1 ( По слав. 96.) Господ царува; нека се радва земята; нека се веселят множеството острови.

The Lord reigneth; let the earth rejoice; let the multitude of isles be glad thereof.

2 О блак и мрак са около Него; правда и съд са основа на престола Му.

Clouds and darkness are round about him: righteousness and judgment are the habitation of his throne.

3 О гън излиза пред Него и изгаря противниците Му отвред.

A fire goeth before him, and burneth up his enemies round about.

4 С веткавиците Му осветяват вселената; земята вижда и трепери.

His lightnings enlightened the world: the earth saw, and trembled.

5 П ланините се топят като восък от присъствието Господне; от присъствието на Господа на цялата земя.

The hills melted like wax at the presence of the Lord, at the presence of the Lord of the whole earth.

6 Н ебесата възвестяват правдата Му; и всичките племена виждат славата Му

The heavens declare his righteousness, and all the people see his glory.

7 Н ека се посрамят всички, които служат на изваяните идоли, които се хвалят с кумирите; поклонете се на Него, всички богове.

Confounded be all they that serve graven images, that boast themselves of idols: worship him, all ye gods.

8 Ч у Сион и се развесели и Юдовите дъщери се зарадваха поради Твоите справедливи отсъждания, Господи.

Zion heard, and was glad; and the daughters of Judah rejoiced because of thy judgments, O Lord.

9 З ащото Ти, Господи, си високопоставен над цялата земя, превъзвишен си над всички богове.

For thou, Lord, art high above all the earth: thou art exalted far above all gods.

10 В ие, които обичате Господа, мразете злото! Той пази душите на светиите Си, избавя ги от ръката на нечестивите.

Ye that love the Lord, hate evil: he preserveth the souls of his saints; he delivereth them out of the hand of the wicked.

11 С ветлина се сее за праведния и веселие - за онези, които са с прави сърца.

Light is sown for the righteous, and gladness for the upright in heart.

12 В еселете се в Господа вие, праведни, и възхвалявайте спомена за Неговата святост.

Rejoice in the Lord, ye righteous; and give thanks at the remembrance of his holiness.
