1 A nd the Lord said to Moses,

وَتَكَلَّمَ اللهُ إلَى مُوسَى فَقالَ:

2 S peak to the Israelites, that they take for Me an offering. From every man who gives it willingly and ungrudgingly with his heart you shall take My offering.

«قُلْ لِبَني إسْرائِيلَ أنْ يُحضِرُوا لِي تَقدِمَةً. لِيُقَدِّمُوا التَّقدِمَةَ الَّتِي يُعطِيها كُلُّ شَخصٍ كَما يُنَبِّهُهُ قَلبُهُ.

3 T his is the offering you shall receive from them: gold, silver, and bronze,

وَهَذِهِ هِيَ الأشْياءُ الَّتِي تَأخُذُونَها مِنهُمْ: تَأخُذُونَ ذَهَباً وَفِضَّةً وَبُرونْزاً

4 B lue, purple, and scarlet and fine twined linen and goats’ hair,

وَأقمِشَةً زَرقاءَ وَبَنَفسَجِيِّةٍ وَحَمراءَ وَكِتّاناً وَشَعرَ ماعِزٍ

5 R ams’ skins tanned red, goatskins, dolphin or porpoise skins, acacia wood,

وَجُلُودَ كِباشٍ مَدبُوغَةٍ وَجُلُودَ تُيُوسٍ وَخَشَبَ سَنطٍ

6 O il for the light, spices for anointing oil and for sweet incense,

وَزَيتاً لِلسُّرُجِ وَعُطُوراً لِزَيتِ المِسْحَةِ وَلِلبَخُورِ الطَّيِّبِ

7 O nyx stones, and stones for setting in the ephod and in the breastplate.

وَحِجارَةَ جَزعٍ وَجَواهِرَ أُخْرَى لِتَرصِيعِ الثَّوبِ الكَهَنُوتِيِّ وَالصُّدرَةِ. المَسكَنُ المُقدّس

8 L et them make Me a sanctuary, that I may dwell among them.

«وَلْيَصْنَعُوا لِي مَكاناً مُقَدَّساً لِأسْكُنَ فِي وَسَطِهِمْ.

9 A nd you shall make it according to all that I show you, the pattern of the tabernacle or dwelling and the pattern of all the furniture of it.

وَذَلِكَ بِحَسَبِ التَّصمِيمِ الَّذِي أُظهِرُهُ لَكَ لِلمَسْكَنِ المُقَدَّسِ وَأثاثِهِ. صُنْدُوقُ العَهد

10 T hey shall make an ark of acacia wood: two and a half cubits long, a cubit and a half wide, and a cubit and a half high.

«فَلِيَصنَعُوا صُنْدُوقاً مِنْ خَشَبِ السَّنطِ طُولُهُ ذِراعانِ ونَصْفٌ، وَعَرضُهُ ذِراعٌ وَنِصْفٌ، وَارتِفاعُهُ ذِراعٌ وَنِصْفٌ.

11 Y ou shall overlay the ark with pure gold, inside and out, and make a gold crown, a rim or border, around its top.

وَتُغَشِّيهِ بِالذَّهَبِ النَقِيِّ مِنَ الدّاخِلِ وَمِنَ الخارِجِ، وَتَصنَعُ لَهُ إطاراً مِنْ حَولِهُ.

12 Y ou shall cast four gold rings and attach them to the four lower corners of it, two rings on either side.

«اسْبُكْ لِلصُّندُوقِ أربَعَ حَلَقاتٍ مِنْ ذَهَبٍ وَضَعْها عَلَى زَواياهِ الأربَعِ: حَلَقَتينِ عَلَى كُلِّ جانِبٍ.

13 Y ou shall make poles of acacia wood and overlay them with gold,

وَاصْنَعْ عَصَوَينِ مِنْ خَشَبِ السَّنطِ تُغَشِيهِما بِالذَّهَبِ.

14 A nd put the poles through the rings on the ark’s sides, by which to carry it.

وَتَضَعُ العَصَوَينِ فِي الحَلَقاتِ الَّتِي عَلَى جانِبَيِّ الصُّندُوقِ لِحَملِهِ بِهِما.

15 T he poles shall remain in the rings of the ark; they shall not be removed from it.

وَتَبْقَى العَصَوانِ فِي حَلَقاتِ الصُّندُوقِ فَلا يُنزَعانِ مِنها.

16 A nd you shall put inside the ark the Testimony which I will give you.

«ضَعْ لَوحَيِّ الشَّهادَةِ اللَّذَينِ سَأُعطِيهُما لَكَ فِي الصُّندُوقِ.

17 A nd you shall make a mercy seat (a covering) of pure gold, two cubits and a half long and a cubit and a half wide.

وَاصْنَعْ لِلصُّنْدُوقِ غِطاءً مِنْ ذَهَبٍ نَقِيٍّ، طُولُهُ ذِراعانِ ونَصْفٌ، وَعَرضُهُ ذِراعٌ وَنِصْفٌ.

18 A nd you shall make two cherubim (winged angelic figures) of hammered gold on the two ends of the mercy seat.

وَاصْنَعْ تِمثالينِ عَلَى شَكلِ مَلاكَي كَرُوبَيم مِنْ ذَهَبٍ مَطرُوقٍ، وَضَعْهُما عَلَى طَرَفَيِّ الغِطاءِ:

19 M ake one cherub on each end, making the cherubim of one piece with the mercy seat, on the two ends of it.

كَرُوباً واحِداً عَلَى كُلِّ طَرَفٍ مِنْ طَرَفَيِّ الغِطاءِ. وَيُصْنَعُ الكَرُوبانِ بِحَيثُ يَكُونانِ قِطعَةً واحِدَةً مَعَ الغَطاءِ.

20 A nd the cherubim shall spread out their wings above, covering the mercy seat with their wings, facing each other and looking down toward the mercy seat.

يَكُونَ الكَرُوبانِ باسِطَيْنِ أجنِحَتَهُما إلَى الأعلَى يُظَلِّلانِ الغِطاءِ. يَكُون الكَرُوبانِ مُتَقابِلَيْنِ، وَوَجْهاهُما نَحوَ الغِطاءِ.

21 Y ou shall put the mercy seat on the top of the ark, and in the ark you shall put the Testimony that I will give you.

«ضَعِ الغِطاءَ فَوقَ الصُّندُوقِ. وَضَعْ داخِلَ الصُّندُوقِ الشَّهادَةَ الَّتِي سَأُعطِيها لَكَ.

22 T here I will meet with you and, from above the mercy seat, from between the two cherubim that are upon the ark of the Testimony, I will speak intimately with you of all which I will give you in commandment to the Israelites.

هُناكَ، مِنْ فَوقِ الغِطاءِ وَبَينَ الكَرُوبَينِ اللَّذَينِ فَوقَ صُندُوقِ الشَّهادَةِ، سأُعلِنُ ذاتِي لَكَ، وَسَأُخبِرُكَ بِكُلِّ ما أُوصِيكَ بِهِ لِبَني إسْرائِيلَ. مائِدَةُ خبْزِ حُضُورِ الله

23 A lso, make a table of acacia wood, two cubits long, one cubit wide, and a cubit and a half high.

«اصْنَعْ مائِدَةً مِنْ خَشَبِ السَّنطِ، طُولُها ذِراعانِ، وَعَرضُها ذِراعٌ، وَارتِفاعُها ذِراعٌ وَنِصْفٌ.

24 Y ou shall overlay it with pure gold and make a crown, a rim or molding, of gold around the top of it;

غَشِّ المائِدَةَ بِالذَّهَبِ النَقِيِّ، وَاصْنَعْ لَها إطاراً مِنَ الذَّهَبِ حَولَها.

25 A nd make a frame of a handbreadth around and below the top of it and put around it a gold molding as a border.

وَاصنَعْ لَها حافَّةً عَرضُها شِبرٌ حَولَها، وَإطاراً مِنْ ذَهَبٍ لِحافَّتِها.

26 Y ou shall make for it four rings of gold and fasten them at the four corners that are on the table’s four legs.

«اصْنَعْ لِلمائِدَةِ أربَعَ حَلَقاتٍ مِنْ ذَهَبٍ، وَثَبِّتْها عَلَى الزَوايا الأربَعِ، عَلَى مُسْتَوَى أرْجُلِها الأرْبَعِ.

27 C lose against the frame shall the rings be as places for the poles to pass to carry the table.

تَكُونُ الحَلَقاتُ قَرِيبَةً مِنَ الحافَّةِ العُلْيا، فُتُدْخِلُ فِيها العَصَوَينِ لِحَملِ المائِدَةِ.

28 Y ou shall make the poles of acacia wood and overlay them with gold, that the table may be carried with them.

وَتَصْنَعُ العَصَوَينِ مِنْ خَشَبِ السَّنطِ وَتُغَشِّيهِما بِالذَّهَبِ. فَتُحمَلُ المائِدَةُ بِهِما.

29 A nd you shall make its plates and cups, and its flagons and bowls; make them of pure gold.

«اصْنَعْ أطباقَ المائِدَةِ وَصُحُونَها مِنَ الذَهَبِ النَّقِيِّ، وَكَذَلِكَ أبارِيقَها وَطاساتِها لِلتَّقْدِماتِ السَّائِلَةِ.

30 A nd you shall set the showbread (the bread of the Presence) on the table before Me always.

وَضَعِ الخُبْزَ الَّذِي يُشيرُ إلَى حُضُورِي عَلَى هَذِهِ المائِدَةِ أمامِيَ دائِماً. المَنارَة

31 Y ou shall make a lampstand of pure gold. Of beaten and turned work shall the lampstand be made, both its base and its shaft; its cups, its knobs, and its flowers shall be of one piece with it.

«وَاصنَعْ مَنارَةً مِنَ الذَّهَبِ النَّقِيِّ. تُطْرَقُ قاعِدَةُ المَنارَةِ وَساقُها بالمِطْرَقَةِ. وَتَكُونُ كُؤُوسُها وَعُقَدُها وَوَرَقُها قِطعَةً واحِدَةً مَعَها.

32 S ix branches shall come out of the sides of it; three branches of the lampstand out of the one side and three branches out of its other side;

وَتَتَفَرَّعُ المَنارَةُ إلَى سِتِّ شُعَبٍ عَلَى جانِبَيها: ثَلاثِ شُعَبٍ عَنْ كُلِّ جانِبٍ مِنْ جانِبَي المَنارَةِ.

33 T hree cups made like almond blossoms, each with a knob and a flower on one branch, and three cups made like almond blossoms on the other branch with a knob and a flower; so for the six branches coming out of the lampstand;

وَاسْبُكْ ثَلاثَ زَهْراتِ لَوْزٍ مَعَ عُقَدِها وَوَرَقِها عَلَى كُلِّ شُعْبَةٍ مِنَ الشُّعَبِ السِّتِّ المُتَفَرِّعَةِ مِنْ ساقِ المَنارَةِ.

34 A nd on the itself you shall four cups like almond blossoms with their knobs and their flowers.

وَكَذَلِكَ أربَعَ زَهْراتِ لَوْزٍ مَعَ عُقَدِها وَوَرَقِها عَلَى ساقِ المَنارَةِ نَفْسِهِ.

35 A lso make a knob under each pair of the six branches going out from the lampstand and one piece with it;

مِنْها ثَلاثُ زَهْراتٍ مَعَ عُقَدِها تَقَعُ كُلُّ واحِدَةٍ مِنْها عِنْدَ التِقاءِ كُلِّ شُعْبَتَينِ مِنَ الشُّعَبِ السِّتِّ المُتَفَرِّعَةِ مِنَ السّاقِ.

36 T heir knobs and their branches shall be of one piece with it; the whole of it one beaten work of pure gold.

وَتَكُونُ عُقَدُ المَنارَةِ وَشُعَبُها قِطعَةً واحِدَةً مَعَها. وَجَمِيعُها مِنَ قِطْعَةٍ واحِدَةٍ مِنَ الذَّهَبِ النَّقِيِّ المَطرُوقِ.

37 A nd you shall make the lamps of the to include a seventh one. shall set up the lamps of it so they may give light in front of it.

«وَاصْنَعْ سَبعَةَ سُرَجٍ لِلمَنارَةِ. وَضَعِ السَّرُجَ عَلَيها بِحَيثُ تُضِيءُ حَولَها.

38 I ts snuffers and its ashtrays shall be of pure gold.

تَكُونَ مَلاقِطُ السُّرُجِ وَمَنافِضُها مِنَ الذَّهَبِ النَّقِيِّ.

39 U se a talent of pure gold for it, including all these utensils.

«فَالمَنارَةُ مَعَ كُلِّ أدَواتِها تُصْنَعُ مِنْ قِنطارٍ واحِدٍ مِنَ الذَّهَبِ النَّقِيِّ.

40 A nd see to it that you copy their pattern which was shown you on the mountain.

فاحرِصْ عَلَى أنْ تَصنَعَها حَسَبَ النُّمُوذَجِ الَّذِي أرَيتُكَ إيّاهُ عَلَى الجَبَلِ.
