1 T hen answered Bildad the Shuhite, and said,
Ano ra ko Pirirara Huhi; i mea ia,
2 D ominion and fear are with him; He maketh peace in his high places.
Kei a ia te kingitanga me te wehi: ko ia hei hohou i te rongo i ona wahi tiketike.
3 I s there any number of his armies? And upon whom doth not his light arise?
E taea ranei ana ope te tatau? ko wai hoki i kore te whitingia e tona marama?
4 H ow then can man be just with God? Or how can he be clean that is born of a woman?
A ma te aha ra te tangata ka whakatikaia mai ai e te Atua? Ma te aha ka ma ai te whanau a te wahine?
5 B ehold, even the moon hath no brightness, And the stars are not pure in his sight:
Nana, ko te marama, kahore ona tiahotanga, kahore hoki nga whetu kia ma ki tana titiro:
6 H ow much less man, that is a worm! And the son of man, that is a worm!
Kia iti rawa iho to te tangata, he kutukutu nei! to te tama a te tangata, he iro nei!
