1 И Господ говори на Моисея, казвайки:

And Jehovah spoke to Moses, saying,

2 Н аправи си две сребърни тръби; изковани да ги направиш; и да ти служат за свикване на обществото и за дигане на становете.

Make thee two trumpets of silver; of beaten work shalt thou make them; and they shall serve for the calling together of the assembly, and for the journeying of the camps.

3 К огато засвирят с тях, нека се събере цялото общество с тебе до входа на шатъра за срещане.

And when they shall blow with them, the whole assembly shall gather to thee at the entrance of the tent of meeting.

4 А ко засвирят само с едната <тръба>, тогава да се събират при тебе първенците, Израилевите хилядници.

And if they blow with one, then the princes, the heads of the thousands of Israel, shall gather unto thee.

5 А когато засвирите тревога, тогава да се дигат становете, които са разположени към изток;

And when ye blow an alarm, the camps that lie eastward shall set forward.

6 и когато засвирите тревога втори път, тогава да се дигат становете, които са разположени към юг. Да свирят тревога, за да се дигат.

And when ye blow an alarm the second time, the camps that lie southward shall set forward; they shall blow an alarm on their setting forward.

7 А когато има да се събере събранието, да свирите, обаче, без да засвирите тревога.

And when the congregation is to be gathered together, ye shall blow, but ye shall not blow an alarm:

8 И тръбачите да бъдат свещениците, Аароновите синове; това ще ви бъде вечен закон в поколенията ви.

the sons of Aaron, the priests, shall blow with the trumpets; and they shall be to you for an everlasting statute throughout your generations.

9 И когато излезете на война в земята си против неприятеля, който би ви притеснил, тогава да засвирите тревога; и ще бъдете спомнени пред Господа вашия Бог, и ще бъдете избавени от неприятелите си.

And if ye go to war in your land against the enemy that oppresseth you, then ye shall blow an alarm with the trumpets; and ye shall be remembered before Jehovah your God, and ye shall be saved from your enemies.

10 И на увеселителните си дни, и на празниците си, и на новолунията си да свирите с тръбите над всеизгарянията си и над примирителните си жертви; и това ще ви бъде за спомен пред вашия Бог. Аз съм Иеова вашият Бог.

And in the day of your gladness, and in your set feasts, and in your new moons, ye shall blow with the trumpets over your burnt-offerings and over your sacrifices of peace-offering; and they shall be to you for a memorial before your God: I am Jehovah your God.

11 В ъв втората година, на двадесетия ден от втория месец, облакът се издигна от скинията <за плочите> на свидетелството.

And it came to pass in the second year, in the second month, on the twentieth of the month, that the cloud was taken up from off the tabernacle of the testimony.

12 И израилтяните се дигнаха от Синайската пустиня според <реда на> пътуването си; и облакът застана във Фаранската пустиня.

And the children of Israel set forward according to their journeys out of the wilderness of Sinai; and the cloud stood still in the wilderness of Paran.

13 Д игнаха се първи път, според както Господ заповяда чрез Моисея.

And they first took their journey, according to the commandment of Jehovah through Moses.

14 П ърво се дигна знамето на стана на юдейците според устроените им множества; и над множеството му беше Наасон Аминадавовият син.

The standard of the camp of the children of Judah set forward first according to their hosts, and over his host was Nahshon the son of Amminadab;

15 Н ад множеството на племето на исахарците беше Натанаил Суаровият син.

and over the host of the tribe of the children of Issachar was Nethaneel the son of Zuar;

16 А над множеството на племето на завулонците беше Елиав Хелоновият син.

and over the host of the tribe of the children of Zebulun was Eliab the son of Helon.

17 Т огава, като се сне скинията, дигнаха се гирсонците и мерарийците, които носеха скинията.

And the tabernacle was taken down; and the sons of Gershon and the sons of Merari set forward bearing the tabernacle.

18 П осле се дигна знамето на Рувимовия стан, според устроените им множества; и над множеството му беше Елисур Седиуровият син.

And the standard of the camp of Reuben set forward according to their hosts, and over his host was Elizur the son of Shedeur;

19 Н ад множеството на племето на симеонците беше Селумиил Сурисадаевият син.

and over the host of the tribe of the children of Simeon was Shelumiel the son of Zurishaddai;

20 А над множеството на племето на гадците беше Елиасаф Деуиловият син.

and over the host of the tribe of the children of Gad was Eliasaph the son of Deuel.

21 Т огава се дигнаха Каатовците, които носеха светилището, до пристигането на които скинията се поставяше.

And the Kohathites set forward bearing the sanctuary: and set up the tabernacle whilst they came.

22 П осле се дигна знамето на стана на ефремците според устроените им множества; и над множеството му беше Елисама Амиудовият син.

And the standard of the camp of the children of Ephraim set forward according to their hosts, and over his host was Elishama the son of Ammihud;

23 Н ад множеството на племето на манасийците беше Гамалиил Федасуровият син.

and over the host of the tribe of the children of Manasseh was Gamaliel the son of Pedahzur;

24 А над множеството на племето на вениаминците беше Авидан Гедеониевият син.

and over the host of the tribe of the children of Benjamin was Abidan the son of Gideoni.

25 П осле се дигна знамето на стана на данците, последни от всички станове, според устроените им множества; и над множеството му беше Ахиезер Амисадаевият син.

And the standard of the camp of the children of Dan set forward, the rear-guard of all the camps according to their hosts, and over his host was Ahiezer the son of Ammishaddai;

26 Н ад множеството на племето на асирците беше Фагеил Охрановият син.

and over the host of the tribe of the children of Asher was Pagiel the son of Ocran;

27 А над множеството на племето на нефталимците беше Ахирей Енановият син.

and over the host of the tribe of the children of Naphtali was Ahira the son of Enan.

28 Т ака ставаше пътуването на израилтяните според устроените им множества, когато се дигаха.

These were the settings forward of the children of Israel according to their hosts: so did they set forward.

29 В това време Моисей каза на Овава, син на мадиамеца Рагуил, Моисеевия тъст: Ние отиваме на онова място, на което рече Господ: Ще ви го дам. Ела заедно с нас, и ще ти сторим добро; защото Господ е обещал {Еврейски: говорил... за.} добро на Израиля.

And Moses said to Hobab, the son of Reuel the Midianite, Moses' father-in-law, We are journeying to the place of which Jehovah said, I will give it unto you: come with us, and we will do thee good; for Jehovah has spoken good concerning Israel.

30 Н о той му рече: Няма да дойда, но ще отида в своята си земя и при рода си.

And he said to him, I will not go; but to mine own land, and to my kindred will I go.

31 А <Моисей> каза: Не ни оставяй, моля, понеже ти знаеш где трябва да разполагаме стан в пустинята, и ще бъдеш око за нас.

And he said, Leave me not, I pray thee, because thou knowest where we are to encamp in the wilderness, and thou wilt be to us for eyes.

32 И ако дойдеш с нас, то доброто, което Господ ще направи на нас, същото добро ще направим и ние на тебе.

And it shall be, if thou come with us, that whatever good Jehovah doeth unto us, so will we do to thee.

33 И тъй, пропътуваха тридневен път от Господната планина; и ковчегът на Господния завет се движеше пред тях тридневен път, за да им търси място за почивка.

And they set forward from the mountain of Jehovah three days' journey; and the ark of the covenant of Jehovah went before them in the three days' journey, to search out a resting-place for them.

34 И Господният облак беше над тях денем, когато тръгваха от стана.

And the cloud of Jehovah was over them by day when they set forward out of the camp.

35 И когато ковчегът се дигаше на път, Моисей казваше: Стани Господи, и да се разпръснат враговете Ти, и да побягнат от пред Тебе ония, които Те мразят.

And it came to pass when the ark set forward, that Moses said, Rise up, Jehovah, and let thine enemies be scattered; And let them that hate thee flee before thy face.

36 А когато се спираше, той казваше: Върни се Господи, при десетките хиляди на Израилевите хиляди.

And when it rested, he said, Return, Jehovah, unto the myriads of the thousands of Israel.
