These are the sons of Israel: Reuben, Simeon, Levi and Judah, Issachar and Zebulun,

2 Д ан, Иосиф, Вениамин, Нефталим, Гад и Асир.

Dan, Joseph and Benjamin, Naphtali, Gad and Asher.

3 Ю дови синове: Ир, Онан и Шела: тримата му се родиха от ханаанката, дъщерята на Суя. А първородният на Юда, Ир, бе лош пред Господа, та Той го умъртви.

The sons of Judah: Er, and Onan, and Shelah: three were born to him of the daughter of Shua the Canaanitess. And Er, Judah's firstborn, was wicked in the sight of Jehovah; and he slew him.

4 И снаха му Тамар му роди Фареса и Зара. Всичките Юдови синове бяха петима.

And Tamar his daughter-in-law bore him Pherez and Zerah. All the sons of Judah were five.

5 Ф аресови синове: Есрон и Амул.

The sons of Pherez: Hezron and Hamul.

6 А Зарови синове: Зимрий {В Ис Нав. 7: 1, Завдий.}, Етан, Еман, Халкол и Дара {В 3 Цар. 4: 31, Дарда.}; всичко петима.

And the sons of Zerah: Zimri, and Ethan, and Heman, and Calcol, and Dara: five of them in all.

7 А Хармиев син: Ахар {В Ис Нав. 7: 1, Ахан.}, смутителят на Израиля, който извърши престъпление относно обреченото.

And the sons of Carmi: Achar, the troubler of Israel, who transgressed in the accursed thing.

8 А Етанов син - Азария.

And the sons of Ethan: Azariah.

9 А синове, които се родиха на Есрона: Ерамеил, Арам и Халев.

And the sons of Hezron, who were born to him: Jerahmeel, and Ram, and Chelubai.

10 И Арам роди Аминадава: а Аминадав роди Наасона, първенец на Юдовите потомци.

And Ram begot Amminadab; and Amminadab begot Nahshon, prince of the children of Judah;

11 А Наасон роди Салмона: Салмон роди Вооза;

and Nahshon begot Salma, and Salma begot Boaz,

12 В ооз роди Овида; Овид роди Есея;

and Boaz begot Obed, and Obed begot Jesse;

13 а Есей роди първородния си Елиав, втория Авинадав, третия Сама,

and Jesse begot his firstborn Eliab, and Abinadab the second, and Shimea the third,

14 ч етвъртия Натанаил, петия Радай,

Nethaneel the fourth, Raddai the fifth,

15 ш естия Осем и седмия Давид.

Ozem the sixth, David the seventh;

16 А техни сестри бяха Саруия и Авигея; а Саруините синове бяха трима: Ависей, Иоав и Асаил;

and their sisters were Zeruiah and Abigail. And the sons of Zeruiah: Abishai, and Joab, and Asahel, three.

17 и Авигея роди Амаса; а баща на Амаса беше исмаилецът Иетер {Във 2 Цар. 17: 25, Итра, израилтянин.}.

And Abigail bore Amasa; and the father of Amasa was Jether the Ishmaelite.

18 И Халев, Есроновият син, роди <синове> от жена си Азува и от Ериота: синовете му бяха Есер, Совав и Ардон.

And Caleb the son of Hezron had children by Azubah wife, and by Jerioth: her sons are these: Jesher, and Shobab, and Ardon.

19 И като умря Азува, Халев си взе Ефрата, която му роди Ора.

And Azubah died, and Caleb took him Ephrath, and she bore him Hur.

20 А Ор роди Урия; а Урий роди Веселеила.

And Hur begot Uri, and Uri begot Bezaleel.

21 И после Есрон влезе при дъщерята на Махира Галаадовия баща; той я взе като беше на шестдесет години на възраст, и тя му роди Сегува;

And afterwards Hezron went to the daughter of Machir, the father of Gilead, and he took her when he was sixty years old; and she bore him Segub.

22 А Сегув роди Яира, който имаше двадесет и три града в галаадската земя.

And Segub begot Jair, who had twenty-three cities in the land of Gilead;

23 И Гесур и Арам превзеха от тях Яировите паланки, с Кенат и селата му, шестдесет града. Всички тия бяха синове на Махира, Галаадовия баща.

and Geshur and Aram took the villages of Jair from them, with Kenath and its dependent towns, sixty cities. All these were sons of Machir the father of Gilead.

24 А след като умря Есрон в Халев-ефрата, тогава Есроновата жена Авия му роди Асхора бащата на Текуе.

And after the death of Hezron in Caleb-Ephratah, Abijah, Hezron's wife, bore him Ashhur, the father of Tekoa.

25 И синовете на първородния на Есрона, Ерамеила, бяха: първородният Арам и Вуна, Орен, Осем и Ахия.

And the sons of Jerahmeel the firstborn of Hezron were: Ram the firstborn, and Bunah, and Oren, and Ozem, of Ahijah.

26 Е рамеил взе и друга жена, чието име бе Атара; тя бе майка на Онама.

And Jerahmeel had another wife, whose name was Atarah; she was the mother of Onam.

27 А синовете на първородния на Ерамеила, Арам, бяха: Маас, Ямин и Екер.

And the sons of Ram, the firstborn of Jerahmeel, were Maaz, and Jamin, and Eker.

28 И синовете на Анама бяха: Самай и Ядай; а синовете на Самая: Надав и Ависур.

And the sons of Onam were Shammai and Jada. And the sons of Shammai: Nadab and Abishur.

29 И името на Ависуровата жена бе Авихаила, която му роди Аавана и Молида.

And the name of the wife of Abishur was Abihail, and she bore him Ahban and Molid.

30 А Надавови синове бяха: Селед и Апаим; и Селед умря бездетен.

And the sons of Nadab: Seled and Appaim; and Seled died without sons.

31 А син на Апаима беше Есий; а син на Есия, Сисан; а син на Сисана, Аалай.

And the sons of Appaim: Jishi; and the sons of Jishi: Sheshan; and the sons of Sheshan: Ahlai.

32 А синовете на Ядая Самаевия брат бяха: Етер и Ионатан; и Етер умря бездетен;

And the sons of Jada, the brother of Shammai: Jether and Jonathan; and Jether died without sons.

33 а синовете на Ионатана: Фалет и Заза. Тия бяха потомците на Ерамеила.

And the sons of Jonathan: Peleth and Zaza. These were the sons of Jerahmeel.

34 А Сисан нямаше синове, но дъщери. И Сисан имаше слуга египтянин на име Яраа;

And Sheshan had no sons, but daughters; and Sheshan had an Egyptian servant, whose name was Jarha;

35 и Сисан даде дъщеря си на слугата си Яраа за жена; и тя му роди Атая;

and Sheshan gave his daughter to Jarha his servant as wife, and she bore him Attai.

36 а Атай роди Натана; Натан роди Завада;

And Attai begot Nathan, and Nathan begot Zabad,

37 З авад роди Ефлала; Ефлал роди Овида;

and Zabad begot Ephlal, and Ephlal begot Obed,

38 О вид роди Ииуя; Ииуй роди Азария;

and Obed begot Jehu, and Jehu begot Azariah,

39 А зария роди Хелиса; Хелис роди Елеаса;

and Azariah begot Helez, and Helez begot Elasah,

40 Е леас роди Сисамая; Сисамай роди Селума;

and Elasah begot Sismai, and Sismai begot Shallum,

41 С елум роди Екамия; а Екамия роди Елисама.

and Shallum begot Jekamiah, and Jekamiah begot Elishama.

42 А синовете на Хелева Ерамеиловия брат, бяха: първородният му Миса, който бе баща на Зиф; и син на Мариса бе Ави-хеврон.

And the sons of Caleb the brother of Jerahmeel were Mesha his firstborn, who was the father of Ziph; and the sons of Mareshah the father of Hebron.

43 А Хевронови синове: Корей, Тапфуа, Рекем и Сема.

And the sons of Hebron: Korah, and Tappuah, and Rekem, and Shema.

44 А Сема роди Раама, Иоркоамовия баща; а Рекем роди Самая.

And Shema begot Raham, the father of Jorkeam. And Rekem begot Shammai;

45 И Самаев син беше Маон; а Маон беше Ветсуровият баща.

and the son of Shammai was Maon; and Maon was the father of Beth-zur.

46 А наложницата на Халева, Гефа, роди Харана, Моса и Газеза; а Харан роди Газеза.

And Ephah, Caleb's concubine, bore Haran, and Moza, and Gazez; and Haran begot Gazez.

47 А Ядаеви синове: Регем, Иотам, Гисан, Фелет, Гефа и Сагаф.

And the sons of Jehdai: Regem, and Jotham, and Geshan, and Pelet, and Ephah, and Shaaph.

48 И наложницата на Халева, Мааха, роди Севера и Тирхана;

Maachah, Caleb's concubine, bore Sheber and Tirhanah;

49 р оди още Сагафа, Мадмановия баща, Сева Махвановия баща и бащата на Гавая; и Халевова дъщеря бе Ахса.

and she bore Shaaph the father of Madmannah, Sheva the father of Machbena and the father of Gibea. And the daughter of Caleb was Achsah.

50 Е то синовете на Халева, син на първородния на Ефрата, Ор: Совал Кириатиаримовият баща,

These are the sons of Caleb. The sons of Hur, the firstborn of Ephratah: Shobal the father of Kirjath-jearim,

51 С алма Витлеемовият баща, и Ареф Вет-гадеровият баща.

Salma the father of Bethlehem, Hareph the father of Beth-gader.

52 А на Совала Кириатиаримовия баща синовете бяха Арое {В гл. 4: 2, Реаия.} <и> половината от манахатците.

And Shobal the father of Kirjath-jearim had sons: Haroeh, Hazi-Hammenuhoth.

53 А Кириатиаримовите семейства бяха: етерците, футците, суматците и мисрайците от тях произлязоха сарайците и естаолците.

And the families of Kirjath-jearim were the Jithrites, and the Puthites, and the Shumathites, and the Mishraites; of them came the Zoreathites and the Eshtaolites.

54 С алмови синове: Витлеем, нетофатците, Атарот-вит-Иоав, половината от манахатците, сарайците,

The sons of Salma: Bethlehem, and the Netophathites. Atroth-Beth-Joab, and the Hazi-Hammana-hethites, the Zorites;

55 с емействата на писците, които живеят в Явис, тиратците, симеатците и сухатците. Това са кенейците, които произлязоха от Амата, прадед на Рихавовия дом.

and the families of the scribes who dwelt at Jabez: the Tireathites, the Shimeathites, the Suchathites. These are the Kenites that came of Hammath, the father of the house of Rechab.
