1 L a iniquidad del impío le dice al corazón: No hay por qué temer a Dios ni en su presencia.

The transgression of the wicked saith within my heart, that there is no fear of God before his eyes.

2 P orque se lisonjea, en sus propios ojos, De que su iniquidad no será hallada y aborrecida.

For he flattereth himself in his own eyes, until his iniquity be found to be hateful.

3 L as palabras de su boca son iniquidad y fraude; Ha renunciado a ser cuerdo y hacer el bien.

The words of his mouth are iniquity and deceit: he hath left off to be wise, and to do good.

4 M aquina maldad sobre su cama; Se obstina en un camino que no es bueno, Y no aborrece el mal.

He deviseth mischief upon his bed; he setteth himself in a way that is not good; he abhorreth not evil.

5 J ehová, hasta los cielos llega tu misericordia, Y tu fidelidad alcanza hasta las nubes.

Thy mercy, O Lord, is in the heavens; and thy faithfulness reacheth unto the clouds.

6 T u justicia es como los montes de Dios, Tus juicios, como el gran abismo. Oh Jehová, a hombres y animales socorres.

Thy righteousness is like the great mountains; thy judgments are a great deep: O Lord, thou preservest man and beast.

7 ¡ Cuán preciosa, oh Dios, es tu misericordia! Por eso los hijos de los hombres se amparan bajo la sombra de tus alas.

How excellent is thy lovingkindness, O God! therefore the children of men put their trust under the shadow of thy wings.

8 S erán completamente saciados de la abundancia de tu casa, Y tú los abrevarás del torrente de tus delicias.

They shall be abundantly satisfied with the fatness of thy house; and thou shalt make them drink of the river of thy pleasures.

9 P orque de ti brota el manantial de la vida; En tu luz vemos la luz.

For with thee is the fountain of life: in thy light shall we see light.

10 P rolonga tu misericordia en los que te conocen, Y tu justicia en los rectos de corazón.

O continue thy lovingkindness unto them that know thee; and thy righteousness to the upright in heart.

11 Q ue el pie del orgullo no me alcance, Ni la mano de los impíos me empuje.

Let not the foot of pride come against me, and let not the hand of the wicked remove me.

12 V ed cómo caen los hacedores de iniquidad; Son derribados, y no podrán levantarse.

There are the workers of iniquity fallen: they are cast down, and shall not be able to rise.
