1 L ord, remember to David’s credit all his humiliations and hardships and endurance—

（ 上 行 之 詩 。 ） 耶 和 華 啊 ， 求 你 記 念 大 衛 所 受 的 一 切 苦 難 ！

2 H ow he swore to the Lord and vowed to the Mighty One of Jacob:

他 怎 樣 向 耶 和 華 起 誓 ， 向 雅 各 的 大 能 者 許 願 ，

3 S urely I will not enter my dwelling house or get into my bed—

說 ： 我 必 不 進 我 的 帳 幕 ， 也 不 上 我 的 床 榻 ；

4 I will not permit my eyes to sleep or my eyelids to slumber,

我 不 容 我 的 眼 睛 睡 覺 ， 也 不 容 我 的 眼 目 打 盹 ；

5 U ntil I have found a place for the Lord, a habitation for the Mighty One of Jacob.

直 等 我 為 耶 和 華 尋 得 所 在 ， 為 雅 各 的 大 能 者 尋 得 居 所 。

6 B ehold, at Ephratah we heard of; we found it in the fields of the wood.

我 們 聽 說 約 櫃 在 以 法 他 ， 我 們 在 基 列 耶 琳 就 尋 見 了 。

7 L et us go into His tabernacle; let us worship at His footstool.

我 們 要 進 他 的 居 所 ， 在 他 腳 凳 前 下 拜 。

8 A rise, O Lord, to Your resting-place, You and the ark of Your strength.

耶 和 華 啊 ， 求 你 興 起 ， 和 你 有 能 力 的 約 櫃 同 入 安 息 之 所 ！

9 L et Your priests be clothed with righteousness (right living and right standing with God); and let Your saints shout for joy!

願 你 的 祭 司 披 上 公 義 ！ 願 你 的 聖 民 歡 呼 ！

10 F or Your servant David’s sake, turn not away the face of Your anointed and reject not Your own king.

求 你 因 你 僕 人 大 衛 的 緣 故 ， 不 要 厭 棄 你 的 受 膏 者 ！

11 T he Lord swore to David in truth; He will not turn back from it: One of the fruit of your body I will set upon your throne.

耶 和 華 向 大 衛 、 憑 誠 實 起 了 誓 ， 必 不 反 覆 ， 說 ： 我 要 使 你 所 生 的 坐 在 你 的 寶 座 上 。

12 I f your children will keep My covenant and My testimony that I shall teach them, their children also shall sit upon your throne forever.

你 的 眾 子 若 守 我 的 約 和 我 所 教 訓 他 們 的 法 度 ， 他 們 的 子 孫 必 永 遠 坐 在 你 的 寶 座 上 。

13 F or the Lord has chosen Zion, He has desired it for His habitation:

因 為 耶 和 華 揀 選 了 錫 安 ， 願 意 當 作 自 己 的 居 所 ，

14 T his is My resting-place forever; here will I dwell, for I have desired it.

說 ： 這 是 我 永 遠 安 息 之 所 ； 我 要 住 在 這 裡 ， 因 為 是 我 所 願 意 的 。

15 I will surely and abundantly bless her provision; I will satisfy her poor with bread.

我 要 使 其 中 的 糧 食 豐 滿 ， 使 其 中 的 窮 人 飽 足 。

16 H er priests also will I clothe with salvation, and her saints shall shout aloud for joy.

我 要 使 祭 司 披 上 救 恩 ， 聖 民 大 聲 歡 呼 ！

17 T here will I make a horn spring forth and bud for David; I have ordained and prepared a lamp for My anointed.

我 要 叫 大 衛 的 角 在 那 裡 發 生 ； 我 為 我 的 受 膏 者 預 備 明 燈 。

18 H is enemies will I clothe with shame, but upon himself shall his crown flourish.

我 要 使 他 的 仇 敵 披 上 羞 恥 ； 但 他 的 冠 冕 要 在 頭 上 發 光 。
