1 Z edekiah was twenty-one years old when he began to reign, and he reigned eleven years in Jerusalem. And his mother’s name was Hamutal daughter of Jeremiah of Libnah.

西 底 家 登 基 的 時 候 年 二 十 一 歲 ， 在 耶 路 撒 冷 作 王 十 一 年 。 他 母 親 名 叫 哈 慕 他 ， 是 立 拿 人 耶 利 米 的 女 兒 。

2 A nd he did that which was evil in the sight of the Lord, according to all that Jehoiakim had done.

西 底 家 行 耶 和 華 眼 中 看 為 惡 的 事 ， 是 照 約 雅 敬 一 切 所 行 的 。

3 F or all this came to pass in Jerusalem and Judah because of the anger of the Lord, and He cast them out from His presence. And Zedekiah rebelled against the king of Babylon.

因 此 耶 和 華 的 怒 氣 在 耶 路 撒 冷 和 猶 大 發 作 ， 以 致 將 人 民 從 自 己 的 面 前 趕 出 。

4 A nd in the ninth year of his reign, in the tenth month, on the tenth day of the month, Nebuchadrezzar king of Babylon came, he and all his army, against Jerusalem; and they pitched against it and built moveable towers and siege mounds against it round about.

西 底 家 背 叛 巴 比 倫 王 。 他 作 王 第 九 年 十 月 初 十 日 ， 巴 比 倫 王 尼 布 甲 尼 撒 率 領 全 軍 來 攻 擊 耶 路 撒 冷 ， 對 城 安 營 ， 四 圍 築 壘 攻 城 。

5 S o the city was besieged until the eleventh year of King Zedekiah.

於 是 城 被 圍 困 直 到 西 底 家 王 十 一 年 。

6 A nd in the fourth month, on the ninth day of the month, the famine was so severe in the city that there was no bread for the people of the land.

四 月 初 九 日 ， 城 裡 有 大 饑 荒 ， 甚 至 百 姓 都 沒 有 糧 食 。

7 T hen the city was broken through, so that all the men of war might flee, and they went forth out of the city by night by way of the gate between the two walls by the king’s garden, though the Chaldeans were round about the city. And they by way of the Arabah (the Jordan Valley).

城 被 攻 破 ， 一 切 兵 丁 就 在 夜 間 從 靠 近 王 園 兩 城 中 間 的 門 ， 出 城 逃 跑 ； 迦 勒 底 人 正 在 四 圍 攻 城 。 他 們 就 往 亞 拉 巴 逃 去 。

8 B ut the army of the Chaldeans pursued the king and overtook Zedekiah in the plains of Jericho; and all his army was scattered from him.

迦 勒 底 的 軍 隊 追 趕 西 底 家 王 ， 在 耶 利 哥 的 平 原 追 上 他 。 他 的 全 軍 都 離 開 他 四 散 了 。

9 T hen they seized the king and brought him up to the king of Babylon at Riblah in the land of Hamath, where he pronounced sentence upon him.

迦 勒 底 人 就 拿 住 王 ， 帶 他 到 在 哈 馬 地 利 比 拉 的 巴 比 倫 王 那 裡 ； 巴 比 倫 王 便 審 判 他 。

10 A nd the king of Babylon slew the sons of Zedekiah before his eyes; he slew also all the princes of Judah at Riblah.

巴 比 倫 王 在 西 底 家 眼 前 殺 了 他 的 眾 子 ， 又 在 利 比 拉 殺 了 猶 大 的 一 切 首 領 ，

11 T hen he put out the eyes of Zedekiah; and the king of Babylon bound him with shackles and carried him to Babylon and put him in prison till the day of his death.

並 且 剜 了 西 底 家 的 眼 睛 ， 用 銅 鍊 鎖 著 他 ， 帶 到 巴 比 倫 去 ， 將 他 囚 在 監 裡 ， 直 到 他 死 的 日 子 。

12 N ow in the fifth month, on the tenth day of the month, which was the nineteenth year of Nebuchadrezzar king of Babylon, there came to Jerusalem Nebuzaradan captain of the guard, who stood and served before the king of Babylon.

巴 比 倫 王 尼 布 甲 尼 撒 十 九 年 五 月 初 十 日 ， 在 巴 比 倫 王 面 前 侍 立 的 護 衛 長 尼 布 撒 拉 旦 進 入 耶 路 撒 冷 ，

13 A nd he burned the house of the Lord and the king’s house and all the houses of Jerusalem; every great house he consumed with fire.

用 火 焚 燒 耶 和 華 的 殿 和 王 宮 ， 又 焚 燒 耶 路 撒 冷 的 房 屋 ， 就 是 各 大 戶 家 的 房 屋 。

14 A nd all the army of the Chaldeans who were with the captain of the guard broke down all the walls round about Jerusalem.

跟 從 護 衛 長 迦 勒 底 的 全 軍 就 拆 毀 耶 路 撒 冷 四 圍 的 城 牆 。

15 T hen Nebuzaradan the captain of the guard carried away captive some of the poorest of the people and those who were left in the city, along with those who went out to the king of Babylon and the remnant of the multitude.

那 時 護 衛 長 尼 布 撒 拉 旦 將 民 中 最 窮 的 和 城 裡 所 剩 下 的 百 姓 ， 並 已 經 投 降 巴 比 倫 王 的 人 ， 以 及 大 眾 所 剩 下 的 人 ， 都 擄 去 了 。

16 B ut Nebuzaradan the captain of the guard left some of the poorest of the land to be vinedressers and tillers of the soil.

但 護 衛 長 尼 布 撒 拉 旦 留 下 些 民 中 最 窮 的 ， 使 他 們 修 理 葡 萄 園 ， 耕 種 田 地 。

17 A lso the pillars of bronze that belonged to the house of the Lord, and the bronze bases or pedestals and the bronze Sea or huge laver that were in the house of the Lord, the Chaldeans broke into pieces and carried all the bronze of them to Babylon.

耶 和 華 殿 的 銅 柱 並 殿 內 的 盆 座 和 銅 海 ， 迦 勒 底 人 都 打 碎 了 ， 將 那 銅 運 到 巴 比 倫 去 了 ，

18 T he pots also and the shovels and the snuffers and the bowls and the spoons and all the vessels of bronze used in the temple service they took away.

又 帶 去 鍋 、 鏟 子 、 蠟 剪 、 盤 子 、 調 羹 ， 並 所 用 的 一 切 銅 器 、

19 A lso the small bowls and the firepans and the basins and the pots and the lampstands and the incense cups and the bowls for the drink offerings—whatever was of gold the captain of the guard took away as gold, and whatever was of silver as silver.

杯 、 火 鼎 、 碗 、 盆 、 燈 臺 、 調 羹 、 爵 ， 無 論 金 的 銀 的 ， 護 衛 長 也 都 帶 去 了 。

20 T he two pillars, one Sea or huge laver, and twelve bronze bulls or oxen under the Sea, which King Solomon had made in the house of the Lord—the bronze of all these things was beyond weighing.

所 羅 門 為 耶 和 華 殿 所 造 的 兩 根 銅 柱 、 一 個 銅 海 ， 並 座 下 的 十 二 隻 銅 牛 ， 這 一 切 的 銅 多 得 無 法 可 稱 。

21 C oncerning the pillars, the height of the one pillar was eighteen cubits (twenty-seven feet), and an ornamental molding of twelve cubits (eighteen feet) went around its circumference; it was four fingers thick, and it was hollow.

這 一 根 柱 子 高 十 八 肘 ， 厚 四 指 ， 是 空 的 ， 圍 十 二 肘 。

22 A n upper part or capital of bronze was on top of it. The height of one capital was five cubits (seven and one-half feet), with a network and pomegranates around it, all of bronze. The second pillar also, with its pomegranates, was similar to these.

柱 上 有 銅 頂 ， 高 五 肘 ； 銅 頂 的 周 圍 有 網 子 和 石 榴 ， 都 是 銅 的 。 那 一 根 柱 子 照 此 一 樣 ， 也 有 石 榴 。

23 A nd there were ninety-six pomegranates on the sides; and all the pomegranates upon the network were a hundred round about.

柱 子 四 面 有 九 十 六 個 石 榴 ， 在 網 子 周 圍 ， 共 有 一 百 石 榴 。

24 A nd the captain of the guard took Seraiah the chief priest and Zephaniah the second priest and the three keepers of the door.

護 衛 長 拿 住 大 祭 司 西 萊 雅 、 副 祭 司 西 番 亞 ， 和 三 個 把 門 的 ，

25 H e took also out of the city a court officer who had been overseer of the soldiers, and seven men of them who were next to the king and saw his face, who were found in the city, and the scribe of the prince or captain of the army who mustered the people of the land, and sixty men of the people of the land who were found in the midst of the city.

又 從 城 中 拿 住 一 個 管 理 兵 丁 的 官 （ 或 譯 ： 太 監 ） ， 並 在 城 裡 所 遇 常 見 王 面 的 七 個 人 和 檢 點 國 民 軍 長 的 書 記 ， 以 及 城 裡 所 遇 見 的 國 民 六 十 個 人 。

26 A nd Nebuzaradan the captain of the guard took them and brought them to the king of Babylon at Riblah.

護 衛 長 尼 布 撒 拉 旦 將 這 些 人 帶 到 利 比 拉 的 巴 比 倫 王 那 裡 。

27 A nd the king of Babylon smote them and put them to death at Riblah in the land of Hamath. Thus Judah was carried away captive out of his own land.

巴 比 倫 王 就 把 他 們 擊 殺 在 哈 馬 地 的 利 比 拉 。 這 樣 ， 猶 大 人 被 擄 去 離 開 本 地 。

28 T his is the number of people whom Nebuchadrezzar carried away captive: in the seventh year, 3, 023 Jews;

尼 布 甲 尼 撒 所 擄 的 民 數 記 在 下 面 ： 在 他 第 七 年 擄 去 猶 大 人 三 千 零 二 十 三 名 ；

29 I n the eighteenth year of Nebuchadrezzar, he carried away captive from Jerusalem 832 persons;

尼 布 甲 尼 撒 十 八 年 從 耶 路 撒 冷 擄 去 八 百 三 十 二 人 ；

30 I n the twenty-third year of Nebuchadrezzar, Nebuzaradan the captain of the guard carried away captive of the Jews 745 persons. All the persons were 4, 600.

尼 布 甲 尼 撒 二 十 三 年 ， 護 衛 長 尼 布 撒 拉 旦 擄 去 猶 大 人 七 百 四 十 五 名 ； 共 有 四 千 六 百 人 。

31 A nd in the thirty-seventh year of the captivity of Jehoiachin king of Judah, in the twelfth month, on the twenty-fifth day of the month, Evil-merodach king of Babylon in the first year of his reign lifted up the head of Jehoiachin king of Judah and brought him out of prison.

猶 大 王 約 雅 斤 被 擄 後 三 十 七 年 ， 巴 比 倫 王 以 未 米 羅 達 元 年 十 二 月 二 十 五 日 ， 使 猶 大 王 約 雅 斤 抬 頭 ， 提 他 出 監 ，

32 H e spoke kindly to him and gave him a seat above the seats of the kings who were with him in Babylon,

又 對 他 說 恩 言 ， 使 他 的 位 高 過 與 他 一 同 在 巴 比 倫 眾 王 的 位 ，

33 J ehoiachin put off his prison garments, and he dined regularly at the king’s table all the days of his life.

給 他 脫 了 囚 服 。 他 終 身 在 巴 比 倫 王 面 前 吃 飯 。

34 A nd his allowance, a continual one, was given him by the king of Babylon, a portion according to his requirements until the day of his death, all the days of his life.

巴 比 倫 王 賜 他 所 需 用 的 食 物 ， 日 日 賜 他 一 分 ， 終 身 是 這 樣 ， 直 到 他 死 的 日 子 。
