1 ¶ Hear my cry, O God; attend unto my prayer.

إلَهِي، اسْمَعْ صَرخَتِي. وَإلَى صَلاتِي انتَبِهْ.

2 F rom the end of the earth I will cry unto thee when my heart is overwhelmed; lead me to the rock that is higher than I.

حَيثُما كُنتُ وَحِينَما أضعُفُ، بِكَ أستَنجِدُ! فَقُدنِي إلَى قَلعَةٍ أعلَى مِنِّي.

3 F or thou hast been a shelter for me and a strong tower from the enemy.

لأنَّكَ أنتَ قَلعَتِي المُرتَفِعَةُ! وَأنتَ بُرجِيَ المَنِيعُ فِي وَجهِ أعدائِيَ!

4 I will abide in thy tabernacle for ever; I will trust in the covert of thy wings. Selah.

أُرِيدُ أنْ أسكُنَ فِي خَيمَتِكَ إلَى الأبَدِ، مُحتَمِياً تَحتَ جَناحَيكَ. سِلاهْ

5 ¶ For thou, O God, hast heard my vows; thou hast given an inheritance to those that fear thy name.

لأنَّكَ نَظَرتَ إلَى نُذُورِي يا اللهُ. وَأعطَيتَنِي مِيراثَ خائِفِيكَ.

6 T hou wilt add days upon days unto the king’s life; his years shall be from generation to generation.

لَيْتَكَ تُطِيلُ عُمْرَ المَلِكِ، فَيَعِيشَ عَبرَ الأجيالِ الآتِيَةِ.

7 H e shall abide before God for ever; He is aware of mercy and truth which preserve him.

لَيْتَهُ يُتَوَّجُ إلَى الأبَدِ فِي حَضْرَةِ اللهِ، تَحمِيهِ رَحمَتُكَ وَأمانَتُكَ.

8 S o I will sing thy name for ever, performing my vows each day.

سَأُرَنِّمُ تَرانِيمَ إكراماً لاسمِكَ إلَى الأبَدِ، وَأُوفِي نُذُورِي يَوماً فَيَوماً!
