1 J ehová habló a Moisés, diciendo:

And the Lord said to Moses,

2 D i a los hijos de Israel que tomen para mí ofrenda; de todo varón que la diere de su voluntad, de corazón, tomaréis mi ofrenda.

Speak to the Israelites, that they take for Me an offering. From every man who gives it willingly and ungrudgingly with his heart you shall take My offering.

3 E sta es la ofrenda que tomaréis de ellos: oro, plata, cobre,

This is the offering you shall receive from them: gold, silver, and bronze,

4 a zul, púrpura, carmesí, lino fino, pelo de cabras,

Blue, purple, and scarlet and fine twined linen and goats’ hair,

5 p ieles de carneros teñidas de rojo, pieles de tejones, madera de acacia,

Rams’ skins tanned red, goatskins, dolphin or porpoise skins, acacia wood,

6 a ceite para el alumbrado, especias para el aceite de la unción y para el incienso aromático,

Oil for the light, spices for anointing oil and for sweet incense,

7 p iedras de ónice, y piedras de engaste para el efod y para el pectoral.

Onyx stones, and stones for setting in the ephod and in the breastplate.

8 Y harán un santuario para mí, y habitaré en medio de ellos.

Let them make Me a sanctuary, that I may dwell among them.

9 C onforme a todo lo que yo te muestre, el diseño del tabernáculo, y el diseño de todos sus utensilios, así lo haréis. El arca del testimonio (Ex. 37. 1-9)

And you shall make it according to all that I show you, the pattern of the tabernacle or dwelling and the pattern of all the furniture of it.

10 H arán también un arca de madera de acacia, cuya longitud será de dos codos y medio, su anchura de codo y medio, y su altura de codo y medio.

They shall make an ark of acacia wood: two and a half cubits long, a cubit and a half wide, and a cubit and a half high.

11 Y la cubrirás de oro puro por dentro y por fuera, y harás sobre ella una cornisa de oro alrededor.

You shall overlay the ark with pure gold, inside and out, and make a gold crown, a rim or border, around its top.

12 F undirás para ella cuatro anillos de oro, que pondrás en sus cuatro esquinas; dos anillos a un lado de ella, y dos anillos al otro lado.

You shall cast four gold rings and attach them to the four lower corners of it, two rings on either side.

13 H arás unas varas de madera de acacia, las cuales cubrirás de oro.

You shall make poles of acacia wood and overlay them with gold,

14 Y meterás las varas por los anillos a los lados del arca, para llevar el arca con ellas.

And put the poles through the rings on the ark’s sides, by which to carry it.

15 L as varas quedarán en los anillos del arca; no se quitarán de ella.

The poles shall remain in the rings of the ark; they shall not be removed from it.

16 Y pondrás en el arca el testimonio que yo te daré.

And you shall put inside the ark the Testimony which I will give you.

17 Y harás un propiciatorio de oro fino, cuya longitud será de dos codos y medio, y su anchura de codo y medio.

And you shall make a mercy seat (a covering) of pure gold, two cubits and a half long and a cubit and a half wide.

18 H arás también dos querubines de oro; labrados a martillo los harás en los dos extremos del propiciatorio.

And you shall make two cherubim (winged angelic figures) of hammered gold on the two ends of the mercy seat.

19 H arás, pues, un querubín en un extremo, y un querubín en el otro extremo; de una pieza con el propiciatorio harás los querubines en sus dos extremos.

Make one cherub on each end, making the cherubim of one piece with the mercy seat, on the two ends of it.

20 Y los querubines extenderán por encima las alas, cubriendo con sus alas el propiciatorio; sus rostros el uno enfrente del otro, mirando al propiciatorio los rostros de los querubines.

And the cherubim shall spread out their wings above, covering the mercy seat with their wings, facing each other and looking down toward the mercy seat.

21 Y pondrás el propiciatorio encima del arca, y en el arca pondrás el testimonio que yo te daré.

You shall put the mercy seat on the top of the ark, and in the ark you shall put the Testimony that I will give you.

22 Y de allí me declararé a ti, y hablaré contigo de sobre el propiciatorio, de entre los dos querubines que están sobre el arca del testimonio, todo lo que yo te mandare para los hijos de Israel. La mesa para el pan de la proposición (Ex. 37. 10-16)

There I will meet with you and, from above the mercy seat, from between the two cherubim that are upon the ark of the Testimony, I will speak intimately with you of all which I will give you in commandment to the Israelites.

23 H arás asimismo una mesa de madera de acacia; su longitud será de dos codos, y de un codo su anchura, y su altura de codo y medio.

Also, make a table of acacia wood, two cubits long, one cubit wide, and a cubit and a half high.

24 Y la cubrirás de oro puro, y le harás una cornisa de oro alrededor.

You shall overlay it with pure gold and make a crown, a rim or molding, of gold around the top of it;

25 L e harás también una moldura alrededor, de un palmo menor de anchura, y harás a la moldura una cornisa de oro alrededor.

And make a frame of a handbreadth around and below the top of it and put around it a gold molding as a border.

26 Y le harás cuatro anillos de oro, los cuales pondrás en las cuatro esquinas que corresponden a sus cuatro patas.

You shall make for it four rings of gold and fasten them at the four corners that are on the table’s four legs.

27 L os anillos estarán debajo de la moldura, para lugares de las varas para llevar la mesa.

Close against the frame shall the rings be as places for the poles to pass to carry the table.

28 H arás las varas de madera de acacia, y las cubrirás de oro, y con ellas será llevada la mesa.

You shall make the poles of acacia wood and overlay them with gold, that the table may be carried with them.

29 H arás también sus platos, sus cucharas, sus cubiertas y sus tazones, con que se libará; de oro fino los harás.

And you shall make its plates and cups, and its flagons and bowls; make them of pure gold.

30 Y pondrás sobre la mesa el pan de la proposición delante de mí continuamente. El candelero de oro (Ex. 37. 17-24)

And you shall set the showbread (the bread of the Presence) on the table before Me always.

31 H arás además un candelero de oro puro; labrado a martillo se hará el candelero; su pie, su caña, sus copas, sus manzanas y sus flores, serán de lo mismo.

You shall make a lampstand of pure gold. Of beaten and turned work shall the lampstand be made, both its base and its shaft; its cups, its knobs, and its flowers shall be of one piece with it.

32 Y saldrán seis brazos de sus lados; tres brazos del candelero a un lado, y tres brazos al otro lado.

Six branches shall come out of the sides of it; three branches of the lampstand out of the one side and three branches out of its other side;

33 T res copas en forma de flor de almendro en un brazo, una manzana y una flor; y tres copas en forma de flor de almendro en otro brazo, una manzana y una flor; así en los seis brazos que salen del candelero;

Three cups made like almond blossoms, each with a knob and a flower on one branch, and three cups made like almond blossoms on the other branch with a knob and a flower; so for the six branches coming out of the lampstand;

34 y en la caña central del candelero cuatro copas en forma de flor de almendro, sus manzanas y sus flores.

And on the itself you shall four cups like almond blossoms with their knobs and their flowers.

35 H abrá una manzana debajo de dos brazos del mismo, otra manzana debajo de otros dos brazos del mismo, y otra manzana debajo de los otros dos brazos del mismo, así para los seis brazos que salen del candelero.

Also make a knob under each pair of the six branches going out from the lampstand and one piece with it;

36 S us manzanas y sus brazos serán de una pieza, todo ello una pieza labrada a martillo, de oro puro.

Their knobs and their branches shall be of one piece with it; the whole of it one beaten work of pure gold.

37 Y le harás siete lamparillas, las cuales encenderás para que alumbren hacia adelante.

And you shall make the lamps of the to include a seventh one. shall set up the lamps of it so they may give light in front of it.

38 T ambién sus despabiladeras y sus platillos, de oro puro.

Its snuffers and its ashtrays shall be of pure gold.

39 D e un talento de oro fino lo harás, con todos estos utensilios.

Use a talent of pure gold for it, including all these utensils.

40 M ira y hazlos conforme al modelo que te ha sido mostrado en el monte.

And see to it that you copy their pattern which was shown you on the mountain.
