1 И сказал Господь Моисею и Аарону, говоря им:

And Jehovah spoke to Moses and to Aaron, saying to them,

2 с кажите сынам Израилевым: вот животные, которые можно вам есть из всего скота на земле:

Speak unto the children of Israel, saying, These are the animals which ye shall eat of all the beasts which are on the earth.

3 в сякий скот, у которого раздвоены копыта и на копытах глубокий разрез, и который жует жвачку, ешьте;

Whatever hath cloven hoofs, and feet quite split open, and cheweth the cud, among the beasts—that shall ye eat.

4 т олько сих не ешьте из жующих жвачку и имеющих раздвоенные копыта: верблюда, потому что он жует жвачку, но копыта у него не раздвоены, нечист он для вас;

Only these shall ye not eat of those that chew the cud, or of those with cloven hoofs: the camel, for it cheweth the cud, but hath not cloven hoofs—it shall be unclean unto you;

5 и тушканчика, потому что он жует жвачку, но копыта у него не раздвоены, нечист он для вас,

and the rock-badger, for it cheweth the cud, but hath not cloven hoofs—it shall be unclean unto you;

6 и зайца, потому что он жует жвачку, но копыта у него не раздвоены, нечист он для вас;

and the hare, for it cheweth the cud, but hath not cloven hoofs—it shall be unclean unto you;

7 и свиньи, потому что копыта у нее раздвоены и на копытах разрез глубокий, но она не жует жвачки, нечиста она для вас;

and the swine, for it hath cloven hoofs, and feet quite split open, but it cheweth not the cud—it shall be unclean unto you.

8 м яса их не ешьте и к трупам их не прикасайтесь; нечисты они для вас.

Of their flesh shall ye not eat, and their carcase shall ye not touch: they shall be unclean unto you.

9 И з всех, которые в воде, ешьте сих: у которых есть перья и чешуя в воде, в морях ли, или реках, тех ешьте;

These shall ye eat of all that are in the waters: whatever hath fins and scales in waters, in seas and in rivers, these shall ye eat;

10 а все те, у которых нет перьев и чешуи, в морях ли, или реках, из всех плавающих в водах и из всего живущего в водах, скверны для вас;

but all that have not fins and scales in seas and in rivers, of all that swarm in the waters, and of every living soul which is in the waters—they shall be an abomination unto you.

11 о ни должны быть скверны для вас: мяса их не ешьте и трупов их гнушайтесь;

They shall be even an abomination unto you: of their flesh shall ye not eat, and their carcase ye shall have in abomination.

12 в се, у которых нет перьев и чешуи в воде, скверны для вас.

Whatever in the waters hath no fins and scales, that shall be an abomination unto you.

13 И з птиц же гнушайтесь сих: орла, грифа и морского орла,

And these shall ye have in abomination of the fowls; they shall not be eaten; an abomination shall they be: the eagle, and the ossifrage, and the sea-eagle,

14 к оршуна и сокола с породою его,

and the falcon, and the kite, after its kind;

15 в сякого ворона с породою его,

every raven after its kind;

16 с трауса, совы, чайки и ястреба с породою его,

and the female ostrich and the male ostrich, and the sea-gull, and the hawk, after its kind;

17 ф илина, рыболова и ибиса,

and the owl, and the gannet, and the ibis,

18 л ебедя, пеликана и сипа,

and the swan, and the pelican, and the carrion vulture,

19 ц апли, зуя с породою его, удода и нетопыря.

and the stork; the heron after its kind, and the hoopoe, and the bat.

20 В се пресмыкающиеся, крылатые, ходящие на четырех, скверны для нас;

Every winged crawling thing that goeth upon all four shall be an abomination unto you.

21 и з всех пресмыкающихся, крылатых, ходящих на четырех, тех только ешьте, у которых есть голени выше ног, чтобы скакать ими по земле;

Yet these shall ye eat of every winged crawling thing that goeth upon all four: those which have legs above their feet with which to leap upon the earth.

22 с их ешьте из них: саранчу с ее породою, солам с ее породою, харгол с ее породою и хагаб с ее породою.

These shall ye eat of them: the arbeh after its kind, and the solam after its kind, and the hargol after its kind, and the hargab after its kind.

23 В сякое пресмыкающееся, крылатое, у которого четыре ноги, скверно для вас;

But every winged crawling thing that hath four feet shall be an abomination unto you.

24 о т них вы будете нечисты: всякий, кто прикоснется к трупу их, нечист будет до вечера;

And by these ye shall make yourselves unclean; whoever toucheth their carcase shall be unclean until the even.

25 и всякий, кто возьмет труп их, должен омыть одежду свою и нечист будет до вечера.

And whoever carrieth of their carcase shall wash his garments, and be unclean until the even.

26 В сякий скот, у которого копыта раздвоены, но нет глубокого разреза, и который не жует жвачки, нечист для вас: всякий, кто прикоснется к нему, будет нечист.

Every beast that hath cloven hoofs, but not feet quite split open, nor cheweth the cud, shall be unclean unto you: every one that toucheth them shall be unclean.

27 И з всех зверей четвероногих те, которые ходят на лапах, нечисты для вас: всякий, кто прикоснется к трупу их, нечист будет до вечера;

And whatever goeth on its paws, among all manner of beasts that go upon all four, those are unclean unto you: whoever toucheth their carcase shall be unclean until the even.

28 к то возьмет труп их, тот должен омыть одежды свои и нечист будет до вечера: нечисты они для вас.

And he that carrieth their carcase shall wash his garments, and be unclean until the even: they shall be unclean unto you.

29 В от что нечисто для вас из животных, пресмыкающихся по земле: крот, мышь, ящерица с ее породою,

And these shall be unclean unto you among the crawling things which crawl on the earth: the mole, and the field-mouse, and the lizard, after its kind;

30 а нака, хамелеон, летаа, хомет и тиншемет, --

and the groaning lizard, and the great red lizard, and the climbing lizard, and the chomet, and the chameleon.

31 с ии нечисты для вас из всех пресмыкающихся: всякий, кто прикоснется к ним мертвым, нечист будет до вечера.

These shall be unclean unto you among all that crawl: whoever toucheth them when they are dead, shall be unclean until the even.

32 И всё, на что упадет которое-нибудь из них мертвое, всякий деревянный сосуд, или одежда, или кожа, или мешок, и всякая вещь, которая употребляется на дело, будут нечисты: в воду должно положить их, и нечисты будут до вечера, потом будут чисты;

And on whatever any of them when they are dead doth fall, it shall be unclean; all vessels of wood, or garment, or skin, or sack, every vessel wherewith work is done—it shall be put into water, and be unclean until the even; then shall it be clean.

33 е сли же которое-нибудь из них упадет в какой-нибудь глиняный сосуд, то находящееся в нем будет нечисто, и самый разбейте.

And every earthen vessel into which of them falleth—whatever is in it shall be unclean; and ye shall break it.

34 В сякая пища, которую едят, на которой была вода, нечиста будет, и всякое питье, которое пьют, во всяком сосуде нечисто будет.

All food that is eaten on which water hath come shall be unclean; and all drink that is drunk shall be unclean, in every vessel.

35 В сё, на что упадет что-нибудь от трупа их, нечисто будет: печь и очаг должно разломать, они нечисты; и они должны быть нечисты для вас;

And everything where upon of their carcase falleth shall be unclean; oven and hearth shall be broken down: they are unclean, and shall be unclean unto you.

36 т олько источник и колодезь, вмещающий воду, остаются чистыми; а кто прикоснется к трупу их, тот нечист.

Nevertheless, a spring or a well, a quantity of water, shall be clean. But he that toucheth their carcase shall be unclean.

37 И если что-нибудь от трупа их упадет на какое-либо семя, которое сеют, то оно чисто;

And if any part of their carcase fall upon any sowing-seed which is to be sown, it shall be clean;

38 е сли же тогда, как вода налита на семя, упадет на него что-- нибудь от трупа их, то оно нечисто для вас.

but if water have been put on the seed, and any part of their carcase fall thereon, it shall be unclean unto you.

39 И когда умрет какой-либо скот, который употребляется вами в пищу, то прикоснувшийся к трупу его нечист будет до вечера;

And if any beast which is to you for food die, he that toucheth the carcase thereof shall be unclean until the even.

40 и тот, кто будет есть мертвечину его, должен омыть одежды свои и нечист будет до вечера; и тот, кто понесет труп его, должен омыть одежды свои и нечист будет до вечера.

And he that eateth of its carcase shall wash his garments, and be unclean until the even: he also that carrieth its carcase shall wash his garments, and be unclean until the even.

41 В сякое животное, пресмыкающееся по земле, скверно для вас, не должно есть;

And every crawling thing which crawleth on the earth shall be an abomination; it shall not be eaten.

42 в сего ползающего на чреве и всего ходящего на четырех ногах, и многоножных из животных пресмыкающихся по земле, не ешьте, ибо они скверны;

Whatever goeth on the belly, and whatever goeth on all four, and all that have a great many feet, of every manner of crawling thing which crawleth on the earth—these ye shall not eat; for they are an abomination.

43 н е оскверняйте душ ваших каким-либо животным пресмыкающимся и не делайте себя чрез них нечистыми, чтоб быть чрез них нечистыми,

Ye shall not make yourselves abominable through any crawling thing which crawleth, neither shall ye make yourselves unclean with them, that ye should be defiled thereby.

44 и бо Я--Господь Бог ваш: освящайтесь и будьте святы, ибо Я свят; и не оскверняйте душ ваших каким-либо животным, ползающим по земле,

For I am Jehovah your God; and ye shall hallow yourselves, and ye shall be holy; for I am holy; and ye shall not make yourselves unclean through any manner of crawling thing which creepeth on the earth.

45 и бо Я--Господь, выведший вас из земли Египетской, чтобы быть вашим Богом. Итак будьте святы, потому что Я свят.

For I am Jehovah who brought you up out of the land of Egypt, to be your God: ye shall therefore be holy, for I am holy.

46 В от закон о скоте, о птицах, о всех животных, живущих в водах, и о всех животных, пресмыкающихся по земле,

This is the law of cattle, and of fowl, and of every living soul that moveth in the waters, and of every soul that crawleth on the earth;

47 ч тобы отличать нечистое от чистого, и животных, которых можно есть, от животных, которых есть не должно.

to make a difference between the unclean and the clean, and between the beast that is to be eaten and the beast that is not to be eaten.
