1 A nd the Lord spake unto Moses, saying,

Habló Jehová a Moisés y le dijo:

2 T his shall be the law of the leper in the day of his cleansing: He shall be brought unto the priest:

«Ésta será la ley para el leproso cuando se limpie: Será presentado al sacerdote,

3 a nd the priest shall go forth out of the camp; and the priest shall look, and, behold, if the plague of leprosy be healed in the leper;

el cual saldrá fuera del campamento y lo examinará. Si ve que está sana la llaga de la lepra del leproso,

4 t hen shall the priest command to take for him that is to be cleansed two birds alive and clean, and cedar wood, and scarlet, and hyssop:

el sacerdote mandará traer para el que se purifica dos avecillas vivas, limpias, y madera de cedro, grana e hisopo.

5 a nd the priest shall command that one of the birds be killed in an earthen vessel over running water:

Luego el sacerdote mandará matar una avecilla en un vaso de barro sobre aguas corrientes.

6 a s for the living bird, he shall take it, and the cedar wood, and the scarlet, and the hyssop, and shall dip them and the living bird in the blood of the bird that was killed over the running water:

Después tomará la avecilla viva, el cedro, la grana y el hisopo, y los mojará con la avecilla viva en la sangre de la avecilla muerta sobre las aguas corrientes.

7 a nd he shall sprinkle upon him that is to be cleansed from the leprosy seven times, and shall pronounce him clean, and shall let the living bird loose into the open field.

Rociará siete veces sobre el que se purifica de la lepra y, tras declararlo limpio, soltará la avecilla viva en el campo.

8 A nd he that is to be cleansed shall wash his clothes, and shave off all his hair, and wash himself in water, that he may be clean: and after that he shall come into the camp, and shall tarry abroad out of his tent seven days.

»El que se purifica lavará sus vestidos, afeitará todo su pelo y se lavará con agua, y quedará limpio. Después entrará en el campamento, pero permanecerá fuera de su tienda siete días.

9 B ut it shall be on the seventh day, that he shall shave all his hair off his head and his beard and his eyebrows, even all his hair he shall shave off: and he shall wash his clothes, also he shall wash his flesh in water, and he shall be clean.

Al séptimo día se afeitará todo el pelo de su cabeza, la barba, las cejas de sus ojos, o sea, todo su pelo; lavará sus vestidos y bañará su cuerpo en agua, y quedará limpio.

10 A nd on the eighth day he shall take two he lambs without blemish, and one ewe lamb of the first year without blemish, and three tenth deals of fine flour for a meat offering, mingled with oil, and one log of oil.

El día octavo tomará dos corderos sin defecto, una cordera de un año sin tacha, tres décimas de efa de flor de harina para ofrenda amasada con aceite, y un log de aceite.

11 A nd the priest that maketh him clean shall present the man that is to be made clean, and those things, before the Lord, at the door of the tabernacle of the congregation:

Y el sacerdote que lo purifica presentará delante de Jehová al que se ha de limpiar con aquellas cosas a la puerta del Tabernáculo de reunión.

12 a nd the priest shall take one he lamb, and offer him for a trespass offering, and the log of oil, and wave them for a wave offering before the Lord:

El sacerdote tomará un cordero y lo ofrecerá por la culpa, con el log de aceite, y lo mecerá como ofrenda mecida delante de Jehová.

13 a nd he shall slay the lamb in the place where he shall kill the sin offering and the burnt offering, in the holy place: for as the sin offering is the priest’s, so is the trespass offering: it is most holy:

Degollará el cordero en el lugar donde se degüella el sacrificio por el pecado y el holocausto, en el lugar del santuario, pues como la víctima por el pecado, así también la víctima por la culpa pertenece al sacerdote: es cosa muy sagrada.

14 a nd the priest shall take some of the blood of the trespass offering, and the priest shall put it upon the tip of the right ear of him that is to be cleansed, and upon the thumb of his right hand, and upon the great toe of his right foot:

»Después el sacerdote tomará de la sangre de la víctima por la culpa, la pondrá sobre el lóbulo de la oreja derecha del que se purifica, sobre el pulgar de su mano derecha y sobre el pulgar de su pie derecho.

15 a nd the priest shall take some of the log of oil, and pour it into the palm of his own left hand:

Asimismo el sacerdote tomará del log de aceite, lo echará sobre la palma de su mano izquierda,

16 a nd the priest shall dip his right finger in the oil that is in his left hand, and shall sprinkle of the oil with his finger seven times before the Lord:

mojará su dedo derecho en el aceite que tiene en su mano izquierda, y esparcirá del aceite con su dedo siete veces delante de Jehová.

17 a nd of the rest of the oil that is in his hand shall the priest put upon the tip of the right ear of him that is to be cleansed, and upon the thumb of his right hand, and upon the great toe of his right foot, upon the blood of the trespass offering:

Y de lo que quede del aceite que tiene en su mano, pondrá el sacerdote sobre el lóbulo de la oreja derecha del que se purifica, sobre el pulgar de su mano derecha y sobre el pulgar de su pie derecho, encima de la sangre del sacrificio por la culpa.

18 a nd the remnant of the oil that is in the priest’s hand he shall pour upon the head of him that is to be cleansed: and the priest shall make an atonement for him before the Lord.

Lo que quede del aceite que tiene en su mano, lo pondrá sobre la cabeza del que se purifica. Así hará el sacerdote expiación por él delante de Jehová.

19 A nd the priest shall offer the sin offering, and make an atonement for him that is to be cleansed from his uncleanness; and afterward he shall kill the burnt offering:

Ofrecerá luego el sacerdote el sacrificio por el pecado y hará expiación por el que se ha de purificar de su inmundicia; después degollará el holocausto

20 a nd the priest shall offer the burnt offering and the meat offering upon the altar: and the priest shall make an atonement for him, and he shall be clean.

y hará subir el holocausto y la ofrenda sobre el altar. Así hará el sacerdote expiación por él, y quedará limpio.

21 A nd if he be poor, and cannot get so much; then he shall take one lamb for a trespass offering to be waved, to make an atonement for him, and one tenth deal of fine flour mingled with oil for a meat offering, and a log of oil;

»Pero si es pobre, y no tiene para tanto, entonces tomará un cordero para ser ofrecido como ofrenda mecida por la culpa, para reconciliarse, y una décima de efa de flor de harina amasada con aceite para la ofrenda, un log de aceite

22 a nd two turtledoves, or two young pigeons, such as he is able to get; and the one shall be a sin offering, and the other a burnt offering.

y dos tórtolas o dos palominos, según pueda; uno será para la expiación por el pecado y el otro para el holocausto.

23 A nd he shall bring them on the eighth day for his cleansing unto the priest, unto the door of the tabernacle of the congregation, before the Lord.

Al octavo día de su purificación traerá estas cosas al sacerdote, a la puerta del Tabernáculo de reunión, delante de Jehová.

24 A nd the priest shall take the lamb of the trespass offering, and the log of oil, and the priest shall wave them for a wave offering before the Lord:

El sacerdote tomará el cordero de la expiación por la culpa y el log de aceite, y los mecerá como ofrenda mecida delante de Jehová.

25 a nd he shall kill the lamb of the trespass offering, and the priest shall take some of the blood of the trespass offering, and put it upon the tip of the right ear of him that is to be cleansed, and upon the thumb of his right hand, and upon the great toe of his right foot:

Luego degollará el cordero de la culpa, y el sacerdote tomará de la sangre de la víctima y la pondrá sobre el lóbulo de la oreja derecha del que se purifica, sobre el pulgar de su mano derecha y sobre el pulgar de su pie derecho.

26 a nd the priest shall pour of the oil into the palm of his own left hand:

Y el sacerdote echará del aceite sobre la palma de su mano izquierda,

27 a nd the priest shall sprinkle with his right finger some of the oil that is in his left hand seven times before the Lord:

y con su dedo derecho rociará del aceite que tiene en su mano izquierda, siete veces delante de Jehová.

28 a nd the priest shall put of the oil that is in his hand upon the tip of the right ear of him that is to be cleansed, and upon the thumb of his right hand, and upon the great toe of his right foot, upon the place of the blood of the trespass offering:

También el sacerdote pondrá del aceite que tiene en su mano sobre el lóbulo de la oreja derecha del que se purifica, sobre el pulgar de su mano derecha y sobre el pulgar de su pie derecho, en el lugar donde puso la sangre de la víctima.

29 a nd the rest of the oil that is in the priest’s hand he shall put upon the head of him that is to be cleansed, to make an atonement for him before the Lord.

Y lo que sobre del aceite que el sacerdote tiene en su mano, lo pondrá sobre la cabeza del que se purifica, para reconciliarlo delante de Jehová.

30 A nd he shall offer the one of the turtledoves, or of the young pigeons, such as he can get;

Asimismo ofrecerá una de las tórtolas o uno de los palominos, según lo que pueda;

31 e ven such as he is able to get, the one for a sin offering, and the other for a burnt offering, with the meat offering: and the priest shall make an atonement for him that is to be cleansed before the Lord.

uno como sacrificio de expiación por el pecado y el otro como holocausto, además de la ofrenda. Así hará el sacerdote expiación por el que se ha de purificar, delante de Jehová.»

32 T his is the law of him in whom is the plague of leprosy, whose hand is not able to get that which pertaineth to his cleansing.

Ésta es la ley para el que haya tenido llaga de lepra, y no tenga más para su purificación.

33 A nd the Lord spake unto Moses and unto Aaron, saying,

Habló también Jehová a Moisés y a Aarón, y les dijo:

34 W hen ye be come into the land of Canaan, which I give to you for a possession, and I put the plague of leprosy in a house of the land of your possession;

«Cuando hayáis entrado en la tierra de Canaán, la cual yo os doy en posesión, si yo mando una plaga de lepra sobre alguna casa de la tierra de vuestra posesión,

35 a nd he that owneth the house shall come and tell the priest, saying, It seemeth to me there is as it were a plague in the house:

aquel a quien pertenezca la casa irá a dar aviso al sacerdote, y le dirá: “Algo como plaga ha aparecido en mi casa.”

36 t hen the priest shall command that they empty the house, before the priest go into it to see the plague, that all that is in the house be not made unclean: and afterward the priest shall go in to see the house:

»Entonces el sacerdote mandará desocupar la casa antes de entrar a examinar la plaga, para que no sea contaminado todo lo que esté en la casa. Después el sacerdote entrará a examinarla.

37 a nd he shall look on the plague, and, behold, if the plague be in the walls of the house with hollow strakes, greenish or reddish, which in sight are lower than the wall;

»Examinará la plaga, y si se ven manchas en las paredes de la casa, manchas verdosas o rojizas, las cuales son más profundas que la superficie de la pared,

38 t hen the priest shall go out of the house to the door of the house, and shut up the house seven days:

el sacerdote saldrá a la puerta de la casa y cerrará la casa por siete días.

39 a nd the priest shall come again the seventh day, and shall look: and, behold, if the plague be spread in the walls of the house;

Al séptimo día volverá el sacerdote y la examinará; si la plaga se ha extendido en las paredes de la casa,

40 t hen the priest shall command that they take away the stones in which the plague is, and they shall cast them into an unclean place without the city:

entonces el sacerdote mandará arrancar las piedras en que esté la plaga, y las echarán en un lugar inmundo fuera de la ciudad.

41 a nd he shall cause the house to be scraped within round about, and they shall pour out the dust that they scrape off without the city into an unclean place:

Después hará raspar todo el interior de la casa, y echarán fuera de la ciudad, en lugar inmundo, el barro que raspen.

42 a nd they shall take other stones, and put them in the place of those stones; and he shall take other morter, and shall plaister the house.

Entonces tomarán otras piedras y las pondrán en lugar de las piedras quitadas, y tomarán otro barro y recubrirán la casa.

43 A nd if the plague come again, and break out in the house, after that he hath taken away the stones, and after he hath scraped the house, and after it is plaistered;

»Si la plaga vuelve a brotar en aquella casa después que hizo arrancar las piedras y raspar la casa, y después que fue recubierta,

44 t hen the priest shall come and look, and, behold, if the plague be spread in the house, it is a fretting leprosy in the house: it is unclean.

entonces el sacerdote entrará y la examinará; y si parece haberse extendido la plaga en la casa, se trata de lepra maligna en la casa, y ésta es inmunda.

45 A nd he shall break down the house, the stones of it, and the timber thereof, and all the morter of the house; and he shall carry them forth out of the city into an unclean place.

Derribará, por tanto, la tal casa, sus piedras, sus maderos y toda la mezcla de la casa, y sacarán todo a un lugar inmundo fuera de la ciudad.

46 M oreover he that goeth into the house all the while that it is shut up shall be unclean until the even.

Cualquiera que entre en aquella casa durante los días en que la mandó cerrar, quedará impuro hasta la noche.

47 A nd he that lieth in the house shall wash his clothes; and he that eateth in the house shall wash his clothes.

El que duerma en aquella casa lavará sus vestidos; también el que coma en la casa lavará sus vestidos.

48 A nd if the priest shall come in, and look upon it, and, behold, the plague hath not spread in the house, after the house was plaistered: then the priest shall pronounce the house clean, because the plague is healed.

»Pero si entra el sacerdote y la examina, y ve que la plaga no se ha extendido en la casa después que fue recubierta, el sacerdote declarará limpia la casa, porque la plaga ha desaparecido.

49 A nd he shall take to cleanse the house two birds, and cedar wood, and scarlet, and hyssop:

Entonces tomará para limpiar la casa dos avecillas, y madera de cedro, grana e hisopo;

50 a nd he shall kill the one of the birds in an earthen vessel over running water:

degollará una avecilla en una vasija de barro sobre aguas corrientes.

51 a nd he shall take the cedar wood, and the hyssop, and the scarlet, and the living bird, and dip them in the blood of the slain bird, and in the running water, and sprinkle the house seven times:

Tomará el cedro, el hisopo, la grana y la avecilla viva, los mojará en la sangre de la avecilla muerta y en las aguas corrientes, y rociará la casa siete veces.

52 a nd he shall cleanse the house with the blood of the bird, and with the running water, and with the living bird, and with the cedar wood, and with the hyssop, and with the scarlet:

Así purificará la casa con la sangre de la avecilla, con las aguas corrientes, con la avecilla viva, la madera de cedro, el hisopo y la grana.

53 b ut he shall let go the living bird out of the city into the open fields, and make an atonement for the house: and it shall be clean.

Luego soltará la avecilla viva fuera de la ciudad, sobre la faz del campo. Así hará expiación por la casa, y quedará limpia.»

54 T his is the law for all manner of plague of leprosy, and scall,

Ésta es la ley acerca de toda plaga de lepra y de tiña,

55 a nd for the leprosy of a garment, and of a house,

de la lepra del vestido y de la casa,

56 a nd for a rising, and for a scab, and for a bright spot:

y acerca de la hinchazón, de la erupción y de la mancha blanca,

57 t o teach when it is unclean, and when it is clean: this is the law of leprosy.

para enseñar cuándo se es impuro y cuándo limpio. Ésta es la ley tocante a la lepra.
