Was war dir, du Meer, daß du flohest, und du, Jordan, daß du dich zurückwandtest,

6 Y e mountains, that ye skipped like rams? ye hills, like lambs?

ihr Berge, daß ihr hüpftet wie die Lämmer, ihr Hügel wie die jungen Schafe?

7 T remble, thou earth, at the presence of the Lord, at the presence of the +God of Jacob,

Vor dem HERRN bebte die Erde, vor dem Gott Jakobs,

8 W ho turned the rock into a pool of water, the flint into a fountain of waters.
