1 A nd this is the law of the trespass-offering—it is most holy:
¶ Likewise this shall be the law of the expiation of guilt; it shall be most holy.
2 i n the place where they slaughter the burnt-offering shall they slaughter the trespass-offering; and the blood thereof shall he sprinkle on the altar round about.
In the place where they kill the burnt offering shall they kill the expiation of guilt, and he shall sprinkle its blood round about upon the altar.
3 A nd he shall present of it all the fat thereof; the fat tail and the fat that covereth the inwards,
And he shall offer of it all the fat thereof, the tail and the fat that covers the intestines
4 a nd the two kidneys, and the fat that is on them, which is by the flanks, and the net above the liver, which he shall take away as far as the kidneys.
and the two kidneys and the fat that is on them and that which is on the flanks and with the kidneys he shall take away the caul that is above the liver.
5 A nd the priest shall burn them on the altar, an offering by fire to Jehovah: it is a trespass-offering.
And the priest shall incense them upon the altar for an offering on fire unto the LORD; and this shall be the expiation of guilt.
6 E very male among the priests shall eat thereof; in a holy place shall it be eaten: it is most holy.
Every male among the priests shall eat thereof; it shall be eaten in the holy place for it is most holy.
7 A s the sin-offering, so is the trespass-offering; be one law for them: it shall be the priest's who maketh atonement therewith.
As with the sin, so shall it be with the guilt; they shall have the same law; the priest that has made the reconciliation shall have that which was offered.
8 A nd the priest that presenteth any man's burnt-offering, the skin of the burnt-offering which he hath presented shall be the priest's for himself.
And the priest that offers anyone’s burnt offering, even the priest shall have for himself the skin of the burnt offering which he has offered.
9 A nd every oblation that is baken in the oven, and all that is prepared in the cauldron and in the pan, shall be the priest's who offereth it; to him it shall belong.
Likewise every present that is baked in the oven and all that is dressed in the fryingpan or in the pot shall be the priest’s that offers it.
10 A nd every oblation, mingled with oil, and dry, shall all the sons of Aaron have, one as the other.
And every present mingled with oil and dry shall all the sons of Aaron have, one as much as another.
11 A nd this is the law of the sacrifice of peace-offering, which shall present to Jehovah.
¶ And this shall be the law of the sacrifice of peace, which shall be offered unto the LORD.
12 I f he present it for a thanksgiving, then he shall present with the sacrifice of thanksgiving unleavened cakes mingled with oil, and unleavened wafers anointed with oil, and fine flour saturated with oil, cakes mingled with oil.
If it is offered in thanksgiving, then he shall offer for the sacrifice of thanksgiving unleavened cakes mingled with oil and unleavened wafers anointed with oil and cakes mingled with oil, of fine flour, fried.
13 B esides the cakes, he shall present his offering of leavened bread with the sacrifice of his peace-offering of thanksgiving.
With cakes of leavened bread he shall offer his offering in the sacrifice of thanksgiving of his peace.
14 A nd of it he shall present one out of the whole offering as a heave-offering to Jehovah; to the priest that sprinkleth the blood of the peace-offering, to him it shall belong.
And out of the whole offering he shall offer part to be elevated in offering unto the LORD, and it shall be the priest’s that sprinkles the blood of the peace.
15 A nd the flesh of the sacrifice of his peace-offering of thanksgiving shall be eaten the same day that it is presented; he shall not let any of it remain until the morning.
And the flesh of his sacrifice of peace for thanksgiving shall be eaten the same day that it is offered; he shall not leave any of it until the morning.
16 A nd if the sacrifice of his offering be a vow, or voluntary, it shall be eaten the same day that he presented his sacrifice; on the morrow also the remainder of it shall be eaten;
But if the sacrifice of his offering is a vow, or voluntary, it shall be eaten the same day that he offers his sacrifice; and that which is left of it shall be eaten the next day;
17 a nd the remainder of the flesh of the sacrifice on the third day shall be burned with fire.
but that which is left of the flesh of the sacrifice on the third day shall be burnt with fire.
18 A nd if of the flesh of the sacrifice of his peace-offering be eaten at all on the third day, it shall not be accepted, it shall not be reckoned to him that hath presented it; it shall be an unclean thing, and the soul that eateth of it shall bear his iniquity.
And if any of the flesh of his sacrifice of peace is eaten at all on the third day, he that offers it shall not be accepted, neither shall it be imputed unto him; it shall be an abomination, and the person that eats of it shall bear his iniquity.
19 A nd the flesh that toucheth anything unclean shall not be eaten; it shall be burned with fire. And as to the flesh, all that are clean may eat flesh.
And the flesh that touches any unclean thing shall not be eaten; it shall be burnt with fire; but every clean person shall eat of this flesh.
20 B ut the soul that eateth the flesh of the sacrifice of peace-offering which is for Jehovah, having his uncleanness upon him, that soul shall be cut off from his peoples.
And the person that eats of the flesh of the sacrifice of peace, which is of the LORD, being unclean, that person shall be cut off from his people.
21 A nd if any one touch anything unclean, the uncleanness of man, or unclean beast, or any unclean abomination, and eat of the flesh of the sacrifice of peace-offering, which is for Jehovah, that soul shall be cut off from his peoples.
Moreover the person that shall touch any unclean thing, as the uncleanness of man or any unclean beast or any abominable unclean thing and eat of the flesh of the sacrifice of peace, which is of the LORD, that person shall be cut off from his people.
22 A nd Jehovah spoke to Moses, saying,
And the LORD spoke unto Moses, saying,
23 S peak unto the children of Israel, saying, No fat, of ox, or of sheep, or of goat shall ye eat.
Speak unto the sons of Israel, saying, Ye shall eat no manner of fat, of ox or of sheep or of goat.
24 B ut the fat of a dead carcase, and the fat of that which is torn, may be used in any other use; but ye shall in no wise eat it.
And the fat of the beast that died of itself and the fat of that which is torn by beasts may be used in any other use, but ye shall not eat of it.
25 F or whoever eateth the fat of the beast of which men present an offering by fire to Jehovah, the soul that hath eaten shall be cut off from his peoples.
For whosoever eats fat of an animal, of which an offering is made on fire unto the LORD, the person that eats it shall be cut off from his people.
26 A nd no blood shall ye eat in any of your dwellings, whether it be of fowl or of cattle.
Moreover ye shall eat no manner of blood, whether it is of fowl or of beast, in any of your dwellings.
27 W hatever soul it be that eateth any manner of blood, that soul shall be cut off from his peoples.
Whatever person it is that eats any manner of blood, that person shall be cut off from his people.
28 A nd Jehovah spoke to Moses, saying,
And the LORD spoke unto Moses, saying,
29 S peak unto the children of Israel, saying, He that presenteth the sacrifice of his peace-offering to Jehovah shall bring his offering to Jehovah of the sacrifice of his peace-offering.
Speak unto the sons of Israel, saying, He that offers his sacrifice of peace unto the LORD shall bring his offering of the sacrifice of his peace unto the LORD;
30 H is own hands shall bring Jehovah's offerings by fire, the fat with the breast shall he bring: the breast, that it may be waved as a wave-offering before Jehovah.
his own hands shall bring the offerings which must be burned unto the LORD; he shall bring the fat with the breast that the breast may be waved for a wave offering before the LORD.
31 A nd the priest shall burn the fat on the altar; and the breast shall be Aaron's and his sons'.
And the priest shall incense the fat upon the altar; but the breast shall be Aaron’s and his sons’.
32 A nd the right shoulder of the sacrifices of your peace-offerings shall ye give as a heave-offering unto the priest.
And ye shall give unto the priest to be elevated in offering the right shoulder of the sacrifices of your peace.
33 H e of the sons of Aaron that presenteth the blood of the peace-offerings, and the fat, shall have the right shoulder for part.
He among the sons of Aaron that offers the blood of the peace and the fat shall have the right shoulder for his part;
34 F or the breast of the wave-offering, and the shoulder of the heave-offering, have I taken of the children of Israel from the sacrifices of their peace-offerings, and have given them unto Aaron the priest and unto his sons from the children of Israel by an everlasting statute.
for I have taken from the sons of Israel of their sacrifices of peace the breast that is waved and the shoulder that is set apart and have given them unto Aaron, the priest, and unto his sons by a perpetual statute among the sons of Israel.
35 T his is of the anointing of Aaron and of the anointing of his sons, from Jehovah's offerings by fire, in the day he presented them to serve Jehovah as priests,
¶ This is the anointing of Aaron and the anointing of his sons of the offerings on fire unto the LORD from the day when he brought them in to be priests of the LORD,
36 w hich Jehovah commanded to be given them by the children of Israel in the day that he anointed them: an everlasting statute, throughout their generations.
which portions the LORD commanded to be given to them from the day that he anointed them from among the sons of Israel by a perpetual statute throughout their generations.
37 T his is the law of the burnt-offering, of the oblation, and of the sin-offering, and of the trespass-offering, and of the consecration-offering, and of the sacrifice of peace-offering,
This is the law of the burnt offering, of the present, of sin, of guilt, of the consecrations, and of the sacrifice of peace,
38 w hich Jehovah commanded Moses in mount Sinai, in the day that he commanded the children of Israel to present their offerings to Jehovah, in the wilderness of Sinai.
which the LORD commanded Moses in Mount Sinai in the day that he commanded the sons of Israel to offer their offerings unto the LORD in the wilderness of Sinai.
