1 “ Observe the month of Abib and celebrate the Passover to the Lord your God, for in the month of Abib the Lord your God brought you out of Egypt by night.

Guardarás el mes de Abib, y harás pascua a Jehová tu Dios; porque en el mes de Abib te sacó Jehová tu Dios de Egipto, de noche.

2 Y ou shall sacrifice the Passover to the Lord your God from the flock and the herd, in the place where the Lord chooses to establish His name.

Y sacrificarás la pascua a Jehová tu Dios, de las ovejas y de las vacas, en el lugar que Jehová escoja para que habite allí su nombre.

3 Y ou shall not eat leavened bread with it; seven days you shall eat with it unleavened bread, the bread of affliction (for you came out of the land of Egypt in haste), so that you may remember all the days of your life the day when you came out of the land of Egypt.

No comerás con la víctima pan con levadura; siete días comerás pan sin levadura, pan de aflicción, porque aprisa saliste de tierra de Egipto; para que todos los días de tu vida te acuerdes del día en que saliste de la tierra de Egipto.

4 F or seven days no leaven shall be seen with you in all your territory, and none of the flesh which you sacrifice on the evening of the first day shall remain overnight until morning.

Y no se verá levadura contigo en todo tu territorio por siete días; y de la carne que mates en la tarde del primer día, no quedará hasta la mañana.

5 Y ou are not allowed to sacrifice the Passover in any of your towns which the Lord your God is giving you;

No podrás sacrificar la pascua en cualquiera de las ciudades que Jehová tu Dios te da;

6 b ut at the place where the Lord your God chooses to establish His name, you shall sacrifice the Passover in the evening at sunset, at the time that you came out of Egypt.

sino en el lugar que Jehová tu Dios escoja para que habite allí su nombre, sacrificarás la pascua por la tarde a la puesta del sol, a la hora que saliste de Egipto.

7 Y ou shall cook and eat it in the place which the Lord your God chooses. In the morning you are to return to your tents.

Y la asarás y comerás en el lugar que Jehová tu Dios haya escogido; y por la mañana regresarás y volverás a tu habitación.

8 S ix days you shall eat unleavened bread, and on the seventh day there shall be a solemn assembly to the Lord your God; you shall do no work on it.

Seis días comerás pan sin levadura, y el séptimo día será fiesta solemne a Jehová tu Dios; no trabajarás en él.

9 “ You shall count seven weeks for yourself; you shall begin to count seven weeks from the time you begin to put the sickle to the standing grain.

Siete semanas contarás; desde que comience a meterse la hoz en las mieses, comenzarás a contar las siete semanas.

10 T hen you shall celebrate the Feast of Weeks to the Lord your God with a tribute of a freewill offering of your hand, which you shall give just as the Lord your God blesses you;

Y harás la fiesta solemne de las semanas a Jehová tu Dios; de la abundancia voluntaria de tu mano será lo que des, según Jehová tu Dios te haya bendecido.

11 a nd you shall rejoice before the Lord your God, you and your son and your daughter and your male and female servants and the Levite who is in your town, and the stranger and the orphan and the widow who are in your midst, in the place where the Lord your God chooses to establish His name.

Y te alegrarás delante de Jehová tu Dios, tú, tu hijo, tu hija, tu siervo, tu sierva, el levita que habite en tus ciudades, y el extranjero, el huérfano y la viuda que esté en medio de ti, en el lugar que Jehová tu Dios haya escogido para poner allí su nombre.

12 Y ou shall remember that you were a slave in Egypt, and you shall be careful to observe these statutes.

Y acuérdate de que fuiste siervo en Egipto; por tanto, guardarás y cumplirás estos estatutos.

13 “ You shall celebrate the Feast of Booths seven days after you have gathered in from your threshing floor and your wine vat;

La fiesta solemne de los tabernáculos harás por siete días, cuando hayas hecho la cosecha de tu era y de tu lagar.

14 a nd you shall rejoice in your feast, you and your son and your daughter and your male and female servants and the Levite and the stranger and the orphan and the widow who are in your towns.

Y te alegrarás en tus fiestas solemnes, tú, tu hijo, tu hija, tu siervo, tu sierva, y el levita, el extranjero, el huérfano y la viuda que viven en tus poblaciones.

15 S even days you shall celebrate a feast to the Lord your God in the place which the Lord chooses, because the Lord your God will bless you in all your produce and in all the work of your hands, so that you will be altogether joyful.

Siete días celebrarás fiesta solemne a Jehová tu Dios en el lugar que Jehová escoja; porque te habrá bendecido Jehová tu Dios en todos tus frutos, y en toda la obra de tus manos, y estarás verdaderamente alegre.

16 “ Three times in a year all your males shall appear before the Lord your God in the place which He chooses, at the Feast of Unleavened Bread and at the Feast of Weeks and at the Feast of Booths, and they shall not appear before the Lord empty-handed.

Tres veces cada año aparecerá todo varón tuyo delante de Jehová tu Dios en el lugar que él escoja: en la fiesta solemne de los panes sin levadura, en la fiesta solemne de las semanas, y en la fiesta solemne de los tabernáculos. Y ninguno se presentará delante de Jehová con las manos vacías;

17 E very man shall give as he is able, according to the blessing of the Lord your God which He has given you.

sino que cada uno ofrecerá con su propia mano, conforme a la bendición que Jehová tu Dios te haya otorgado. Administración de la justicia

18 “ You shall appoint for yourself judges and officers in all your towns which the Lord your God is giving you, according to your tribes, and they shall judge the people with righteous judgment.

Jueces y oficiales pondrás en todas tus ciudades que Jehová tu Dios te dará en tus tribus, los cuales juzgarán al pueblo con justo juicio.

19 Y ou shall not distort justice; you shall not be partial, and you shall not take a bribe, for a bribe blinds the eyes of the wise and perverts the words of the righteous.

No tuerzas el derecho; no hagas acepción de personas, ni tomes soborno; porque el soborno ciega los ojos de los sabios, y pervierte las palabras de los justos.

20 J ustice, and only justice, you shall pursue, that you may live and possess the land which the Lord your God is giving you.

La justicia, la justicia seguirás, para que vivas y heredes la tierra que Jehová tu Dios te da.

21 “ You shall not plant for yourself an Asherah of any kind of tree beside the altar of the Lord your God, which you shall make for yourself.

No plantarás ningún árbol para Aserá cerca del altar de Jehová tu Dios, que tú te habrás hecho,

22 Y ou shall not set up for yourself a sacred pillar which the Lord your God hates.

ni te levantarás estatua, lo cual aborrece Jehová tu Dios.
