1 A labad el nombre de Jehová; Alabadle, siervos de Jehová;

2 L os que estáis en la casa de Jehová, En los atrios de la casa de nuestro Dios.

Ye that stand in the house of the Lord, in the courts of the house of our God,

3 A labad a JAH, porque él es bueno; Cantad salmos a su nombre, porque él es benigno.

praise the Lord; for the Lord is good: sing praises unto his name; for it is pleasant.

4 P orque JAH ha escogido a Jacob para sí, A Israel por posesión suya.

For the Lord hath chosen Jacob unto himself, and Israel for his peculiar treasure.

5 P orque yo sé que Jehová es grande, Y el Señor nuestro, mayor que todos los dioses.

For I know that the Lord is great, and that our Lord is above all gods.

6 T odo lo que Jehová quiere, lo hace, En los cielos y en la tierra, en los mares y en todos los abismos.

Whatsoever the Lord pleased, that did he in heaven, and in earth, in the seas, and all deep places.

7 H ace subir las nubes de los extremos de la tierra; Hace los relámpagos para la lluvia; Saca de sus depósitos los vientos.

He causeth the vapours to ascend from the ends of the earth; he maketh lightnings for the rain; he bringeth the wind out of his treasuries.

8 É l es quien hizo morir a los primogénitos de Egipto, Desde el hombre hasta la bestia.

Who smote the firstborn of Egypt, both of man and beast.

9 E nvió señales y prodigios en medio de ti, oh Egipto, Contra Faraón, y contra todos sus siervos.

Who sent tokens and wonders into the midst of thee, O Egypt, upon Pharaoh, and upon all his servants.

10 D estruyó a muchas naciones, Y mató a reyes poderosos;

Who smote great nations, and slew mighty kings;

11 A Sehón rey de los amorreos, A Og rey de Basán, Y a todos los reyes de Canaán.

Sihon king of the Amorites, and Og king of Bashan, and all the kingdoms of Canaan:

12 Y dio la tierra de ellos en heredad, En heredad a Israel su pueblo.

and gave their land for an heritage, an heritage unto Israel his people.

13 O h Jehová, eterno es tu nombre; Tu recuerdo, oh Jehová, de generación en generación.

Thy name, O Lord, endureth for ever; and thy memorial, O Lord, throughout all generations.

14 P orque Jehová juzga a su pueblo, Y se compadece de sus siervos.

For the Lord will judge his people, and he will repent himself concerning his servants.

15 L os ídolos de los gentiles son plata y oro, Obra de manos de hombres.

The idols of the heathen are silver and gold, the work of men’s hands.

16 T ienen boca, y no hablan; Tienen ojos, y no ven;

They have mouths, but they speak not; eyes have they, but they see not;

17 T ienen orejas, y no oyen; Tampoco hay aliento en sus bocas.

they have ears, but they hear not; neither is there any breath in their mouths.

18 S emejantes a ellos serán los que los hacen, Y todos los que en ellos confían.

They that make them are like unto them: so is every one that trusteth in them.

19 C asa de Israel, bendecid a Jehová; Casa de Aarón, bendecid a Jehová;

Bless the Lord, O house of Israel: bless the Lord, O house of Aaron:

20 C asa de Leví, bendecid a Jehová; Los que teméis a Jehová, bendecid a Jehová.

bless the Lord, O house of Levi: ye that fear the Lord, bless the Lord.

21 D esde Sión sea bendecido Jehová, El que habita en Jerusalén. Aleluya.

Blessed be the Lord out of Zion, which dwelleth at Jerusalem. Praise ye the Lord.
