1 A nd the Lord spake unto Moses, saying,

2 S peak unto the children of Israel, that they bring me an offering: of every man that giveth it willingly with his heart ye shall take my offering.

“Diga aos israelitas que me tragam uma oferta. Receba-a de todo aquele cujo coração o compelir a dar.

3 A nd this is the offering which ye shall take of them; gold, and silver, and brass,

Estas são as ofertas que deverá receber deles: ouro, prata e bronze,

4 a nd blue, and purple, and scarlet, and fine linen, and goats’ hair,

fios de tecidos azul, roxo e vermelho, linho fino, pêlos de cabra,

5 a nd rams’ skins dyed red, and badgers’ skins, and shittim wood,

peles de carneiro tingidas de vermelho, couro, madeira de acácia,

6 o il for the light, spices for anointing oil, and for sweet incense,

azeite para iluminação; especiarias para o óleo da unção e para o incenso aromático;

7 o nyx stones, and stones to be set in the ephod, and in the breastplate.

pedras de ônix e outras pedras preciosas para serem encravadas no colete sacerdotal e no peitoral.

8 A nd let them make me a sanctuary; that I may dwell among them.

“E farão um santuário para mim, e eu habitarei no meio deles.

9 A ccording to all that I shew thee, after the pattern of the tabernacle, and the pattern of all the instruments thereof, even so shall ye make it.

Façam tudo como eu lhe mostrar, conforme o modelo do tabernáculo e de cada utensílio. A Arca da Aliança

10 A nd they shall make an ark of shittim wood: two cubits and a half shall be the length thereof, and a cubit and a half the breadth thereof, and a cubit and a half the height thereof.

“Faça uma arca de madeira de acácia com um metro e dez centímetros de comprimento, setenta centímetros de largura e setenta centímetros de altura.

11 A nd thou shalt overlay it with pure gold, within and without shalt thou overlay it, and shalt make upon it a crown of gold round about.

Revista-a de ouro puro, por dentro e por fora, e faça uma moldura de ouro ao seu redor.

12 A nd thou shalt cast four rings of gold for it, and put them in the four corners thereof; and two rings shall be in the one side of it, and two rings in the other side of it.

Mande fundir quatro argolas de ouro para ela e prenda-as em seus quatro pés, com duas argolas de um lado e duas do outro.

13 A nd thou shalt make staves of shittim wood, and overlay them with gold.

Depois faça varas de madeira de acácia, revista-as de ouro

14 A nd thou shalt put the staves into the rings by the sides of the ark, that the ark may be borne with them.

e coloque-as nas argolas laterais da arca, para que possa ser carregada.

15 T he staves shall be in the rings of the ark: they shall not be taken from it.

As varas permanecerão nas argolas da arca; não devem ser retiradas.

16 A nd thou shalt put into the ark the testimony which I shall give thee.

Então coloque dentro da arca as tábuas da aliança que lhe darei.

17 A nd thou shalt make a mercy seat of pure gold: two cubits and a half shall be the length thereof, and a cubit and a half the breadth thereof.

“Faça uma tampa de ouro puro com um metro e dez centímetros de comprimento por setenta centímetros de largura,

18 A nd thou shalt make two cherubims of gold, of beaten work shalt thou make them, in the two ends of the mercy seat.

com dois querubins de ouro batido nas extremidades da tampa.

19 A nd make one cherub on the one end, and the other cherub on the other end: even of the mercy seat shall ye make the cherubims on the two ends thereof.

Faça um querubim numa extremidade e o segundo na outra, formando uma só peça com a tampa.

20 A nd the cherubims shall stretch forth their wings on high, covering the mercy seat with their wings, and their faces shall look one to another; toward the mercy seat shall the faces of the cherubims be.

Os querubins devem ter suas asas estendidas para cima, cobrindo com elas a tampa. Ficarão de frente um para o outro, com o rosto voltado para a tampa.

21 A nd thou shalt put the mercy seat above upon the ark; and in the ark thou shalt put the testimony that I shall give thee.

Coloque a tampa sobre a arca, e dentro dela as tábuas da aliança que darei a você.

22 A nd there I will meet with thee, and I will commune with thee from above the mercy seat, from between the two cherubims which are upon the ark of the testimony, of all things which I will give thee in commandment unto the children of Israel.

Ali, sobre a tampa, no meio dos dois querubins que se encontram sobre a arca da aliança, eu me encontrarei com você e lhe darei todos os meus mandamentos destinados aos israelitas. A Mesa e seus Utensílios

23 T hou shalt also make a table of shittim wood: two cubits shall be the length thereof, and a cubit the breadth thereof, and a cubit and a half the height thereof.

“Faça uma mesa de madeira de acácia com noventa centímetros de comprimento, quarenta e cinco centímetros de largura e setenta centímetros de altura.

24 A nd thou shalt overlay it with pure gold, and make thereto a crown of gold round about.

Revista-a de ouro puro e faça uma moldura de ouro ao seu redor.

25 A nd thou shalt make unto it a border of an hand breadth round about, and thou shalt make a golden crown to the border thereof round about.

Faça também ao seu redor uma borda com a largura de quatro dedos e uma moldura de ouro para essa borda.

26 A nd thou shalt make for it four rings of gold, and put the rings in the four corners that are on the four feet thereof.

Faça quatro argolas de ouro para a mesa e prenda-as nos quatro cantos dela, onde estão os seus quatro pés.

27 O ver against the border shall the rings be for places of the staves to bear the table.

As argolas devem ser presas próximas da borda para que sustentem as varas usadas para carregar a mesa.

28 A nd thou shalt make the staves of shittim wood, and overlay them with gold, that the table may be borne with them.

Faça as varas de madeira de acácia, revestindo-as de ouro; com elas se carregará a mesa.

29 A nd thou shalt make the dishes thereof, and spoons thereof, and covers thereof, and bowls thereof, to cover withal: of pure gold shalt thou make them.

Faça de ouro puro os seus pratos e o recipiente para incenso, as suas tigelas e as bacias nas quais se derramam as ofertas de bebidas.

30 A nd thou shalt set upon the table shewbread before me alway.

Coloque sobre a mesa os pães da Presença, para que estejam sempre diante de mim. O Candelabro de Ouro

31 A nd thou shalt make a candlestick of pure gold: of beaten work shall the candlestick be made: his shaft, and his branches, his bowls, his knops, and his flowers, shall be of the same.

“Faça um candelabro de ouro puro e batido. O pedestal, a haste, as taças, as flores e os botões do candelabro formarão com ele uma só peça.

32 A nd six branches shall come out of the sides of it; three branches of the candlestick out of the one side, and three branches of the candlestick out of the other side:

Seis braços sairão do candelabro: três de um lado e três do outro.

33 t hree bowls made like unto almonds, with a knop and a flower in one branch; and three bowls made like almonds in the other branch, with a knop and a flower: so in the six branches that come out of the candlestick.

Haverá três taças com formato de flor de amêndoa num dos braços, cada uma com botão e flor, e três taças com formato de flor de amêndoa no braço seguinte, cada uma com botão e flor. Assim será com os seis braços que saem do candelabro.

34 A nd in the candlestick shall be four bowls made like unto almonds, with their knops and their flowers.

Na haste do candelabro haverá quatro taças com formato de flor de amêndoa, cada uma com botão e flor.

35 A nd there shall be a knop under two branches of the same, and a knop under two branches of the same, and a knop under two branches of the same, according to the six branches that proceed out of the candlestick.

Haverá um botão debaixo de cada par dos seis braços que saem do candelabro.

36 T heir knops and their branches shall be of the same: all it shall be one beaten work of pure gold.

Os braços com seus botões formarão uma só peça com o candelabro, tudo feito de ouro puro e batido.

37 A nd thou shalt make the seven lamps thereof: and they shall light the lamps thereof, that they may give light over against it.

“Faça-lhe também sete lâmpadas e coloque-as nele para que iluminem a frente dele.

38 A nd the tongs thereof, and the snuffdishes thereof, shall be of pure gold.

Seus cortadores de pavio e seus apagadores serão de ouro puro.

39 O f a talent of pure gold shall he make it, with all these vessels.

Com trinta e cinco quilos de ouro puro faça o candelabro e todos esses utensílios.

40 A nd look that thou make them after their pattern, which was shewed thee in the mount.

Tenha o cuidado de fazê-lo segundo o modelo que lhe foi mostrado no monte.
