3 a nd turns to descend to the westward sea to the border of Japhleti until the border of Bethhoron the lower, and to Gezer, and comes out at the sea.

oo wuxuu dhanka galbeed ka maray soohdinta reer Yaafleetii iyo ilaa soohdinta Beytxooroonta hoose iyo tan iyo xataa Geser; oo soohdinta dhammaadkeedu wuxuu ahaa xagga badda.

4 S o the sons of Joseph, Manasseh and Ephraim, received their inheritance.

Oo reer Yuusuf, oo ahaa reer Manaseh iyo reer Efrayim, dhaxalkoodii way qaateen.

5 ¶ And this was the border of the sons of Ephraim according to their families; this was the border of their inheritance on the east side from Atarothaddar unto Bethhoron the upper;

6 a nd this border comes out to the sea and to Michmethah on the north side; and this border goes around eastward unto Taanathshiloh and from here passes on the east to Janohah;

oo soohdintu waxay galbeed ka mari jirtay Mikmetaah tan ku taal xagga woqooyi, oo soohdintu waxay ka soo wareegtay oo bari ka martay Ta'anad Shiloh, oo waxay bari ka martay Yaanooxaah;

7 a nd from Janohah it goes down to Ataroth and to Naarath, and touches in Jericho and comes out at the Jordan.

oo intay Yaanooxaah ka tagto ayay sii martay Cataarood, iyo ilaa Nacaraah, oo waxay gaadhay Yerixoo, markaasay ka sii baxday Webi Urdun.

8 A nd from Tappuah this border turns towards the westward sea at the river Kanah and comes out at the sea. This is the inheritance of the tribe of the sons of Ephraim by their families.

Oo xagga Tafuu'axna soohdintu waxay galbeed ka sii martay durdurka reer Qaanaah; oo waxaa dhammaadkeedu ahaa xagga badda. Intaasu waa dhaxalkii reer Efrayim qabiilkoodii u heleen sidii reerahoodii ay ahaayeen,

9 T here were also cities separated for the sons of Ephraim among the inheritance of the sons of Manasseh, all the cities with their villages.

iyo xataa kulli magaalooyinkii loo soocay reer Efrayim ee ku dhex yiil dhaxalkii reer Manaseh, kuwaas oo ahaa magaalooyinkii oo dhan iyo tuulooyinkoodii.

10 A nd they did not drive out the Canaanite that dwelt in Gezer, but the Canaanite remained in the midst of Ephraim unto this day and served under tribute.
