1 T he Lord reigneth, he is clothed with majesty; the Lord is clothed with strength, wherewith he hath girded himself: the world also is stablished, that it cannot be moved.

2 T hy throne is established of old: thou art from everlasting.

Su trono es firme desde el principio. ¡El Señor es el Rey eterno!

3 T he floods have lifted up, O Lord, the floods have lifted up their voice; the floods lift up their waves.

Los ríos levantaron, Señor; los ríos levantaron su voz; los ríos levantaron sus olas.

4 T he Lord on high is mightier than the noise of many waters, yea, than the mighty waves of the sea.

Tú, Señor, en las alturas, eres más poderoso que el estruendo de los mares; ¡más poderoso que las fieras olas del mar!

5 T hy testimonies are very sure: holiness becometh thine house, O Lord, for ever.

Tus testimonios, Señor, permanecen firmes; la santidad es el adorno de tu templo, por siempre y para siempre.
