1 Y ahweh, I have called on you. Come to me quickly! Listen to my voice when I call to you.

4 D on’t incline my heart to any evil thing, to practice deeds of wickedness with men who work iniquity. Don’t let me eat of their delicacies.

No dejes que se incline mi corazón a cosa mala, para hacer obras impías con los que hacen maldad; y no coma yo de sus deleites.

5 L et the righteous strike me, it is kindness; let him reprove me, it is like oil on the head; don’t let my head refuse it; Yet my prayer is always against evil deeds.

Que el justo me castigue y me reprenda será un favor; pero que bálsamo de impíos no unja mi cabeza, pues mi oración será continuamente contra sus maldades.

8 F or my eyes are on you, Yahweh, the Lord. In you, I take refuge. Don’t leave my soul destitute.

Por tanto, a ti, Jehová, Señor, miran mis ojos. En ti he confiado: no desampares mi alma.

9 K eep me from the snare which they have laid for me, from the traps of the workers of iniquity.

Guárdame de los lazos que me han tendido y de las trampas de los que hacen maldad.

10 L et the wicked fall together into their own nets, while I pass by.
