1 B lessed (happy, fortunate, to be envied) are the undefiled (the upright, truly sincere, and blameless) in the way, who walk (order their conduct and conversation) in the law of the Lord (the whole of God’s revealed will).

行 為 完 全 、 遵 行 耶 和 華 律 法 的 ， 這 人 便 為 有 福 ！

2 B lessed (happy, fortunate, to be envied) are they who keep His testimonies, and who seek, inquire for and of Him and crave Him with the whole heart.

遵 守 他 的 法 度 、 一 心 尋 求 他 的 ， 這 人 便 為 有 福 ！

3 Y es, they do no unrighteousness; they walk in His ways.

這 人 不 做 非 義 的 事 ， 但 遵 行 他 的 道 。

4 Y ou have commanded us to keep Your precepts, that we should observe them diligently.

耶 和 華 啊 ， 你 曾 將 你 的 訓 詞 吩 咐 我 們 ， 為 要 我 們 殷 勤 遵 守 。

5 O h, that my ways were directed and established to observe Your statutes!

但 願 我 行 事 堅 定 ， 得 以 遵 守 你 的 律 例 。

6 T hen shall I not be put to shame when I have respect to all Your commandments.

我 看 重 你 的 一 切 命 令 ， 就 不 至 於 羞 愧 。

7 I will praise and give thanks to You with uprightness of heart when I learn Your righteous judgments.

我 學 了 你 公 義 的 判 語 ， 就 要 以 正 直 的 心 稱 謝 你 。

8 I will keep Your statutes; O forsake me not utterly.

我 必 守 你 的 律 例 ； 求 你 總 不 要 丟 棄 我 ！

9 H ow shall a young man cleanse his way? By taking heed and keeping watch according to Your word.

少 年 人 用 甚 麼 潔 淨 他 的 行 為 呢 ？ 是 要 遵 行 你 的 話 ！

10 W ith my whole heart have I sought You, inquiring for and of You and yearning for You; Oh, let me not wander or step aside from Your commandments.

我 一 心 尋 求 了 你 ； 求 你 不 要 叫 我 偏 離 你 的 命 令 。

11 Y our word have I laid up in my heart, that I might not sin against You.

我 將 你 的 話 藏 在 心 裡 ， 免 得 我 得 罪 你 。

12 B lessed are You, O Lord; teach me Your statutes.

耶 和 華 啊 ， 你 是 應 當 稱 頌 的 ！ 求 你 將 你 的 律 例 教 訓 我 ！

13 W ith my lips have I declared and recounted all the ordinances of Your mouth.

我 用 嘴 唇 傳 揚 你 口 中 的 一 切 典 章 。

14 I have rejoiced in the way of Your testimonies as much as in all riches.

我 喜 悅 你 的 法 度 ， 如 同 喜 悅 一 切 的 財 物 。

15 I will meditate on Your precepts and have respect to Your ways.

我 要 默 想 你 的 訓 詞 ， 看 重 你 的 道 路 。

16 I will delight myself in Your statutes; I will not forget Your word.

我 要 在 你 的 律 例 中 自 樂 ； 我 不 忘 記 你 的 話 。

17 D eal bountifully with Your servant, that I may live; and I will observe Your word.

求 你 用 厚 恩 待 你 的 僕 人 ， 使 我 存 活 ， 我 就 遵 守 你 的 話 。

18 O pen my eyes, that I may behold wondrous things out of Your law.

求 你 開 我 的 眼 睛 ， 使 我 看 出 你 律 法 中 的 奇 妙 。

19 I am a stranger and a temporary resident on the earth; hide not Your commandments from me.

我 是 在 地 上 作 寄 居 的 ； 求 你 不 要 向 我 隱 瞞 你 的 命 令 ！

20 M y heart is breaking with the longing that it has for Your ordinances and judgments at all times.

我 時 常 切 慕 你 的 典 章 ， 甚 至 心 碎 。

21 Y ou rebuke the proud and arrogant, the accursed ones, who err and wander from Your commandments.

受 咒 詛 、 偏 離 你 命 令 的 驕 傲 人 ， 你 已 經 責 備 他 們 。

22 T ake away from me reproach and contempt, for I keep Your testimonies.

求 你 除 掉 我 所 受 的 羞 辱 和 藐 視 ， 因 我 遵 守 你 的 法 度 。

23 P rinces also sat and talked against me, but Your servant meditated on Your statutes.

雖 有 首 領 坐 著 妄 論 我 ， 你 僕 人 卻 思 想 你 的 律 例 。

24 Y our testimonies also are my delight and my counselors.

你 的 法 度 是 我 所 喜 樂 的 ， 是 我 的 謀 士 。

25 M y earthly life cleaves to the dust; revive and stimulate me according to Your word!

我 的 性 命 幾 乎 歸 於 塵 土 ； 求 你 照 你 的 話 將 我 救 活 ！

26 I have declared my ways and opened my griefs to You, and You listened to me; teach me Your statutes.

我 述 說 我 所 行 的 ， 你 應 允 了 我 ； 求 你 將 你 的 律 例 教 訓 我 ！

27 M ake me understand the way of Your precepts; so shall I meditate on and talk of Your wondrous works.

求 你 使 我 明 白 你 的 訓 詞 ， 我 就 思 想 你 的 奇 事 。

28 M y life dissolves and weeps itself away for heaviness; raise me up and strengthen me according to Your word.

我 的 心 因 愁 苦 而 消 化 ； 求 你 照 你 的 話 使 我 堅 立 ！

29 R emove from me the way of falsehood and unfaithfulness, and graciously impart Your law to me.

求 你 使 我 離 開 奸 詐 的 道 ， 開 恩 將 你 的 律 法 賜 給 我 ！

30 I have chosen the way of truth and faithfulness; Your ordinances have I set before me.

我 揀 選 了 忠 信 的 道 ， 將 你 的 典 章 擺 在 我 面 前 。

31 I cleave to Your testimonies; O Lord, put me not to shame!

我 持 守 你 的 法 度 ； 耶 和 華 啊 ， 求 你 不 要 叫 我 羞 愧 ！

32 I will run the way of Your commandments, when You give me a heart that is willing.

你 開 廣 我 心 的 時 候 ， 我 就 往 你 命 令 的 道 上 直 奔 。

33 T each me, O Lord, the way of Your statutes, and I will keep it to the end.

耶 和 華 啊 ， 求 你 將 你 的 律 例 指 教 我 ， 我 必 遵 守 到 底 ！

34 G ive me understanding, that I may keep Your law; yes, I will observe it with my whole heart.

求 你 賜 我 悟 性 ， 我 便 遵 守 你 的 律 法 ， 且 要 一 心 遵 守 。

35 M ake me go in the path of Your commandments, for in them do I delight.

求 你 叫 我 遵 行 你 的 命 令 ， 因 為 這 是 我 所 喜 樂 的 。

36 I ncline my heart to Your testimonies and not to covetousness (robbery, sensuality, unworthy riches).

求 你 使 我 的 心 趨 向 你 的 法 度 ， 不 趨 向 非 義 之 財 。

37 T urn away my eyes from beholding vanity (idols and idolatry); and restore me to vigorous life and health in Your ways.

求 你 叫 我 轉 眼 不 看 虛 假 ， 又 叫 我 在 你 的 道 中 生 活 。

38 E stablish Your word and confirm Your promise to Your servant, which is for those who reverently fear and devotedly worship You.

你 向 敬 畏 你 的 人 所 應 許 的 話 ， 求 你 向 僕 人 堅 定 ！

39 T urn away my reproach which I fear and dread, for Your ordinances are good.

求 你 使 我 所 怕 的 羞 辱 遠 離 我 ， 因 你 的 典 章 本 為 美 。

40 B ehold, I long for Your precepts; in Your righteousness give me renewed life.

我 羨 慕 你 的 訓 詞 ； 求 你 使 我 在 你 的 公 義 上 生 活 ！

41 L et Your mercy and loving-kindness come also to me, O Lord, even Your salvation according to Your promise;

耶 和 華 啊 ， 願 你 照 你 的 話 ， 使 你 的 慈 愛 ， 就 是 你 的 救 恩 ， 臨 到 我 身 上 ，

42 T hen shall I have an answer for those who taunt and reproach me, for I lean on, rely on, and trust in Your word.

我 就 有 話 回 答 那 羞 辱 我 的 ， 因 我 倚 靠 你 的 話 。

43 A nd take not the word of truth utterly out of my mouth, for I hope in Your ordinances.

求 你 叫 真 理 的 話 總 不 離 開 我 口 ， 因 我 仰 望 你 的 典 章 。

44 I will keep Your law continually, forever and ever.

我 要 常 守 你 的 律 法 ， 直 到 永 永 遠 遠 。

45 A nd I will walk at liberty and at ease, for I have sought and inquired for Your precepts.

我 要 自 由 而 行 （ 或 譯 ： 我 要 行 在 寬 闊 之 地 ） ， 因 我 素 來 考 究 你 的 訓 詞 。

46 I will speak of Your testimonies also before kings and will not be put to shame.

我 也 要 在 君 王 面 前 論 說 你 的 法 度 ， 並 不 至 於 羞 愧 。

47 F or I will delight myself in Your commandments, which I love.

我 要 在 你 的 命 令 中 自 樂 ； 這 命 令 素 來 是 我 所 愛 的 。

48 M y hands also will I lift up to Your commandments, which I love, and I will meditate on Your statutes.

我 又 要 遵 行 （ 原 文 是 舉 手 ） 你 的 命 令 ， 這 命 令 素 來 是 我 所 愛 的 ； 我 也 要 思 想 你 的 律 例 。

49 R emember the word and promise to Your servant, in which You have caused me to hope.

求 你 記 念 向 你 僕 人 所 應 許 的 話 ， 叫 我 有 盼 望 。

50 T his is my comfort and consolation in my affliction: that Your word has revived me and given me life.

這 話 將 我 救 活 了 ； 我 在 患 難 中 ， 因 此 得 安 慰 。

51 T he proud have had me greatly in derision, yet have I not declined in my interest in or turned aside from Your law.

驕 傲 的 人 甚 侮 慢 我 ， 我 卻 未 曾 偏 離 你 的 律 法 。

52 W hen I have recalled Your ordinances from of old, O Lord, I have taken comfort.

耶 和 華 啊 ， 我 記 念 你 從 古 以 來 的 典 章 ， 就 得 了 安 慰 。

53 B urning indignation, terror, and sadness seize upon me because of the wicked, who forsake Your law.

我 見 惡 人 離 棄 你 的 律 法 ， 就 怒 氣 發 作 ， 猶 如 火 燒 。

54 Y our statutes have been my songs in the house of my pilgrimage.

我 在 世 寄 居 ， 素 來 以 你 的 律 例 為 詩 歌 。

55 I have remembered Your name, O Lord, in the night, and I have observed Your law.

耶 和 華 啊 ， 我 夜 間 記 念 你 的 名 ， 遵 守 你 的 律 法 。

56 T his I have had: that I have kept Your precepts.

我 所 以 如 此 ， 是 因 我 守 你 的 訓 詞 。

57 Y ou are my portion, O Lord; I have promised to keep Your words.

耶 和 華 是 我 的 福 分 ； 我 曾 說 ， 我 要 遵 守 你 的 言 語 。

58 I entreated Your favor with my whole heart; be merciful and gracious to me according to Your promise.

我 一 心 求 過 你 的 恩 ； 願 你 照 你 的 話 憐 憫 我 ！

59 I considered my ways; I turned my feet to Your testimonies.

我 思 想 我 所 行 的 道 ， 就 轉 步 歸 向 你 的 法 度 。

60 I made haste and delayed not to keep Your commandments.

我 急 忙 遵 守 你 的 命 令 ， 並 不 遲 延 。

61 T hough the cords of the wicked have enclosed and ensnared me, I have not forgotten Your law.

惡 人 的 繩 索 纏 繞 我 ， 我 卻 沒 有 忘 記 你 的 律 法 。

62 A t midnight I will rise to give thanks to You because of Your righteous ordinances.

我 因 你 公 義 的 典 章 ， 半 夜 必 起 來 稱 謝 你 。

63 I am a companion of all those who fear, revere, and worship You, and of those who observe and give heed to Your precepts.

凡 敬 畏 你 、 守 你 訓 詞 的 人 ， 我 都 與 他 作 伴 。

64 T he earth, O Lord, is full of Your mercy and loving-kindness; teach me Your statutes.

耶 和 華 啊 ， 你 的 慈 愛 遍 滿 大 地 ； 求 你 將 你 的 律 例 教 訓 我 ！

65 Y ou have dealt well with Your servant, O Lord, according to Your promise.

耶 和 華 啊 ， 你 向 來 是 照 你 的 話 善 待 僕 人 。

66 T each me good judgment, wise and right discernment, and knowledge, for I have believed (trusted, relied on, and clung to) Your commandments.

求 你 將 精 明 和 知 識 賜 給 我 ， 因 我 信 了 你 的 命 令 。

67 B efore I was afflicted I went astray, but now Your word do I keep.

我 未 受 苦 以 先 走 迷 了 路 ， 現 在 卻 遵 守 你 的 話 。

68 Y ou are good and kind and do good; teach me Your statutes.

你 本 為 善 ， 所 行 的 也 善 ； 求 你 將 你 的 律 例 教 訓 我 ！

69 T he arrogant and godless have put together a lie against me, but I will keep Your precepts with my whole heart.

驕 傲 人 編 造 謊 言 攻 擊 我 ， 我 卻 要 一 心 守 你 的 訓 詞 。

70 T heir hearts are as fat as grease, but I delight in Your law.

他 們 心 蒙 脂 油 ， 我 卻 喜 愛 你 的 律 法 。

71 I t is good for me that I have been afflicted, that I might learn Your statutes.

我 受 苦 是 與 我 有 益 ， 為 要 使 我 學 習 你 的 律 例 。

72 T he law from Your mouth is better to me than thousands of gold and silver pieces.

你 口 中 的 訓 言 （ 或 譯 ： 律 法 ） 與 我 有 益 ， 勝 於 千 萬 的 金 銀 。

73 Y our hands have made me, cunningly fashioned and established me; give me understanding, that I may learn Your commandments.

你 的 手 製 造 我 ， 建 立 我 ； 求 你 賜 我 悟 性 ， 可 以 學 習 你 的 命 令 ！

74 T hose who reverently and worshipfully fear You will see me and be glad, because I have hoped in Your word and tarried for it.

敬 畏 你 的 人 見 我 就 要 歡 喜 ， 因 我 仰 望 你 的 話 。

75 I know, O Lord, that Your judgments are right and righteous, and that in faithfulness You have afflicted me.

耶 和 華 啊 ， 我 知 道 你 的 判 語 是 公 義 的 ； 你 使 我 受 苦 是 以 誠 實 待 我 。

76 L et, I pray You, Your merciful kindness and steadfast love be for my comfort, according to Your promise to Your servant.

求 你 照 著 應 許 僕 人 的 話 ， 以 慈 愛 安 慰 我 。

77 L et Your tender mercy and loving-kindness come to me that I may live, for Your law is my delight!

願 你 的 慈 悲 臨 到 我 ， 使 我 存 活 ， 因 你 的 律 法 是 我 所 喜 愛 的 。

78 L et the proud be put to shame, for they dealt perversely with me without a cause; but I will meditate on Your precepts.

願 驕 傲 人 蒙 羞 ， 因 為 他 們 無 理 地 傾 覆 我 ； 但 我 要 思 想 你 的 訓 詞 。

79 L et those who reverently and worshipfully fear You turn to me, and those who have known Your testimonies.

願 敬 畏 你 的 人 歸 向 我 ， 他 們 就 知 道 你 的 法 度 。

80 L et my heart be sound (sincere and wholehearted and blameless) in Your statutes, that I may not be put to shame.

願 我 的 心 在 你 的 律 例 上 完 全 ， 使 我 不 致 蒙 羞 。

81 M y soul languishes and grows faint for Your salvation, but I hope in Your word.

我 心 渴 想 你 的 救 恩 ， 仰 望 你 的 應 許 。

82 M y eyes fail, watching for Your promise. I say, When will You comfort me?

我 因 盼 望 你 的 應 許 眼 睛 失 明 ， 說 ： 你 何 時 安 慰 我 ？

83 F or I have become like a bottle in the smoke, yet do I not forget Your statutes.

我 好 像 煙 薰 的 皮 袋 ， 卻 不 忘 記 你 的 律 例 。

84 H ow many are the days of Your servant ? When will You judge those who pursue and persecute me?

你 僕 人 的 年 日 有 多 少 呢 ？ 你 幾 時 向 逼 迫 我 的 人 施 行 審 判 呢 ？

85 T he godless and arrogant have dug pitfalls for me, men who do not conform to Your law.

不 從 你 律 法 的 驕 傲 人 為 我 掘 了 坑 。

86 A ll Your commandments are faithful and sure. pursue and persecute me with falsehood; help me!

你 的 命 令 盡 都 誠 實 ； 他 們 無 理 地 逼 迫 我 ， 求 你 幫 助 我 ！

87 T hey had almost consumed me upon earth, but I forsook not Your precepts.

他 們 幾 乎 把 我 從 世 上 滅 絕 ， 但 我 沒 有 離 棄 你 的 訓 詞 。

88 A ccording to Your steadfast love give life to me; then I will keep the testimony of Your mouth.

求 你 照 你 的 慈 愛 將 我 救 活 ， 我 就 遵 守 你 口 中 的 法 度 。

89 F orever, O Lord, Your word is settled in heaven.

耶 和 華 啊 ， 你 的 話 安 定 在 天 ， 直 到 永 遠 。

90 Y our faithfulness is from generation to generation; You have established the earth, and it stands fast.

你 的 誠 實 存 到 萬 代 ； 你 堅 定 了 地 ， 地 就 長 存 。

91 A ll are Your servants; therefore they continue this day according to Your ordinances.

天 地 照 你 的 安 排 存 到 今 日 ； 萬 物 都 是 你 的 僕 役 。

92 U nless Your law had been my delight, I would have perished in my affliction.

我 若 不 是 喜 愛 你 的 律 法 ， 早 就 在 苦 難 中 滅 絕 了 ！

93 I will never forget Your precepts, for it is by them You have quickened me (granted me life).

我 永 不 忘 記 你 的 訓 詞 ， 因 你 用 這 訓 詞 將 我 救 活 了 。

94 I am Yours, therefore save me; for I have sought (inquired of and for) Your precepts and required them.

我 是 屬 你 的 ， 求 你 救 我 ， 因 我 尋 求 了 你 的 訓 詞 。

95 T he wicked wait for me to destroy me, but I will consider Your testimonies.

惡 人 等 待 我 ， 要 滅 絕 我 ， 我 卻 要 揣 摩 你 的 法 度 。

96 I have seen that everything has its limits and end; but Your commandment is exceedingly broad and extends without limits.

我 看 萬 事 盡 都 有 限 ， 惟 有 你 的 命 令 極 其 寬 廣 。

97 O h, how love I Your law! It is my meditation all the day.

我 何 等 愛 慕 你 的 律 法 ， 終 日 不 住 地 思 想 。

98 Y ou, through Your commandments, make me wiser than my enemies, for are ever before me.

你 的 命 令 常 存 在 我 心 裡 ， 使 我 比 仇 敵 有 智 慧 。

99 I have better understanding and deeper insight than all my teachers, because Your testimonies are my meditation.

我 比 我 的 師 傅 更 通 達 ， 因 我 思 想 你 的 法 度 。

100 I understand more than the aged, because I keep Your precepts.

我 比 年 老 的 更 明 白 ， 因 我 守 了 你 的 訓 詞 。

101 I have restrained my feet from every evil way, that I might keep Your word.

我 禁 止 我 腳 走 一 切 的 邪 路 ， 為 要 遵 守 你 的 話 。

102 I have not turned aside from Your ordinances, for You Yourself have taught me.

我 沒 有 偏 離 你 的 典 章 ， 因 為 你 教 訓 了 我 。

103 H ow sweet are Your words to my taste, sweeter than honey to my mouth!

你 的 言 語 在 我 上 膛 何 等 甘 美 ， 在 我 口 中 比 蜜 更 甜 ！

104 T hrough Your precepts I get understanding; therefore I hate every false way.

我 藉 著 你 的 訓 詞 得 以 明 白 ， 所 以 我 恨 一 切 的 假 道 。

105 Y our word is a lamp to my feet and a light to my path.

你 的 話 是 我 腳 前 的 燈 ， 是 我 路 上 的 光 。

106 I have sworn and have confirmed it, that I will keep Your righteous ordinances.

你 公 義 的 典 章 ， 我 曾 起 誓 遵 守 ， 我 必 按 誓 而 行 。

107 I am sorely afflicted; renew and quicken me, O Lord, according to Your word!

我 甚 是 受 苦 ； 耶 和 華 啊 ， 求 你 照 你 的 話 將 我 救 活 ！

108 A ccept, I beseech You, the freewill offerings of my mouth, O Lord, and teach me Your ordinances.

耶 和 華 啊 ， 求 你 悅 納 我 口 中 的 讚 美 為 供 物 ， 又 將 你 的 典 章 教 訓 我 ！

109 M y life is continually in my hand, yet I do not forget Your law.

我 的 性 命 常 在 危 險 之 中 ， 我 卻 不 忘 記 你 的 律 法 。

110 T he wicked have laid a snare for me, yet I do not stray from Your precepts.

惡 人 為 我 設 下 網 羅 ， 我 卻 沒 有 偏 離 你 的 訓 詞 。

111 Y our testimonies have I taken as a heritage forever, for they are the rejoicing of my heart.

我 以 你 的 法 度 為 永 遠 的 產 業 ， 因 這 是 我 心 中 所 喜 愛 的 。

112 I have inclined my heart to perform Your statutes forever, even to the end.

我 的 心 專 向 你 的 律 例 ， 永 遠 遵 行 ， 一 直 到 底 。

113 I hate the thoughts of undecided, double-minded people, but Your law do I love.

心 懷 二 意 的 人 為 我 所 恨 ； 但 你 的 律 法 為 我 所 愛 。

114 Y ou are my hiding place and my shield; I hope in Your word.

你 是 我 藏 身 之 處 ， 又 是 我 的 盾 牌 ； 我 甚 仰 望 你 的 話 語 。

115 D epart from me, you evildoers, that I may keep the commandments of my God.

作 惡 的 人 哪 ， 你 們 離 開 我 罷 ！ 我 好 遵 守 我 神 的 命 令 。

116 U phold me according to Your promise, that I may live; and let me not be put to shame in my hope!

求 你 照 你 的 話 扶 持 我 ， 使 我 存 活 ， 也 不 叫 我 因 失 望 而 害 羞 。

117 H old me up, that I may be safe and have regard for Your statutes continually!

求 你 扶 持 我 ， 我 便 得 救 ， 時 常 看 重 你 的 律 例 。

118 Y ou spurn and set at nought all those who stray from Your statutes, for their own lying deceives them and their tricks are in vain.

凡 偏 離 你 律 例 的 人 ， 你 都 輕 棄 他 們 ， 因 為 他 們 的 詭 詐 必 歸 虛 空 。

119 Y ou put away and count as dross all the wicked of the earth; therefore I love Your testimonies.

凡 地 上 的 惡 人 ， 你 除 掉 他 ， 好 像 除 掉 渣 滓 ； 因 此 我 愛 你 的 法 度 。

120 M y flesh trembles and shudders for fear and reverential, worshipful awe of You, and I am afraid and in dread of Your judgments.

我 因 懼 怕 你 ， 肉 就 發 抖 ； 我 也 怕 你 的 判 語 。

121 I have done justice and righteousness; leave me not to those who would oppress me.

我 行 過 公 平 和 公 義 ， 求 你 不 要 撇 下 我 給 欺 壓 我 的 人 ！

122 B e surety for Your servant for good; let not the proud oppress me.

求 你 為 僕 人 作 保 ， 使 我 得 好 處 ， 不 容 驕 傲 人 欺 壓 我 ！

123 M y eyes fail, watching for Your salvation and for the fulfillment of Your righteous promise.

我 因 盼 望 你 的 救 恩 和 你 公 義 的 話 眼 睛 失 明 。

124 D eal with Your servant according to Your mercy and loving-kindness, and teach me Your statutes.

求 你 照 你 的 慈 愛 待 僕 人 ， 將 你 的 律 例 教 訓 我 。

125 I am Your servant; give me understanding (discernment and comprehension), that I may know (discern and be familiar with the character of) Your testimonies.

我 是 你 的 僕 人 ， 求 你 賜 我 悟 性 ， 使 我 得 知 你 的 法 度 。

126 I t is time for the Lord to act; they have frustrated Your law.

這 是 耶 和 華 降 罰 的 時 候 ， 因 人 廢 了 你 的 律 法 。

127 T herefore I love Your commandments more than gold, yes, more than refined gold.

所 以 ， 我 愛 你 的 命 令 勝 於 金 子 ， 更 勝 於 精 金 。

128 T herefore I esteem as right all, yes, all Your precepts; I hate every false way.

你 一 切 的 訓 詞 ， 在 萬 事 上 我 都 以 為 正 直 ； 我 卻 恨 惡 一 切 假 道 。

129 Y our testimonies are wonderful; therefore my self keeps them.

你 的 法 度 奇 妙 ， 所 以 我 一 心 謹 守 。

130 T he entrance and unfolding of Your words give light; their unfolding gives understanding (discernment and comprehension) to the simple.

你 的 言 語 一 解 開 就 發 出 亮 光 ， 使 愚 人 通 達 。

131 I opened my mouth and panted, for I longed for Your commandments.

我 張 口 而 氣 喘 ， 因 我 切 慕 你 的 命 令 。

132 L ook upon me, be merciful unto me, and show me favor, as is Your way to those who love Your name.

求 你 轉 向 我 ， 憐 憫 我 ， 好 像 你 素 常 待 那 些 愛 你 名 的 人 。

133 E stablish my steps and direct them by Your word; let not any iniquity have dominion over me.

求 你 用 你 的 話 使 我 腳 步 穩 當 ， 不 許 甚 麼 罪 孽 轄 制 我 。

134 D eliver me from the oppression of man; so will I keep Your precepts.

求 你 救 我 脫 離 人 的 欺 壓 ， 我 要 遵 守 你 的 訓 詞 。

135 M ake Your face shine upon Your servant, and teach me Your statutes.

求 你 用 臉 光 照 僕 人 ， 又 將 你 的 律 例 教 訓 我 。

136 S treams of water run down my eyes, because men do not keep Your law.

我 的 眼 淚 下 流 成 河 ， 因 為 他 們 不 守 你 的 律 法 。

137 r ighteous are You, O Lord, and upright are Your judgments and all expressions of Your will.

耶 和 華 啊 ， 你 是 公 義 的 ； 你 的 判 語 也 是 正 直 的 ！

138 Y ou have commanded and appointed Your testimonies in righteousness and in great faithfulness.

你 所 命 定 的 法 度 是 憑 公 義 和 至 誠 。

139 M y zeal has consumed me and cut me off, because my adversaries have forgotten Your words.

我 心 焦 急 ， 如 同 火 燒 ， 因 我 敵 人 忘 記 你 的 言 語 。

140 Y our word is very pure (tried and well refined); therefore Your servant loves it.

你 的 話 極 其 精 煉 ， 所 以 你 的 僕 人 喜 愛 。

141 I am small (insignificant) and despised, but I do not forget Your precepts.

我 微 小 ， 被 人 藐 視 ， 卻 不 忘 記 你 的 訓 詞 。

142 Y our righteousness is an everlasting righteousness, and Your law is truth.

你 的 公 義 永 遠 長 存 ； 你 的 律 法 盡 都 真 實 。

143 T rouble and anguish have found and taken hold on me, yet Your commandments are my delight.

我 遭 遇 患 難 愁 苦 ， 你 的 命 令 卻 是 我 所 喜 愛 的 。

144 Y our righteous testimonies are everlasting and Your decrees are binding to eternity; give me understanding and I shall live.

你 的 法 度 永 遠 是 公 義 的 ； 求 你 賜 我 悟 性 ， 我 就 活 了 。

145 I cried with my whole heart; hear me, O Lord; I will keep Your statutes.

耶 和 華 啊 ， 我 一 心 呼 籲 你 ； 求 你 應 允 我 ， 我 必 謹 守 你 的 律 例 ！

146 I cried to You; save me, that I may keep Your testimonies.

我 向 你 呼 籲 ， 求 你 救 我 ！ 我 要 遵 守 你 的 法 度 。

147 I anticipated the dawning of the morning and cried; I hoped in Your word.

我 趁 天 未 亮 呼 求 ； 我 仰 望 了 你 的 言 語 。

148 M y eyes anticipate the night watches and I am awake before the cry of the watchman, that I may meditate on Your word.

我 趁 夜 更 未 換 將 眼 睜 開 ， 為 要 思 想 你 的 話 語 。

149 H ear my voice according to Your steadfast love; O Lord, quicken me and give me life according to Your decrees.

求 你 照 你 的 慈 愛 聽 我 的 聲 音 ； 耶 和 華 啊 ， 求 你 照 你 的 典 章 將 我 救 活 ！

150 T hey draw near who follow after wrong thinking and persecute me with wickedness; they are far from Your law.

追 求 奸 惡 的 人 臨 近 了 ； 他 們 遠 離 你 的 律 法 。

151 Y ou are near, O Lord, and all Your commandments are truth.

耶 和 華 啊 ， 你 與 我 相 近 ； 你 一 切 的 命 令 盡 都 真 實 ！

152 O f old have I known Your testimonies, and for a long time, that You have founded them forever.

我 因 學 你 的 法 度 ， 久 已 知 道 是 你 永 遠 立 定 的 。

153 C onsider my affliction and deliver me, for I do not forget Your law.

求 你 看 顧 我 的 苦 難 ， 搭 救 我 ， 因 我 不 忘 記 你 的 律 法 。

154 P lead my cause and redeem me; revive me and give me life according to Your word.

求 你 為 我 辨 屈 ， 救 贖 我 ， 照 你 的 話 將 我 救 活 。

155 S alvation is far from the wicked, for they seek not nor hunger for Your statutes.

救 恩 遠 離 惡 人 ， 因 為 他 們 不 尋 求 你 的 律 例 。

156 G reat are Your tender mercy and loving-kindness, O Lord; give me life according to Your ordinances.

耶 和 華 啊 ， 你 的 慈 悲 本 為 大 ； 求 你 照 你 的 典 章 將 我 救 活 。

157 M any are my persecutors and my adversaries, yet I do not swerve from Your testimonies.

逼 迫 我 的 ， 抵 擋 我 的 ， 很 多 ， 我 卻 沒 有 偏 離 你 的 法 度 。

158 I behold the treacherous and am grieved and loathe them, because they do not respect Your law.

我 看 見 奸 惡 的 人 就 甚 憎 惡 ， 因 為 他 們 不 遵 守 你 的 話 。

159 C onsider how I love Your precepts; revive me and give life to me, O Lord, according to Your loving-kindness!

你 看 我 怎 樣 愛 你 的 訓 詞 ！ 耶 和 華 啊 ， 求 你 照 你 的 慈 愛 將 我 救 活 ！

160 T he sum of Your word is truth; and every one of Your righteous decrees endures forever.

你 話 的 總 綱 是 真 實 ； 你 一 切 公 義 的 典 章 是 永 遠 長 存 。

161 P rinces pursue and persecute me without cause, but my heart stands in awe of Your words.

首 領 無 故 地 逼 迫 我 ， 但 我 的 心 畏 懼 你 的 言 語 。

162 I rejoice at Your word as one who finds great spoil.

我 喜 愛 你 的 話 ， 好 像 人 得 了 許 多 擄 物 。

163 I hate and abhor falsehood, but Your law do I love.

謊 話 是 我 所 恨 惡 所 憎 嫌 的 ； 惟 你 的 律 法 是 我 所 愛 的 。

164 S even times a day and all day long do I praise You because of Your righteous decrees.

我 因 你 公 義 的 典 章 一 天 七 次 讚 美 你 。

165 G reat peace have they who love Your law; nothing shall offend them or make them stumble.

愛 你 律 法 的 人 有 大 平 安 ， 甚 麼 都 不 能 使 他 們 絆 腳 。

166 I am hoping and waiting for Your salvation, O Lord, and I do Your commandments.

耶 和 華 啊 ， 我 仰 望 了 你 的 救 恩 ， 遵 行 了 你 的 命 令 。

167 Y our testimonies have I kept; I love them exceedingly!

我 心 裡 守 了 你 的 法 度 ； 這 法 度 我 甚 喜 愛 。

168 I have observed Your precepts and Your testimonies, for all my ways are before You.

我 遵 守 了 你 的 訓 詞 和 法 度 ， 因 我 一 切 所 行 的 都 在 你 面 前 。

169 L et my mournful cry and supplication come before You, O Lord; give me understanding (discernment and comprehension) according to Your word.

170 L et my supplication come before You; deliver me according to Your word!

171 M y lips shall pour forth praise when You teach me Your statutes.

172 M y tongue shall sing of Your word, for all Your commandments are righteous.

願 我 的 舌 頭 歌 唱 你 的 話 ， 因 你 一 切 的 命 令 盡 都 公 義 。

173 L et Your hand be ready to help me, for I have chosen Your precepts.

願 你 用 手 幫 助 我 ， 因 我 揀 選 了 你 的 訓 詞 。

174 I have longed for Your salvation, O Lord, and Your law is my delight.

耶 和 華 啊 ， 我 切 慕 你 的 救 恩 ！ 你 的 律 法 也 是 我 所 喜 愛 的 。

175 L et me live that I may praise You, and let Your decrees help me.

願 我 的 性 命 存 活 ， 得 以 讚 美 你 ！ 願 你 的 典 章 幫 助 我 ！

176 I have gone astray like a lost sheep; seek, inquire for, and demand Your servant, for I do not forget Your commandments.

我 如 亡 羊 走 迷 了 路 ， 求 你 尋 找 僕 人 ， 因 我 不 忘 記 你 的 命 令 。
