1 J ehová reina; regocíjese la tierra, Alégrense las muchas islas.

Jehovah reigneth; let the earth rejoice; Let the multitude of isles be glad.

2 N ubes y oscuridad alrededor de él; Justicia y juicio son el cimiento de su trono.

Clouds and darkness are round about him: Righteousness and justice are the foundation of his throne.

3 F uego irá delante de él, Y abrasará a sus enemigos alrededor.

A fire goeth before him, And burneth up his adversaries round about.

4 S us relámpagos alumbran el mundo; La tierra lo ve y se estremece.

His lightnings lightened the world: The earth saw, and trembled.

5 L os montes se derriten como cera delante de Jehová, Delante del Señor de toda la tierra.

The mountains melted like wax at the presence of Jehovah, At the presence of the Lord of the whole earth.

6 L os cielos anuncian su justicia, Y todos los pueblos ven su gloria.

The heavens declare his righteousness, And all the peoples have seen his glory.

7 A vergüéncense todos los que sirven a las imágenes de talla, Los que se glorían en los ídolos. Póstrense a él todos los dioses.

Let all them be put to shame that serve graven images, That boast themselves of idols: Worship him, all ye gods.

8 L o oye Sión, y se alegra; Y las hijas de Judá, Oh Jehová, se regocijan a causa de tus juicios.

Zion heard and was glad, And the daughters of Judah rejoiced, Because of thy judgments, O Jehovah.

9 P orque tú, Jehová, eres excelso sobre toda la tierra; Estás encumbrado sobre todos los dioses.

For thou, Jehovah, art most high above all the earth: Thou art exalted far above all gods.

10 J ehová ama a los que aborrecen el mal; Él guarda las almas de sus santos; De manos de los impíos los libra.

O ye that love Jehovah, hate evil: He preserveth the souls of his saints; He delivereth them out of the hand of the wicked.

11 L a luz está implantada dentro del justo, Y la alegría en los rectos de corazón.

Light is sown for the righteous, And gladness for the upright in heart.

12 A legraos, justos, en Jehová, Y alabad su santo nombre.

Be glad in Jehovah, ye righteous; And give thanks to his holy memorial name.
