1 A Song of the Ascents. I lift up mine eyes unto the hills, Whence doth my help come?

（ 上 行 之 诗 。 ） 我 要 向 山 举 目 ； 我 的 帮 助 从 何 而 来 ？

2 M y help from Jehovah, maker of heaven and earth,

我 的 帮 助 从 造 天 地 的 耶 和 华 而 来 。

3 H e suffereth not thy foot to be moved, Thy preserver slumbereth not.

他 必 不 叫 你 的 脚 摇 动 ； 保 护 你 的 必 不 打 盹 ！

4 L o, He slumbereth not, nor sleepeth, He who is preserving Israel.

保 护 以 色 列 的 ， 也 不 打 盹 也 不 睡 觉 。

5 J ehovah thy preserver, Jehovah thy shade on thy right hand,

保 护 你 的 是 耶 和 华 ； 耶 和 华 在 你 右 边 荫 庇 你 。

6 B y day the sun doth not smite thee, Nor the moon by night.

白 日 ， 太 阳 必 不 伤 你 ； 夜 间 ， 月 亮 必 不 害 你 。

7 J ehovah preserveth thee from all evil, He doth preserve thy soul.

耶 和 华 要 保 护 你 ， 免 受 一 切 的 灾 害 ； 他 要 保 护 你 的 性 命 。

8 J ehovah preserveth thy going out and thy coming in, From henceforth even unto the age!

你 出 你 入 ， 耶 和 华 要 保 护 你 ， 从 今 时 直 到 永 远 。
