6 T he sons of Ham were: Cush, Mizraim, Put, and Canaan.

7 T he sons of Cush were: Seba, Havilah, Sabtah, Raamah, and Sabteca. The sons of Raamah were: Sheba and Dedan.

8 C ush became the father of Nimrod. He began to be a mighty one in the earth.

19 T he border of the Canaanites was from Sidon—as you go toward Gerar—to Gaza—as you go toward Sodom, Gomorrah, Admah, and Zeboiim—to Lasha.
And the territory of the Canaanites extended from Sidon as one goes to Gerar as far as Gaza, and as one goes to Sodom, Gomorrah, Admah, and Zeboiim, as far as Lasha.
20 T hese are the sons of Ham, after their families, according to their languages, in their lands and their nations.

21 C hildren were also born to Shem, the father of all the children of Eber, the elder brother of Japheth.
