1 D espierta, despierta, Vístete de tu poder, oh Sion. Vístete de tus ropajes hermosos, Oh Jerusalén, ciudad santa. Porque el incircunciso y el inmundo No volverán a entrar en ti.

Awake, awake; put on thy strength, O Zion; put on thy beautiful garments, O Jerusalem, the holy city: for henceforth there shall no more come into thee the uncircumcised and the unclean.

2 S al del polvo, levántate, Cautiva Jerusalén. Líbrate de las cadenas de tu cuello, Cautiva hija de Sion.

Shake thyself from the dust; arise, and sit down, O Jerusalem: loose thyself from the bands of thy neck, O captive daughter of Zion.

3 P orque así dice el Señor: “De balde fueron ustedes vendidos y sin dinero serán redimidos.”

For thus saith the Lord, Ye have sold yourselves for nought; and ye shall be redeemed without money.

4 P orque así dice el Señor Dios: “Mi pueblo descendió a Egipto al principio para residir allí; después los Asirios los oprimieron sin motivo.

For thus saith the Lord God, My people went down aforetime into Egypt to sojourn there; and the Assyrian oppressed them without cause.

5 Y ahora, ¿qué hago Yo aquí,” declara el Señor “viendo que se llevan a Mi pueblo sin causa?” También declara el Señor: “Sus dominadores dan gritos, y sin cesar Mi nombre es blasfemado todo el día.

Now therefore, what have I here, saith the Lord, that my people is taken away for nought? they that rule over them make them to howl, saith the Lord; and my name continually every day is blasphemed.

6 P or tanto, Mi pueblo conocerá Mi nombre. Así que en aquel día comprenderán que Yo soy el que dice: ‘Aquí estoy.’”

Therefore my people shall know my name: therefore they shall know in that day that I am he that doth speak: behold, it is I.

7 ¡ Qué hermosos son sobre los montes Los pies del que trae buenas nuevas, Del que anuncia la paz, Del que trae las buenas nuevas de gozo, Del que anuncia la salvación, Y dice a Sion: “Tu Dios reina!”

How beautiful upon the mountains are the feet of him that bringeth good tidings, that publisheth peace; that bringeth good tidings of good, that publisheth salvation; that saith unto Zion, Thy God reigneth!

8 ¡ Una voz! Tus centinelas alzan la voz, A una gritan de júbilo Porque verán con sus propios ojos Cuando el Señor restaure a Sion.

Thy watchmen shall lift up the voice; with the voice together shall they sing: for they shall see eye to eye, when the Lord shall bring again Zion.

9 P rorrumpan a una en gritos de júbilo, Lugares desolados de Jerusalén, Porque el Señor ha consolado a Su pueblo, Ha redimido a Jerusalén.

Break forth into joy, sing together, ye waste places of Jerusalem: for the Lord hath comforted his people, he hath redeemed Jerusalem.

10 E l Señor ha desnudado Su santo brazo A la vista de todas las naciones, Y todos los confines de la tierra verán La salvación de nuestro Dios.

The Lord hath made bare his holy arm in the eyes of all the nations; and all the ends of the earth shall see the salvation of our God.

11 A pártense, apártense, salgan de allí, Nada inmundo toquen. Salgan de en medio de ella, purifíquense, Ustedes que llevan las vasijas del Señor.

Depart ye, depart ye, go ye out from thence, touch no unclean thing; go ye out of the midst of her; be ye clean, that bear the vessels of the Lord.

12 P ues no saldrán precipitadamente, Ni irán como fugitivos. Porque delante de ustedes irá el Señor, Y su retaguardia será el Dios de Israel. Sufrimiento y Gloria del Siervo del Señor

For ye shall not go out with haste, nor go by flight: for the Lord will go before you; and the God of Israel will be your reward.

13 O igan esto: Mi siervo prosperará, Será enaltecido, levantado y en gran manera exaltado.

Behold, my servant shall deal prudently, he shall be exalted and extolled, and be very high.

14 D e la manera que muchos se asombraron de ti, pueblo Mío, Así fue desfigurada Su apariencia más que la de cualquier hombre, Y Su aspecto más que el de los hijos de los hombres.

As many were astonied at thee; his visage was so marred more than any man, and his form more than the sons of men:

15 C iertamente El asombrará a muchas naciones, Los reyes cerrarán la boca ante El. Porque lo que no les habían contado verán, Y lo que no habían oído entenderán.

So shall he sprinkle many nations; the kings shall shut their mouths at him: for that which had not been told them shall they see; and that which they had not heard shall they consider.
