1 O ración de David. INCLINA, oh Jehová, tu oído, y óyeme; Porque estoy afligido y menesteroso.

Incline thine ear, Jehovah, answer me; for I am afflicted and needy.

2 G uarda mi alma, porque soy pío: Salva tú, oh Dios mío, á tu siervo que en ti confía.

Keep my soul, for I am godly; O thou my God, save thy servant who confideth in thee.

3 T en misericordia de mí, oh Jehová: Porque á ti clamo todo el día.

Be gracious unto me, O Lord; for unto thee do I call all the day.

4 A legra el alma de tu siervo: Porque á ti, oh Señor, levanto mi alma.

Rejoice the soul of thy servant; for unto thee, Lord, do I lift up my soul.

5 P orque tú, Señor, eres bueno y perdonador, Y grande en misericordia para con todos los que te invocan.

For thou, Lord, art good, and ready to forgive, and art of great loving-kindness unto all that call upon thee.

6 E scucha, oh Jehová, mi oración, Y está atento á la voz de mis ruegos.

Give ear, O Jehovah, unto my prayer, and attend to the voice of my supplications.

7 E n el día de mi angustia te llamaré: Porque tú me respondes.

In the day of my distress I will call upon thee, for thou wilt answer me.

8 O h Señor, ninguno hay como tú entre los dioses, Ni obras que igualen tus obras.

Among the gods there is none like unto thee, Lord, and there is nothing like unto thy works.

9 T odas las gentes que hiciste vendrán y se humillarán delante de ti, Señor; Y glorificarán tu nombre.

All nations whom thou hast made shall come and worship before thee, O Lord, and shall glorify thy name.

10 P orque tú eres grande, y hacedor de maravillas: Tú solo eres Dios.

For thou art great, and doest wondrous things: thou art God, thou alone.

11 E nséñame, oh Jehová, tu camino; caminaré yo en tu verdad: Consolida mi corazón para que tema tu nombre.

Teach me thy way, Jehovah; I will walk in thy truth: unite my heart to fear thy name.

12 T e alabaré, oh Jehová Dios mío, con todo mi corazón; Y glorificaré tu nombre para siempre.

I will praise thee, O Lord my God, with my whole heart; and I will glorify thy name for evermore.

13 P orque tu misericordia es grande para conmigo; Y has librado mi alma del hoyo profundo.

For great is thy loving-kindness toward me, and thou hast delivered my soul from the lowest Sheol.

14 O h Dios, soberbios se levantaron contra mí, Y conspiración de fuertes ha buscado mi alma, Y no te pusieron delante de sí.

O God, the proud are risen against me, and the assembly of the violent seek after my soul, and they have not set thee before them.

15 M as tú, Señor, Dios misericordioso y clemente, Lento para la ira, y grande en misericordia y verdad;

But thou, Lord, art a God merciful and gracious, slow to anger, and abundant in goodness and truth.

16 M írame, y ten misericordia de mí: Da tu fortaleza á tu siervo, Y guarda al hijo de tu sierva.

Turn toward me, and be gracious unto me; give thy strength unto thy servant, and save the son of thine handmaid.

17 H az conmigo señal para bien, Y veánla los que me aborrecen, y sean avergonzados; Porque tú, Jehová, me ayudaste, y me consolaste.

Shew me a token for good, that they which hate me may see it, and be ashamed; for thou, Jehovah, hast helped me and comforted me.
