm). Midió el muro, y tenía 3. 2 metros (una caña) de ancho y 3. 2 metros de alto.

And behold a wall on the outside of the house round about, and in the man’s hand a measuring reed of six cubits long by the cubit and an hand breadth: so he measured the breadth of the building, one reed; and the height, one reed.

6 E ntonces fue a la puerta que miraba al oriente, subió las gradas, y midió el umbral de la puerta, y tenía 3. 2 metros de ancho, y el otro umbral, 3. 2 metros de ancho.

Then came he unto the gate which looketh toward the east, and went up the stairs thereof, and measured the threshold of the gate, which was one reed broad; and the other threshold of the gate, which was one reed broad.

7 L a cámara tenía 3. 2 metros de largo y 3. 2 metros de ancho; y entre las cámaras había 2. 63 metros; el umbral de la puerta junto al vestíbulo de la puerta hacia el interior tenía 3. 2 metros de fondo.

And every little chamber was one reed long, and one reed broad; and between the little chambers were five cubits; and the threshold of the gate by the porch of the gate within was one reed.

8 E ntonces midió el vestíbulo de la puerta, hacia el interior, y tenía 3. 2 metros.

He measured also the porch of the gate within, one reed.

9 M idió el vestíbulo de la puerta, y tenía 4. 2 metros, y sus pilares, 1. 05 metros. Y el vestíbulo de la puerta estaba hacia el interior.

Then measured he the porch of the gate, eight cubits; and the posts thereof, two cubits; and the porch of the gate was inward.

10 L as cámaras de la puerta hacia el oriente eran tres por cada lado; las tres tenían la misma medida. Los pilares a cada lado tenían también la misma medida.

And the little chambers of the gate eastward were three on this side, and three on that side; they three were of one measure: and the posts had one measure on this side and on that side.

11 E l hombre midió la anchura del vestíbulo, y tenía 5. 25 metros, y la longitud de la puerta, 6. 83 metros.

And he measured the breadth of the entry of the gate, ten cubits; and the length of the gate, thirteen cubits.

12 Y había una barrera frente a las cámaras de un codo (52. 5 cm) por un lado, y de 52. 5 centímetros por el otro; cada cámara tenía 3. 2 metros por un lado y 3. 2 metros por el otro.

The space also before the little chambers was one cubit on this side, and the space was one cubit on that side: and the little chambers were six cubits on this side, and six cubits on that side.

13 M idió la puerta desde el techo de una cámara al techo de la otra; una anchura de 13. 13 metros desde una puerta hasta la puerta opuesta.

He measured then the gate from the roof of one little chamber to the roof of another: the breadth was five and twenty cubits, door against door.

14 M idió también los pilares, y tenían 31. 5 metros de altura. El atrio alrededor de la puerta se extendía hasta el pilar lateral.

He made also posts of threescore cubits, even unto the post of the court round about the gate.

15 D esde el frente de la puerta de entrada hasta el frente del vestíbulo de la puerta interior había 26. 25 metros.

And from the face of the gate of the entrance unto the face of the porch of the inner gate were fifty cubits.

16 Y había ventanas estrechas que daban hacia las habitaciones, hacia sus pilares de dentro de la puerta por todo alrededor y asimismo para los pórticos. Había ventanas todo alrededor por dentro, y en cada pilar había figuras de palmeras.

And there were narrow windows to the little chambers, and to their posts within the gate round about, and likewise to the arches: and windows were round about inward: and upon each post were palm trees.

17 E ntonces el hombre me llevó al atrio exterior, en el cual había cámaras y un pavimento construido todo alrededor del atrio; treinta cámaras daban al pavimento.

Then brought he me into the outward court, and, lo, there were chambers, and a pavement made for the court round about: thirty chambers were upon the pavement.

18 E l pavimento ( esto es, el pavimento inferior) estaba al lado de las puertas, y correspondía a la longitud de las puertas.

And the pavement by the side of the gates over against the length of the gates was the lower pavement.

19 M idió el ancho desde el frente de la puerta inferior hasta el frente del atrio interior por fuera, y tenía 52. 5 metros al oriente y al norte.

Then he measured the breadth from the forefront of the lower gate unto the forefront of the inner court without, an hundred cubits eastward and northward.

20 Y con respecto a la puerta del atrio exterior que daba al norte, midió su longitud y su anchura.

And the gate of the outward court that looked toward the north, he measured the length thereof, and the breadth thereof.

21 H abía tres cámaras en cada lado, y sus pilares y sus pórticos eran de la misma medida que la primera puerta. Su longitud era de 26. 25 metros, y la anchura de 13. 13 metros.

And the little chambers thereof were three on this side and three on that side; and the posts thereof and the arches thereof were after the measure of the first gate: the length thereof was fifty cubits, and the breadth five and twenty cubits.

22 S us ventanas, sus pórticos y sus figuras de palmeras tenían las mismas medidas de la puerta que daba al oriente; se subía a ella por siete gradas, y su pórtico estaba delante de ellas.

And their windows, and their arches, and their palm trees, were after the measure of the gate that looketh toward the east; and they went up unto it by seven steps; and the arches thereof were before them.

23 E l atrio interior tenía una puerta frente a la puerta del norte así como también a la puerta del oriente; y midió 52. 5 metros de puerta a puerta.

And the gate of the inner court was over against the gate toward the north, and toward the east; and he measured from gate to gate an hundred cubits.

24 L uego el hombre me llevó hacia el sur, donde había una puerta que daba hacia el sur; y midió sus pilares y sus pórticos conforme a aquellas mismas medidas.

After that he brought me toward the south, and behold a gate toward the south: and he measured the posts thereof and the arches thereof according to these measures.

25 L a puerta y sus pórticos tenían ventanas todo alrededor como las otras ventanas; la longitud era de 26. 25 metros y la anchura de 13. 13 metros.

And there were windows in it and in the arches thereof round about, like those windows: the length was fifty cubits, and the breadth five and twenty cubits.

26 Y había siete gradas para subir a ella, y sus pórticos estaban delante de ellas; y tenía figuras de palmeras sobre sus pilares, una a cada lado.

And there were seven steps to go up to it, and the arches thereof were before them: and it had palm trees, one on this side, and another on that side, upon the posts thereof.

27 E l atrio interior tenía una puerta hacia el sur; y midió de puerta a puerta hacia el sur, y eran 52. 5 metros.

And there was a gate in the inner court toward the south: and he measured from gate to gate toward the south an hundred cubits.

28 D espués me llevó al atrio interior por la puerta del sur, y midió la puerta del sur conforme a aquellas mismas medidas.

And he brought me to the inner court by the south gate: and he measured the south gate according to these measures;

29 T ambién sus cámaras, sus pilares y sus pórticos eran conforme a aquellas mismas medidas. Y la puerta y sus pórticos tenían ventanas todo alrededor; era de 13. 13 metros de largo y 13. 13 metros de ancho.

and the little chambers thereof, and the posts thereof, and the arches thereof, according to these measures: and there were windows in it and in the arches thereof round about: it was fifty cubits long, and five and twenty cubits broad.

30 Y había pórticos todo alrededor de 13. 13 metros de largo y 2. 63 metros de ancho.

And the arches round about were five and twenty cubits long, and five cubits broad.

31 S us pórticos daban al atrio exterior; y había figuras de palmeras en sus pilares, y se subía por ocho gradas.

And the arches thereof were toward the utter court; and palm trees were upon the posts thereof: and the going up to it had eight steps.

32 E ntonces me llevó al atrio interior que daba al oriente, y midió la puerta conforme a aquellas mismas medidas.

And he brought me into the inner court toward the east: and he measured the gate according to these measures.

33 T ambién sus cámaras, sus pilares, y sus pórticos eran conforme a aquellas mismas medidas. Y la puerta y sus pórticos tenían ventanas todo alrededor; era de 26. 25 metros de largo y 13. 13 metros de ancho.

And the little chambers thereof, and the posts thereof, and the arches thereof, were according to these measures: and there were windows therein and in the arches thereof round about: it was fifty cubits long, and five and twenty cubits broad.

34 S us pórticos daban al atrio exterior; y había figuras de palmeras en sus pilares a cada lado, y se subía por ocho gradas.

And the arches thereof were toward the outward court; and palm trees were upon the posts thereof, on this side, and on that side: and the going up to it had eight steps.

35 E l hombre me llevó luego a la puerta del norte, y la midió conforme a aquellas mismas medidas,

And he brought me to the north gate, and measured it according to these measures;

36 c on sus cámaras, sus pilares y sus pórticos. La puerta tenía ventanas a su alrededor; era de 26. 25 metros de largo y 13. 13 metros de ancho.

the little chambers thereof, the posts thereof, and the arches thereof, and the windows to it round about: the length was fifty cubits, and the breadth five and twenty cubits.

37 S us pilares daban al atrio exterior; y había figuras de palmeras en sus pilares a cada lado, y se subía por ocho gradas.

And the posts thereof were toward the utter court; and palm trees were upon the posts thereof, on this side, and on that side: and the going up to it had eight steps.

38 H abía una cámara con su entrada junto a los pilares de las puertas; allí lavaban el holocausto.

And the chambers and the entries thereof were by the posts of the gates, where they washed the burnt offering.

39 E n el vestíbulo de la puerta había a cada lado dos mesas, en las cuales degollaban el holocausto, la ofrenda por el pecado y la ofrenda por la culpa.

And in the porch of the gate were two tables on this side, and two tables on that side, to slay thereon the burnt offering and the sin offering and the trespass offering.

40 Y por el lado de afuera, conforme uno subía a la entrada de la puerta, hacia el norte, había dos mesas; y al otro lado del vestíbulo de la puerta había dos mesas.

And at the side without, as one goeth up to the entry of the north gate, were two tables; and on the other side, which was at the porch of the gate, were two tables.

41 H abía cuatro mesas a un lado y cuatro mesas al otro lado, junto a la puerta: ocho mesas sobre las cuales degollaban los sacrificios.

Four tables were on this side, and four tables on that side, by the side of the gate; eight tables, whereupon they slew their sacrifices.

42 P ara el holocausto había cuatro mesas de piedra labrada de 79 centímetros de largo, 79 centímetros de ancho y 52. 5 centímetros de alto, sobre las cuales se colocaban los instrumentos con que degollaban el holocausto y el sacrificio.

And the four tables were of hewn stone for the burnt offering, of a cubit and an half long, and a cubit and an half broad, and one cubit high: whereupon also they laid the instruments wherewith they slew the burnt offering and the sacrifice.

43 G anchos dobles, de 7. 5 centímetros (un palmo menor) de longitud, estaban colocados en el interior, todo alrededor; y sobre las mesas estaba la carne de la ofrenda.

And within were hooks, an hand broad, fastened round about: and upon the tables was the flesh of the offering.

44 F uera de la puerta interior, en el atrio de adentro, había dos cámaras, una de las cuales estaba al lado de la puerta del norte con su fachada hacia el sur, y la otra al lado de la puerta del sur con su fachada hacia el norte.

And without the inner gate were the chambers of the singers in the inner court, which was at the side of the north gate; and their prospect was toward the south: one at the side of the east gate having the prospect toward the north.

45 Y el hombre me dijo: “Esta cámara cuya fachada da al sur, es para los sacerdotes encargados del templo;

And he said unto me, This chamber, whose prospect is toward the south, is for the priests, the keepers of the charge of the house.

46 y la cámara cuya fachada da al norte, es para los sacerdotes encargados del altar. Estos son los hijos de Sadoc, que, de los hijos de Leví, se acercan al Señor para servirle.”

And the chamber whose prospect is toward the north is for the priests, the keepers of the charge of the altar: these are the sons of Zadok among the sons of Levi, which come near to the Lord to minister unto him.

47 Y midió el atrio, un cuadrado de 52. 5 metros de largo y 52. 5 metros de ancho; y el altar estaba delante del templo.

So he measured the court, an hundred cubits long, and an hundred cubits broad, foursquare; and the altar that was before the house.

48 M e llevó después al pórtico del templo y midió cada pilar del pórtico, 2. 63 metros por un lado y 2. 63 metros por el otro; y la anchura de la puerta, 1. 58 metros por un lado y 1. 58 metros por el otro.

And he brought me to the porch of the house, and measured each post of the porch, five cubits on this side, and five cubits on that side: and the breadth of the gate was three cubits on this side, and three cubits on that side.

49 L a longitud del pórtico era de 10. 5 metros y la anchura de 5. 78 metros; y junto a las gradas por donde se subía a él, había columnas junto a los pilares, una a un lado y otra al otro.

The length of the porch was twenty cubits, and the breadth eleven cubits; and he brought me by the steps whereby they went up to it: and there were pillars by the posts, one on this side, and another on that side.
