1 A nd Jehovah speaketh unto Moses, saying,

وَكَلَّمَ اللهُ مُوسَى فَقالَ:

2 ` On the first day of the month, in the first month, thou dost raise up the tabernacle of the tent of meeting,

«فِي اليَومِ الأوَّلِ مِنَ الشَّهرِ الأوَّلِ تُقيْمُ المَسْكَنِ المُقَدَّسَ.

3 a nd hast set there the ark of the testimony, and hast covered over the ark with the vail,

ضَعْ فِيهِ صُندُوقَ لَوحَيِّ الشَّهادَةِ وَأخْفِهِ بِالسِّتارَةِ الدّاخِلِيَّةِ.

4 a nd hast brought in the table, and set its arrangement in order, and hast brought in the candlestick, and caused its lamps to go up.

ثُمَّ أدْخِلْ المائِدَةَ وَرَتِّبْ خُبزَ حَضْرَةِ اللهِ عَلَيها، وَأحْضِرْ المَنارَةَ وَأشْعِلْ سُرُجَها.

5 ` And thou hast put the golden altar for perfume before the ark of the testimony, and hast put the covering of the opening to the tabernacle,

وَضَعْ مَذْبَحَ البَخُورِ الذَّهَبِيَّ أمامَ صُندُوقِ العَهْدِ، وَالسِّتارَةَ عَلَى مَدْخَلِ المَسْكَنِ.

6 a nd hast put the altar of the burnt-offering before the opening of the tabernacle of the tent of meeting,

«ضَعْ مَذْبَحَ الذَّبيحَةِ الصَّاعِدَةِ أمامَ مَدْخَلِ المَسْكَنِ، أي مَدْخَلِ خَيمَةِ الاجْتِماعِ.

7 a nd hast put the laver between the tent of meeting and the altar, and hast put water there.

وَضَعْ حَوضَ الاغتِسالِ بَينَ خَيمَةِ الاجْتِماعِ وَالمَذبَحِ، مَملوءاً بِالماءِ.

8 ` And thou hast set the court round about, and hast placed the covering of the gate of the court,

ضَعْ سَتائِرَ السّاحَةِ حَولَ الخَيمَةِ، ثُمَّ ضَعْ سِتارَةَ مَدْخَلِ السّاحَةِ.

9 a nd hast taken the anointing oil, and anointed the tabernacle, and all that in it, and hallowed it, and all its vessels, and it hath been holy;

وَخَذْ زَيتَ المَسحَةِ، وَامْسَحْ بِهِ المَسْكَنَ وَكُلَّ ما فِيهِ وَكُلَّ أثاثِهِ لِيَكُونَ مُخَصَّصاً للهِ.

10 a nd thou hast anointed the altar of the burnt-offering, and all its vessels, and sanctified the altar, and the altar hath been most holy;

وَامْسَحْ مَذبَحَ الذَّبائِحِ الصّاعِدَةِ وَكُلَّ أدَواتِهِ، وَكَرِّسِ المَذبَحَ، فَيَصيْرَ قُدسَ أقداسٍ.

11 a nd thou hast anointed the laver and its base, and sanctified it.

وَامْسَحْ حَوضَ الاغتِسالِ وَقاعِدَتَهُ وَتُقَدِّسَهُ.

12 ` And thou hast brought near Aaron and his sons unto the opening of the tent of meeting, and hast bathed them with water;

«ثُمَّ اسْتَدْعِ هارُونَ وَأبناءَهُ إلَى مَدْخَلِ خَيمَةِ الاجْتِماعِ وَاغْسِلْهُمْ بِالماءِ.

13 a nd thou hast clothed Aaron with the holy garments, and anointed him, and sanctified him, and he hath acted as priest to Me.

ألْبِسْ هارُونَ ثِياباً مُقَدَّسَةً، وَامْسَحْهُ وَكَرِّسْهُ لِيَخدِمَنِي كَكاهِنٍ لِي.

14 ` And his sons thou dost bring near, and hast clothed them with coats,

أحْضِرْ كَذَلِكَ أبْناءَهُ وَألبِسْهُمُ الثِّيابَ المُخَصَّصَةَ لَهُمْ.

15 a nd anointed them as thou hast anointed their father, and they have acted as priests to Me, and their anointing hath been to be to them for a priesthood age-during, to their generations.'

وَامْسَحْهُمْ كَما مَسَحتَ أباهُمْ لِيَخدِمُونِي كَكَهَنَةٍ لِي. فَسَتُؤَهِّلُهُمْ هَذِهِ المِسْحَةُ لِيَكونوا كَهَنَةً إلَى الأبَدِ فِي كُلِّ أجيالِهِمْ.»

16 A nd Moses doth according to all that Jehovah hath commanded him; so he hath done.

فَعَمِلَ مُوسَى بِحَسَبِ ما أمَرَهُ اللهُ بِهِ.

17 A nd it cometh to pass, in the first month, in the second year, in the first of the month, the tabernacle hath been raised up;

وَفِي اليَومِ الأوَّلِ مِنَ الشَّهرِ الأوَّلِ فِي السَّنَةِ الثّانِيَةِ، أُقيمَ المَسْكَنُ المُقَدَّسُ.

18 a nd Moses raiseth up the tabernacle, and setteth its sockets, and placeth its boards, and placeth its bars, and raiseth its pillars,

أقامَ مُوسَى المَسْكَنَ وَوَضَعَ قَواعِدَهُ وَألواحَهُ وَعَوارِضَهُ وَأعمِدَتَهُ.

19 a nd spreadeth the tent over the tabernacle, and putteth the covering of the tent upon it above, as Jehovah hath commanded Moses.

وَنَشَرَ مُوسَى الخَيمَةَ فَوقَ المَسْكَنِ. ثُمَّ وَضَعَ فَوقَهُ غِطاءَ جُلُودِ الكِباشِ المَدبُوغَةِ وَغِطاءِ جُلُودِ التُّيُوسِ، كَما أمَرَ اللهُ مُوسَى.

20 A nd he taketh and putteth the testimony unto the ark, and setteth the staves on the ark, and putteth the mercy-seat on the ark above;

وَأخَذَ مُوسَى لَوحَيِّ الشَّهادَةِ وَوَضَعَهُما فِي الصُّندُوقِ. وَوَضَعَ العَصَوَينِ فِي حَلَقاتِ الصُّندُوقِ، وَوَضَعَ الغِطاءَ فَوقَ الصُّندُوقِ.

21 a nd bringeth in the ark unto the tabernacle, and placeth the vail of the covering, and covereth over the ark of the testimony, as Jehovah hath commanded Moses.

وَأحضَرَ مُوسَى الصُّندُوقَ إلَى المَسْكَنِ، وَوَضَعَ السِّتارَةَ الدّاخِلِيَّةَ، وَأخْفَى صُندُوقَ لَوحَيِّ الشَّهادَةِ، كَما أمَرَ اللهُ مُوسَى.

22 A nd he putteth the table in the tent of meeting, on the side of the tabernacle northward, at the outside of the vail,

وَوَضَعَ مُوسَى المائِدَةَ فِي خَيمَةِ الاجْتِماعِ عَلَى الجِهَةِ الشَّمالِيَّةِ مِنَ المَسْكَنِ، خارِجَ السِّتارَةِ الدّاخِلِيَّةِ.

23 a nd setteth in order upon it the arrangement of bread, before Jehovah, as Jehovah hath commanded Moses.

وَرَتَّبَ عَلَيها الخُبزَ فِي حَضرَةِ اللهِ ، كَما أمَرَ اللهُ مُوسَى.

24 A nd he putteth the candlestick in the tent of meeting, over-against the table, on the side of the tabernacle southward,

وَوَضَعَ مُوسَى المَنارَةَ فِي خَيمَةِ الاجْتِماعِ عَلَى الجِهَةِ الجَنُوبِيَّةِ مِنَ المَسْكَنِ مُقابِلَ المائِدَةِ.

25 a nd causeth the lamps to go up before Jehovah, as Jehovah hath commanded Moses.

وَوَضَعَ السُّرُجَ فِي حَضرَةِ اللهِ ، كَما أمَرَ اللهُ مُوسَى.

26 A nd he setteth the golden altar in the tent of meeting, before the vail,

وَوَضَعَ المَذبَحَ الذَّهَبِيَّ فِي خَيمَةِ الاجْتِماعِ أمامَ السِّتارَةِ الدّاخِلِيَّةِ.

27 a nd maketh perfume on it -- spice-perfume -- as Jehovah hath commanded Moses.

وَأحرَقَ بَخُوراً طَيِّباً، كَما أمَرَ اللهُ مُوسَى.

28 A nd he setteth the covering of the opening to the tabernacle,

وَوَضَعَ السِّتارَةَ عَلَى مَدخَلِ المَسْكَنِ.

29 a nd the altar of the burnt-offering he hath set at the opening of the tabernacle of the tent of meeting, and causeth the burnt-offering to go up upon it, and the present, as Jehovah hath commanded Moses.

وَوَضَعَ مَذبَحَ الذَّبائِحِ الصّاعِدَةِ عِندَ مَدخَلِ مَسْكَنِ خَيمَةِ الاجْتِماعِ، وَقَدَّمَ عَلَيهِ الذَّبائِحَ الصّاعِدَةَ وَتَقدِماتِ الحُبُوبِ، كَما أمَرَ اللهُ مُوسَى.

30 A nd he putteth the laver between the tent of meeting and the altar, and putteth water there for washing,

وَوَضَعَ مُوسَى الحَوضَ بَينَ خَيمَةِ الاجْتِماعِ وَالمَذبَحِ، وَوَضَعَ فِيهِ ماءً لِلاغْتِسالِ.

31 a nd Moses and Aaron and his sons have washed their hands and their feet at the same;

وَكانَ مُوسَى وَهارُونُ وَأبناؤُهُ يَغسِلُونَ أيدِيَهِمْ وَأرجُلَهُمْ فِيهِ.

32 i n their going in unto the tent of meeting, and in their drawing near unto the altar, they wash, as Jehovah hath commanded Moses.

فَحِينَ كانُوا يَأْتُونَ إلَى خَيمَةِ الاجْتِماعِ وَيَقتَرِبُونَ إلَى المَذبَحِ، كانُوا يَغتَسِلُونَ كَما أمَرَ اللهُ مُوسَى.

33 A nd he raiseth up the court round about the tabernacle, and about the altar, and placeth the covering of the gate of the court; and Moses completeth the work.

وَوَضَعَ مُوسَى سَتائِرَ السّاحَةِ حَولَ المَسْكَنِ وَالمَذبَحِ. وَوَضَعَ سِتارَةَ مَدْخَلِ السّاحَةِ. وَبِهَذا أكمَلَ مُوسَى كُلَّ العَمَلِ. مَجدُ الله

34 A nd the cloud covereth the tent of meeting, and the honour of Jehovah hath filled the tabernacle;

وَغَطَّتِ السَّحابَةُ خَيمَةَ الاجْتِماعِ، وَمَلأ مَجدُ اللهِ المَسْكَنَ.

35 a nd Moses hath not been able to go in unto the tent of meeting, for the cloud hath tabernacled on it, and the honour of Jehovah hath filled the tabernacle.

وَلَمْ يَستَطِعْ مُوسَى الدُّخُولَ إلَى خَيمَةِ الاجْتِماعِ لِأنَّ مَجدَ اللهِ مَلأ المَسْكَنَ.

36 A nd in the going up of the cloud from off the tabernacle the sons of Israel journey in all their journeys;

وَفِي كُلِّ رِحلاتِ بَني إسْرائِيلَ، حِينَ كانَتِ السَّحابَةُ تَرتَفِعُ عَنِ المَسْكَنِ كانَ بَنو إسْرائِيلَ يَرتَحِلُونَ.

37 a nd if the cloud go not up then they journey not, until the day of its going up:

فَإنْ لَمْ تَرتَفِعِ السَّحابَةُ، لَمْ يَكُونُوا يَرتَحِلُونَ إلَى أنْ تَرتَفِعَ.

38 f or the cloud of Jehovah on the tabernacle by day, and fire is in it by night, before the eyes of all the house of Israel in all their journeys.

لِأنَّ سَحابَةَ اللهِ كانَتْ فَوقَ المَسْكَنِ فِي النَّهارِ. وَكانَتِ النّارُ فِي السَّحابَةِ طَوالَ اللَّيلِ أمامَ عُيونِ جَمِيعِ بَيتِ إسْرائِيلَ فِي كُلِّ رِحلاتِهِمْ.
