1 D espués miré, y vi que el Cordero estaba de pie sobre el monte de Sión, y con él ciento cuarenta y cuatro mil que tenían el nombre de él y el de su Padre escrito en la frente.

Then I looked and saw the Lamb standing on Mount Zion. There were 144, 000 people with Him. These people had His name and His Father’s name written on their foreheads.

2 O í una voz del cielo como el estruendo de muchas aguas y como el sonido de un gran trueno. La voz que oí era como de arpistas que tocaban sus arpas.

I heard a voice coming from heaven. It was like the sound of rushing water and of loud thunder. The voice I heard was like people playing music on their harps.

3 C antaban un cántico nuevo delante del trono y delante de los cuatro seres vivientes y de los ancianos. Nadie podía aprender el cántico, sino aquellos ciento cuarenta y cuatro mil que fueron redimidos de entre los de la tierra.

This large group sang a new song. They sang before the throne and in front of the four living beings and the twenty-four leaders. Only the 144, 000 could learn this song. They had been bought by the blood of Christ and made free from the earth.

4 É stos son los que no se han contaminado con mujeres, pues son vírgenes. Son los que siguen al Cordero por dondequiera que va. Éstos fueron redimidos de entre los hombres como primicias para Dios y para el Cordero.

These are men who have kept themselves pure by not being married. They follow the Lamb wherever He goes. They have been bought by the blood of Christ and have been made free from among men. They are the first ones to be given to God and to the Lamb.

5 E n sus bocas no fue hallada mentira, pues son sin mancha delante del trono de Dios. El mensaje de los tres ángeles

No lie has come from their mouths. They are without blame. The Three Angels

6 E n medio del cielo vi volar otro ángel que tenía el evangelio eterno para predicarlo a los habitantes de la tierra, a toda nación, tribu, lengua y pueblo.

Then I saw another angel flying in the heavens. He was carrying the Good News that lasts forever. He was preaching to every nation and to every family group and to the people of every language and to all the people of the earth.

7 D ecía a gran voz: «¡Temed a Dios y dadle gloria, porque la hora de su juicio ha llegado. Adorad a aquel que hizo el cielo y la tierra, el mar y las fuentes de las aguas!»

He said with a loud voice, “Honor God with love and fear. The time has come for Him to judge all men. Worship Him Who made heaven and earth and the sea and the places where water comes out of the earth.”

8 O tro ángel lo siguió, diciendo: «Ha caído, ha caído Babilonia, la gran ciudad, porque ha hecho beber a todas las naciones del vino del furor de su fornicación.»

A second angel followed, saying, “Babylon has fallen! The great city Babylon has fallen! She made all the nations drink of the wine of her sinful sex life.”

9 Y un tercer ángel los siguió, diciendo a gran voz: «Si alguno adora a la bestia y a su imagen y recibe la marca en su frente o en su mano,

A third angel followed, saying with a loud voice, “If anyone worships the wild animal and his false god and receives a mark on his forehead or hand,

10 é l también beberá del vino de la ira de Dios, que ha sido vaciado puro en el cáliz de su ira; y será atormentado con fuego y azufre delante de los santos ángeles y del Cordero.

he will drink of the wine of the anger of God. It is mixed in full strength in the cup of God’s anger. They will be punished with fire and burning sulphur in front of the holy angels and before the Lamb.

11 E l humo de su tormento sube por los siglos de los siglos. No tienen reposo de día ni de noche los que adoran a la bestia y a su imagen, ni nadie que reciba la marca de su nombre.»

The smoke of those who are being punished will go up forever. They have no rest day or night. It is because they have worshiped the wild animal and his false god and have received the mark of his name.

12 A quí está la perseverancia de los santos, los que guardan los mandamientos de Dios y la fe de Jesús.

This is why God’s people need to keep true to God’s Word and stay faithful to Jesus.

13 Y oí una voz que me decía desde el cielo: «Escribe: “Bienaventurados de aquí en adelante los muertos que mueren en el Señor.” Sí, dice el Espíritu, descansarán de sus trabajos, porque sus obras con ellos siguen.» La tierra es segada

Then I heard a voice from heaven, saying, “Write these words: ‘From now on those who are dead who died belonging to the Lord will be happy.’” “Yes,” says the Spirit, “they will have rest from all their work. All the good things they have done will follow them.” The War of Armageddon

14 M iré, y vi una nube blanca. Sentado sobre la nube, uno semejante al Hijo del hombre, que llevaba en la cabeza una corona de oro y en la mano una hoz aguda.

I looked and saw a white cloud. Sitting on the cloud was One like the Son of Man. He had a crown of gold on His head. In His hand He had a sharp knife for cutting grain.

15 Y otro ángel salió del templo gritando a gran voz al que estaba sentado sobre la nube: «¡Mete tu hoz y siega, porque la hora de segar ha llegado, pues la mies de la tierra está madura!»

Then another angel came out from the house of God and called to Him with a loud voice. He said, “Use Your knife and gather in the grain. The time has come to gather the grain because the earth is ready.”

16 E l que estaba sentado sobre la nube metió su hoz en la tierra y la tierra fue segada.

He Who sat on the cloud raised His knife over the earth. And the grain was gathered in.

17 O tro ángel salió del templo que está en el cielo, llevando también una hoz aguda.

Then another angel came out from the house of God in heaven. He had a sharp knife for cutting grain also.

18 Y salió del altar otro ángel, que tenía poder sobre el fuego, y llamó a gran voz al que llevaba la hoz aguda, diciendo: «¡Mete tu hoz aguda y vendimia los racimos de la tierra, porque sus uvas están maduras!»

Another angel who has power over fire came out from the altar. He said with a loud voice to the angel who had the sharp knife, “Use your knife and gather in the grapes from the vine of the earth, for they are ready to gather.”

19 E l ángel metió su hoz en la tierra, vendimió la viña de la tierra y echó las uvas en el gran lagar de la ira de Dios.

The angel used his sickle on the earth. He gathered from the vine of the earth and put the fruit into the large place for making wine. It was full of God’s anger.

20 E l lagar fue pisado fuera de la ciudad, y del lagar salió sangre que llegó hasta los frenos de los caballos en una extensión de mil seiscientos estadios.

They walked on it outside the city and blood came out of the place where wine is made. The blood ran as far as a man could walk in seven days. It came up as high as a horse’s head.
