1 A MO á Jehová, pues ha oído Mi voz y mis súplicas.

I love Jehovah, for he hath heard my voice my supplications;

2 P orque ha inclinado á mí su oído, Invocaré le por tanto en todos mis días.

For he hath inclined his ear unto me, and I will call upon him during my days.

3 R odeáronme los dolores de la muerte, Me encontraron las angustias del sepulcro: Angustia y dolor había yo hallado.

The bands of death encompassed me, and the anguish of Sheol took hold of me; I found trouble and sorrow:

4 E ntonces invoqué el nombre de Jehová, diciendo: Libra ahora, oh Jehová, mi alma.

Then called I upon the name of Jehovah: I beseech thee, Jehovah, deliver my soul.

5 C lemente es Jehová y justo; Sí, misericordioso es nuestro Dios.

Gracious is Jehovah and righteous; and our God is merciful.

6 J ehová guarda á los sinceros: Estaba yo postrado, y salvóme.

Jehovah keepeth the simple: I was brought low, and he saved me.

7 V uelve, oh alma mía, á tu reposo; Porque Jehová te ha hecho bien.

Return unto thy rest, O my soul; for Jehovah hath dealt bountifully with thee.

8 P ues tú has librado mi alma de la muerte, Mis ojos de lágrimas, Y mis pies de desbarrar.

For thou hast delivered my soul from death, mine eyes from tears, my feet from falling.

9 A ndaré delante de Jehová En la tierra de los vivientes.

I will walk before Jehovah in the land of the living.

10 C reí; por tanto hablé, Estando afligido en gran manera.

I believed, therefore have I spoken. As for me, I was greatly afflicted.

11 Y dije en mi apresuramiento: Todo hombre es mentiroso.

I said in my haste, All men are liars.

12 ¿ Qué pagaré á Jehová Por todos sus beneficios para conmigo?

What shall I render unto Jehovah, all his benefits toward me?

13 T omaré la copa de la salud, E invocaré el nombre de Jehová.

I will take the cup of salvation, and call upon the name of Jehovah.

14 A hora pagaré mis votos á Jehová Delante de todo su pueblo.

I will perform my vows unto Jehovah, yea, before all his people.

15 E stimada es en los ojos de Jehová La muerte de sus santos.

Precious in the sight of Jehovah is the death of his saints.

16 O h Jehová, que yo soy tu siervo, Yo tu siervo, hijo de tu sierva: Rompiste mis prisiones.

Yea, Jehovah! for I am thy servant; I am thy servant, the son of thy handmaid: thou hast loosed my bonds.

17 T e ofreceré sacrificio de alabanza, E invocaré el nombre de Jehová.

I will offer to thee the sacrifice of thanksgiving, and will call upon the name of Jehovah.

18 A Jehová pagaré ahora mis votos Delante de todo su pueblo;

I will perform my vows unto Jehovah, yea, before all his people,

19 E n los atrios de la casa de Jehová, En medio de ti, oh Jerusalem. Aleluya.

In the courts of Jehovah's house, in the midst of thee, O Jerusalem. Hallelujah!
