1 T his is the law of the guilt or trespass offering; it is most holy or sacred:
¶ Likewise this shall be the law of the expiation of guilt; it shall be most holy.
2 I n the place where they kill the burnt offering shall they kill the guilt or trespass offering; the blood of it shall the priest dash against the altar round about.
In the place where they kill the burnt offering shall they kill the expiation of guilt, and he shall sprinkle its blood round about upon the altar.
3 A nd he shall offer all its fat, the fat tail and the fat that covers the entrails,
And he shall offer of it all the fat thereof, the tail and the fat that covers the intestines
4 A nd the two kidneys and the fat that is on them at the loins, and the lobe or appendage of the liver, which he shall take away with the kidneys.
and the two kidneys and the fat that is on them and that which is on the flanks and with the kidneys he shall take away the caul that is above the liver.
5 A nd the priest shall burn them on the altar for an offering made by fire to the Lord; it is a guilt or trespass offering.
And the priest shall incense them upon the altar for an offering on fire unto the LORD; and this shall be the expiation of guilt.
6 E very male among the priests may eat of it; it shall be eaten in a sacred place; it is most holy.
Every male among the priests shall eat thereof; it shall be eaten in the holy place for it is most holy.
7 A s is the sin offering, so is the guilt or trespass offering; there is one law for them: the priest who makes atonement with it shall have it.
As with the sin, so shall it be with the guilt; they shall have the same law; the priest that has made the reconciliation shall have that which was offered.
8 A nd the priest who offers any man’s burnt offering, that priest shall have for himself the hide of the burnt offering which he has offered.
And the priest that offers anyone’s burnt offering, even the priest shall have for himself the skin of the burnt offering which he has offered.
9 A nd every cereal offering that is baked in the oven and all that is prepared in a pan or on a griddle shall belong to the priest who offered it.
Likewise every present that is baked in the oven and all that is dressed in the fryingpan or in the pot shall be the priest’s that offers it.
10 A nd every cereal offering, mixed with oil or dry, all the sons of Aaron may have, one as well as another.
And every present mingled with oil and dry shall all the sons of Aaron have, one as much as another.
11 A nd this is the law of the sacrifice of peace offerings which shall be offered to the Lord:
¶ And this shall be the law of the sacrifice of peace, which shall be offered unto the LORD.
12 I f one offers it for a thanksgiving, then he shall offer with the thank offering unleavened cakes mixed with oil, and unleavened wafers spread with oil, and cakes of fine flour mixed with oil.
If it is offered in thanksgiving, then he shall offer for the sacrifice of thanksgiving unleavened cakes mingled with oil and unleavened wafers anointed with oil and cakes mingled with oil, of fine flour, fried.
13 W ith cakes of leavened bread he shall offer his sacrifice of thanksgiving with the sacrifice of his peace offerings.
With cakes of leavened bread he shall offer his offering in the sacrifice of thanksgiving of his peace.
14 A nd of it he shall offer one cake from each offering as an offering to the Lord; it shall belong to the priest who dashes the blood of the peace offerings.
And out of the whole offering he shall offer part to be elevated in offering unto the LORD, and it shall be the priest’s that sprinkles the blood of the peace.
15 T he flesh of the sacrifice of thanksgiving presented as a peace offering shall be eaten on the day that it is offered; none of it shall be left until morning.
And the flesh of his sacrifice of peace for thanksgiving shall be eaten the same day that it is offered; he shall not leave any of it until the morning.
16 B ut if the sacrifice of the worshiper’s offering is a vow or a freewill offering, it shall be eaten the same day that he offers his sacrifice, and on the morrow that which remains of it shall be eaten;
But if the sacrifice of his offering is a vow, or voluntary, it shall be eaten the same day that he offers his sacrifice; and that which is left of it shall be eaten the next day;
17 B ut the remainder of the flesh of the sacrifice on the third day shall be burned with fire.
but that which is left of the flesh of the sacrifice on the third day shall be burnt with fire.
18 I f any of the flesh of the sacrifice of his peace offerings be eaten at all on the third day, then the one who brought it shall not be credited with it; it shall not be accepted. It shall be an abomination and an abhorred thing; the one who eats of it shall bear his iniquity and answer for it.
And if any of the flesh of his sacrifice of peace is eaten at all on the third day, he that offers it shall not be accepted, neither shall it be imputed unto him; it shall be an abomination, and the person that eats of it shall bear his iniquity.
19 T he flesh that comes in contact with anything that is not clean shall not be eaten; it shall be burned with fire. As for the meat, everyone who is clean may eat of it.
And the flesh that touches any unclean thing shall not be eaten; it shall be burnt with fire; but every clean person shall eat of this flesh.
20 B ut the one who eats of the flesh of the sacrifice of peace offerings that belong to the Lord when he is unclean, that person shall be cut off from his people.
And the person that eats of the flesh of the sacrifice of peace, which is of the LORD, being unclean, that person shall be cut off from his people.
21 A nd if anyone touches any unclean thing—the uncleanness of man or an unclean beast or any unclean abomination—and then eats of the flesh of the sacrifice of the Lord’s peace offerings, that person shall be cut off from his people.
Moreover the person that shall touch any unclean thing, as the uncleanness of man or any unclean beast or any abominable unclean thing and eat of the flesh of the sacrifice of peace, which is of the LORD, that person shall be cut off from his people.
22 A nd the Lord said to Moses,
And the LORD spoke unto Moses, saying,
23 S ay to the Israelites, You shall eat no kind of fat, of ox, or sheep, or goat.
Speak unto the sons of Israel, saying, Ye shall eat no manner of fat, of ox or of sheep or of goat.
24 T he fat of the beast that dies of itself and the fat of one that is torn with beasts may be put to any other use, but under no circumstances are you to eat of it.
And the fat of the beast that died of itself and the fat of that which is torn by beasts may be used in any other use, but ye shall not eat of it.
25 F or whoever eats the fat of the beast from which men offer an offering made by fire to the Lord, that person shall be cut off from his people.
For whosoever eats fat of an animal, of which an offering is made on fire unto the LORD, the person that eats it shall be cut off from his people.
26 M oreover, you shall eat no blood of any kind, whether of bird or of beast, in any of your dwellings.
Moreover ye shall eat no manner of blood, whether it is of fowl or of beast, in any of your dwellings.
27 W hoever eats any kind of blood, that person shall be cut off from his people.
Whatever person it is that eats any manner of blood, that person shall be cut off from his people.
28 A nd the Lord said to Moses,
And the LORD spoke unto Moses, saying,
29 T ell the Israelites, He who offers the sacrifice of his peace offerings to the Lord shall bring his offering to the Lord; from the sacrifice of his peace offerings
Speak unto the sons of Israel, saying, He that offers his sacrifice of peace unto the LORD shall bring his offering of the sacrifice of his peace unto the LORD;
30 H e shall bring with his own hands the offerings made by fire to the Lord; he shall bring the fat with the breast, that the breast may be waved as a wave offering before the Lord.
his own hands shall bring the offerings which must be burned unto the LORD; he shall bring the fat with the breast that the breast may be waved for a wave offering before the LORD.
31 T he priest shall burn the fat on the altar, but the breast shall be for Aaron and his sons.
And the priest shall incense the fat upon the altar; but the breast shall be Aaron’s and his sons’.
32 A nd the right thigh you shall give to the priest for an offering from the sacrifices of your peace offerings.
And ye shall give unto the priest to be elevated in offering the right shoulder of the sacrifices of your peace.
33 T he son of Aaron who offers the blood of the peace offerings and the fat shall have the right thigh for his portion.
He among the sons of Aaron that offers the blood of the peace and the fat shall have the right shoulder for his part;
34 F or I have taken the breast that was waved and the thigh that was offered from the Israelites, out of the sacrifices of their peace offerings, and have given them to Aaron the priest and to his sons as their perpetual due from the Israelites.
for I have taken from the sons of Israel of their sacrifices of peace the breast that is waved and the shoulder that is set apart and have given them unto Aaron, the priest, and unto his sons by a perpetual statute among the sons of Israel.
35 T his is the anointing portion of Aaron and his sons out of the offerings to the Lord made by fire on the day when they were presented to minister to the Lord in the priest’s office.
¶ This is the anointing of Aaron and the anointing of his sons of the offerings on fire unto the LORD from the day when he brought them in to be priests of the LORD,
36 T he Lord commanded this to be given them of the Israelites on the day when they were anointed. It is their portion perpetually throughout their generations.
which portions the LORD commanded to be given to them from the day that he anointed them from among the sons of Israel by a perpetual statute throughout their generations.
37 T his is the law of the burnt offering, the cereal offering, the sin offering, the guilt or trespass offering, the consecration offering, and the sacrifice of peace offerings,
This is the law of the burnt offering, of the present, of sin, of guilt, of the consecrations, and of the sacrifice of peace,
38 W hich the Lord ordered Moses on Mount Sinai on the day He commanded the Israelites to offer their sacrifices to the Lord, in the Wilderness of Sinai.
which the LORD commanded Moses in Mount Sinai in the day that he commanded the sons of Israel to offer their offerings unto the LORD in the wilderness of Sinai.
