1 行 为 完 全 、 遵 行 耶 和 华 律 法 的 ， 这 人 便 为 有 福 ！

O the happiness of those perfect in the way, They are walking in the law of Jehovah,

2 遵 守 他 的 法 度 、 一 心 寻 求 他 的 ， 这 人 便 为 有 福 ！

O the happiness of those keeping His testimonies, With the whole heart they seek Him.

3 这 人 不 做 非 义 的 事 ， 但 遵 行 他 的 道 。

Yea, they have not done iniquity, In His ways they have walked.

4 耶 和 华 啊 ， 你 曾 将 你 的 训 词 吩 咐 我 们 ， 为 要 我 们 殷 勤 遵 守 。

Thou hast commanded us Thy precepts to keep diligently,

5 但 愿 我 行 事 坚 定 ， 得 以 遵 守 你 的 律 例 。

O that my ways were prepared to keep Thy statutes,

6 我 看 重 你 的 一 切 命 令 ， 就 不 至 於 羞 愧 。

Then I am not ashamed In my looking unto all Thy commands.

7 我 学 了 你 公 义 的 判 语 ， 就 要 以 正 直 的 心 称 谢 你 。

I confess Thee with uprightness of heart, In my learning the judgments of Thy righteousness.

8 我 必 守 你 的 律 例 ； 求 你 总 不 要 丢 弃 我 ！

Thy statutes I keep, leave me not utterly!

9 少 年 人 用 甚 麽 洁 净 他 的 行 为 呢 ？ 是 要 遵 行 你 的 话 ！

With what doth a young man purify his path? To observe -- according to Thy word.

10 我 一 心 寻 求 了 你 ； 求 你 不 要 叫 我 偏 离 你 的 命 令 。

With all my heart I have sought Thee, Let me not err from Thy commands.

11 我 将 你 的 话 藏 在 心 里 ， 免 得 我 得 罪 你 。

In my heart I have hid Thy saying, That I sin not before Thee.

12 耶 和 华 啊 ， 你 是 应 当 称 颂 的 ！ 求 你 将 你 的 律 例 教 训 我 ！

Blessed Thou, O Jehovah, teach me Thy statutes.

13 我 用 嘴 唇 传 扬 你 口 中 的 一 切 典 章 。

With my lips I have recounted All the judgments of Thy mouth.

14 我 喜 悦 你 的 法 度 ， 如 同 喜 悦 一 切 的 财 物 。

In the way of Thy testimonies I have joyed, As over all wealth.

15 我 要 默 想 你 的 训 词 ， 看 重 你 的 道 路 。

In Thy precepts I meditate, And I behold attentively Thy paths.

16 我 要 在 你 的 律 例 中 自 乐 ； 我 不 忘 记 你 的 话 。

In Thy statutes I delight myself, I do not forget Thy word.

17 求 你 用 厚 恩 待 你 的 仆 人 ， 使 我 存 活 ， 我 就 遵 守 你 的 话 。

Confer benefits on Thy servant, I live, and I keep Thy word.

18 求 你 开 我 的 眼 睛 ， 使 我 看 出 你 律 法 中 的 奇 妙 。

Uncover mine eyes, and I behold wonders out of Thy law.

19 我 是 在 地 上 作 寄 居 的 ； 求 你 不 要 向 我 隐 瞒 你 的 命 令 ！

A sojourner I on earth, Hide not from me Thy commands.

20 我 时 常 切 慕 你 的 典 章 ， 甚 至 心 碎 。

Broken hath my soul for desire Unto Thy judgments at all times.

21 受 咒 诅 、 偏 离 你 命 令 的 骄 傲 人 ， 你 已 经 责 备 他 们 。

Thou hast rebuked the cursed proud, Who are erring from Thy commands.

22 求 你 除 掉 我 所 受 的 羞 辱 和 藐 视 ， 因 我 遵 守 你 的 法 度 。

Remove from me reproach and contempt, For Thy testimonies I have kept.

23 虽 有 首 领 坐 着 妄 论 我 ， 你 仆 人 却 思 想 你 的 律 例 。

Princes also sat -- against me they spoke, Thy servant doth meditate in Thy statutes,

24 你 的 法 度 是 我 所 喜 乐 的 ， 是 我 的 谋 士 。

Thy testimonies also my delight, The men of my counsel!

25 我 的 性 命 几 乎 归 於 尘 土 ； 求 你 照 你 的 话 将 我 救 活 ！

Cleaved to the dust hath my soul, Quicken me according to Thy word.

26 我 述 说 我 所 行 的 ， 你 应 允 了 我 ； 求 你 将 你 的 律 例 教 训 我 ！

My ways I have recounted, And Thou answerest me, teach me Thy statutes,

27 求 你 使 我 明 白 你 的 训 词 ， 我 就 思 想 你 的 奇 事 。

The way of Thy precepts cause me to understand, And I meditate in Thy wonders.

28 我 的 心 因 愁 苦 而 消 化 ； 求 你 照 你 的 话 使 我 坚 立 ！

My soul hath dropped from affliction, Establish me according to Thy word.

29 求 你 使 我 离 开 奸 诈 的 道 ， 开 恩 将 你 的 律 法 赐 给 我 ！

The way of falsehood turn aside from me And with Thy law favour me.

30 我 拣 选 了 忠 信 的 道 ， 将 你 的 典 章 摆 在 我 面 前 。

The way of faithfulness I have chosen, Thy judgments I have compared,

31 我 持 守 你 的 法 度 ； 耶 和 华 啊 ， 求 你 不 要 叫 我 羞 愧 ！

I have adhered to Thy testimonies, O Jehovah, put me not to shame.

32 你 开 广 我 心 的 时 候 ， 我 就 往 你 命 令 的 道 上 直 奔 。

The way of Thy commands I run, For Thou dost enlarge my heart!

33 耶 和 华 啊 ， 求 你 将 你 的 律 例 指 教 我 ， 我 必 遵 守 到 底 ！

Show me, O Jehovah, the way of Thy statutes, And I keep it -- the end.

34 求 你 赐 我 悟 性 ， 我 便 遵 守 你 的 律 法 ， 且 要 一 心 遵 守 。

Cause me to understand, and I keep Thy law, And observe it with the whole heart.

35 求 你 叫 我 遵 行 你 的 命 令 ， 因 为 这 是 我 所 喜 乐 的 。

Cause me to tread in the path of Thy commands, For in it I have delighted.

36 求 你 使 我 的 心 趋 向 你 的 法 度 ， 不 趋 向 非 义 之 财 。

Incline my heart unto Thy testimonies, And not unto dishonest gain.

37 求 你 叫 我 转 眼 不 看 虚 假 ， 又 叫 我 在 你 的 道 中 生 活 。

Remove mine eyes from seeing vanity, In Thy way quicken Thou me.

38 你 向 敬 畏 你 的 人 所 应 许 的 话 ， 求 你 向 仆 人 坚 定 ！

Establish to Thy servant Thy saying, That concerning Thy fear.

39 求 你 使 我 所 怕 的 羞 辱 远 离 我 ， 因 你 的 典 章 本 为 美 。

Remove my reproach that I have feared, For Thy judgments good.

40 我 羡 慕 你 的 训 词 ； 求 你 使 我 在 你 的 公 义 上 生 活 ！

Lo, I have longed for Thy precepts, In Thy righteousness quicken Thou me,

41 耶 和 华 啊 ， 愿 你 照 你 的 话 ， 使 你 的 慈 爱 ， 就 是 你 的 救 恩 ， 临 到 我 身 上 ，

And meet me doth Thy kindness, O Jehovah, Thy salvation according to Thy saying.

42 我 就 有 话 回 答 那 羞 辱 我 的 ， 因 我 倚 靠 你 的 话 。

And I answer him who is reproaching me a word, For I have trusted in Thy word.

43 求 你 叫 真 理 的 话 总 不 离 开 我 口 ， 因 我 仰 望 你 的 典 章 。

And Thou takest not utterly away From my mouth the word of truth, Because for Thy judgment I have hoped.

44 我 要 常 守 你 的 律 法 ， 直 到 永 永 远 远 。

And I keep Thy law continually, To the age and for ever.

45 我 要 自 由 而 行 （ 或 译 ： 我 要 行 在 宽 阔 之 地 ） ， 因 我 素 来 考 究 你 的 训 词 。

And I walk habitually in a broad place, For Thy precepts I have sought.

46 我 也 要 在 君 王 面 前 论 说 你 的 法 度 ， 并 不 至 於 羞 愧 。

And I speak of Thy testimonies before kings, And I am not ashamed.

47 我 要 在 你 的 命 令 中 自 乐 ； 这 命 令 素 来 是 我 所 爱 的 。

And I delight myself in Thy commands, That I have loved,

48 我 又 要 遵 行 （ 原 文 是 举 手 ） 你 的 命 令 ， 这 命 令 素 来 是 我 所 爱 的 ； 我 也 要 思 想 你 的 律 例 。

And I lift up my hands unto Thy commands, That I have loved, And I do meditate on Thy statutes!

49 求 你 记 念 向 你 仆 人 所 应 许 的 话 ， 叫 我 有 盼 望 。

Remember the word to Thy servant, On which Thou hast caused me to hope.

50 这 话 将 我 救 活 了 ； 我 在 患 难 中 ， 因 此 得 安 慰 。

This my comfort in mine affliction, That Thy saying hath quickened me.

51 骄 傲 的 人 甚 侮 慢 我 ， 我 却 未 曾 偏 离 你 的 律 法 。

The proud have utterly scorned me, From Thy law I have not turned aside.

52 耶 和 华 啊 ， 我 记 念 你 从 古 以 来 的 典 章 ， 就 得 了 安 慰 。

I remembered Thy judgments of old, O Jehovah, And I comfort myself.

53 我 见 恶 人 离 弃 你 的 律 法 ， 就 怒 气 发 作 ， 犹 如 火 烧 。

Horror hath seized me, Because of the wicked forsaking Thy law.

54 我 在 世 寄 居 ， 素 来 以 你 的 律 例 为 诗 歌 。

Songs have been to me Thy statutes, In the house of my sojournings.

55 耶 和 华 啊 ， 我 夜 间 记 念 你 的 名 ， 遵 守 你 的 律 法 。

I have remembered in the night Thy name, O Jehovah, And I do keep Thy law.

56 我 所 以 如 此 ， 是 因 我 守 你 的 训 词 。

This hath been to me, That Thy precepts I have kept!

57 耶 和 华 是 我 的 福 分 ； 我 曾 说 ， 我 要 遵 守 你 的 言 语 。

My portion Jehovah; I have said -- to keep Thy words,

58 我 一 心 求 过 你 的 恩 ； 愿 你 照 你 的 话 怜 悯 我 ！

I appeased Thy face with the whole heart, Favour me according to Thy saying.

59 我 思 想 我 所 行 的 道 ， 就 转 步 归 向 你 的 法 度 。

I have reckoned my ways, And turn back my feet unto Thy testimonies.

60 我 急 忙 遵 守 你 的 命 令 ， 并 不 迟 延 。

I have made haste, And delayed not, to keep Thy commands.

61 恶 人 的 绳 索 缠 绕 我 ， 我 却 没 有 忘 记 你 的 律 法 。

Cords of the wicked have surrounded me, Thy law I have not forgotten.

62 我 因 你 公 义 的 典 章 ， 半 夜 必 起 来 称 谢 你 。

At midnight I rise to give thanks to Thee, For the judgments of Thy righteousness.

63 凡 敬 畏 你 、 守 你 训 词 的 人 ， 我 都 与 他 作 伴 。

A companion I to all who fear Thee, And to those keeping Thy precepts.

64 耶 和 华 啊 ， 你 的 慈 爱 遍 满 大 地 ； 求 你 将 你 的 律 例 教 训 我 ！

Of Thy kindness, O Jehovah, the earth is full, Thy statutes teach Thou me!

65 耶 和 华 啊 ， 你 向 来 是 照 你 的 话 善 待 仆 人 。

Good Thou didst with Thy servant, O Jehovah, According to Thy word.

66 求 你 将 精 明 和 知 识 赐 给 我 ， 因 我 信 了 你 的 命 令 。

The goodness of reason and knowledge teach me, For in Thy commands I have believed.

67 我 未 受 苦 以 先 走 迷 了 路 ， 现 在 却 遵 守 你 的 话 。

Before I am afflicted, I -- I am erring, And now Thy saying I have kept.

68 你 本 为 善 ， 所 行 的 也 善 ； 求 你 将 你 的 律 例 教 训 我 ！

Good Thou, and doing good, Teach me Thy statutes.

69 骄 傲 人 编 造 谎 言 攻 击 我 ， 我 却 要 一 心 守 你 的 训 词 。

Forged against me falsehood have the proud, I with the whole heart keep Thy precepts.

70 他 们 心 蒙 脂 油 ， 我 却 喜 爱 你 的 律 法 。

Insensate as fat hath been their heart, I -- in Thy law I have delighted.

71 我 受 苦 是 与 我 有 益 ， 为 要 使 我 学 习 你 的 律 例 。

Good for me that I have been afflicted, That I might learn Thy statutes.

72 你 口 中 的 训 言 （ 或 译 ： 律 法 ） 与 我 有 益 ， 胜 於 千 万 的 金 银 。

Better to me the law of Thy mouth Than thousands of gold and silver!

73 你 的 手 制 造 我 ， 建 立 我 ； 求 你 赐 我 悟 性 ， 可 以 学 习 你 的 命 令 ！

Thy hands made me and establish me, Cause me to understand, and I learn Thy commands.

74 敬 畏 你 的 人 见 我 就 要 欢 喜 ， 因 我 仰 望 你 的 话 。

Those fearing Thee see me and rejoice, Because for Thy word I have hoped.

75 耶 和 华 啊 ， 我 知 道 你 的 判 语 是 公 义 的 ； 你 使 我 受 苦 是 以 诚 实 待 我 。

I have known, O Jehovah, That righteous Thy judgments, And faithfulness Thou hast afflicted me.

76 求 你 照 着 应 许 仆 人 的 话 ， 以 慈 爱 安 慰 我 。

Let, I pray Thee, Thy kindness be to comfort me, According to Thy saying to Thy servant.

77 愿 你 的 慈 悲 临 到 我 ， 使 我 存 活 ， 因 你 的 律 法 是 我 所 喜 爱 的 。

Meet me do Thy mercies, and I live, For Thy law my delight.

78 愿 骄 傲 人 蒙 羞 ， 因 为 他 们 无 理 地 倾 覆 我 ； 但 我 要 思 想 你 的 训 词 。

Ashamed are the proud, For falsehood they dealt perversely with me. I meditate in Thy precepts.

79 愿 敬 畏 你 的 人 归 向 我 ， 他 们 就 知 道 你 的 法 度 。

Those fearing Thee turn back to me, And those knowing Thy testimonies.

80 愿 我 的 心 在 你 的 律 例 上 完 全 ， 使 我 不 致 蒙 羞 。

My heart is perfect in Thy statutes, So that I am not ashamed.

81 我 心 渴 想 你 的 救 恩 ， 仰 望 你 的 应 许 。

Consumed for Thy salvation hath been my soul, For Thy word I have hoped.

82 我 因 盼 望 你 的 应 许 眼 睛 失 明 ， 说 ： 你 何 时 安 慰 我 ？

Consumed have been mine eyes for Thy word, Saying, `When doth it comfort me?'

83 我 好 像 烟 薰 的 皮 袋 ， 却 不 忘 记 你 的 律 例 。

For I have been as a bottle in smoke, Thy statutes I have not forgotten.

84 你 仆 人 的 年 日 有 多 少 呢 ？ 你 几 时 向 逼 迫 我 的 人 施 行 审 判 呢 ？

How many the days of Thy servant? When dost Thou execute Against my pursuers judgment?

85 不 从 你 律 法 的 骄 傲 人 为 我 掘 了 坑 。

The proud have digged for me pits, That not according to Thy law.

86 你 的 命 令 尽 都 诚 实 ； 他 们 无 理 地 逼 迫 我 ， 求 你 帮 助 我 ！

All Thy commands faithfulness, falsehood they have pursued me, Help Thou me.

87 他 们 几 乎 把 我 从 世 上 灭 绝 ， 但 我 没 有 离 弃 你 的 训 词 。

Almost consumed me on earth have they, And I -- I have not forsaken Thy precepts.

88 求 你 照 你 的 慈 爱 将 我 救 活 ， 我 就 遵 守 你 口 中 的 法 度 。

According to Thy kindness quicken Thou me, And I keep the testimony of Thy mouth!

89 耶 和 华 啊 ， 你 的 话 安 定 在 天 ， 直 到 永 远 。

To the age, O Jehovah, Thy word is set up in the heavens.

90 你 的 诚 实 存 到 万 代 ； 你 坚 定 了 地 ， 地 就 长 存 。

To all generations Thy faithfulness, Thou didst establish earth, and it standeth.

91 天 地 照 你 的 安 排 存 到 今 日 ； 万 物 都 是 你 的 仆 役 。

According to Thine ordinances They have stood this day, for the whole Thy servants.

92 我 若 不 是 喜 爱 你 的 律 法 ， 早 就 在 苦 难 中 灭 绝 了 ！

Unless Thy law my delights, Then had I perished in mine affliction.

93 我 永 不 忘 记 你 的 训 词 ， 因 你 用 这 训 词 将 我 救 活 了 。

To the age I forget not Thy precepts, For by them Thou hast quickened me.

94 我 是 属 你 的 ， 求 你 救 我 ， 因 我 寻 求 了 你 的 训 词 。

I Thine, save Thou me, For Thy precepts I have sought.

95 恶 人 等 待 我 ， 要 灭 绝 我 ， 我 却 要 揣 摩 你 的 法 度 。

Thy wicked waited for me to destroy me, Thy testimonies I understand.

96 我 看 万 事 尽 都 有 限 ， 惟 有 你 的 命 令 极 其 宽 广 。

Of all perfection I have seen an end, Broad Thy command -- exceedingly!

97 我 何 等 爱 慕 你 的 律 法 ， 终 日 不 住 地 思 想 。

O how I have loved Thy law! All the day it my meditation.

98 你 的 命 令 常 存 在 我 心 里 ， 使 我 比 仇 敌 有 智 慧 。

Than mine enemies Thy command maketh me wiser, For it before me to the age.

99 我 比 我 的 师 傅 更 通 达 ， 因 我 思 想 你 的 法 度 。

Above all my teachers I have acted wisely. For Thy testimonies my meditation.

100 我 比 年 老 的 更 明 白 ， 因 我 守 了 你 的 训 词 。

Above elders I understand more, For Thy precepts I have kept.

101 我 禁 止 我 脚 走 一 切 的 邪 路 ， 为 要 遵 守 你 的 话 。

From every evil path I restrained my feet, So that I keep Thy word.

102 我 没 有 偏 离 你 的 典 章 ， 因 为 你 教 训 了 我 。

From Thy judgments I turned not aside, For Thou -- Thou hast directed me.

103 你 的 言 语 在 我 上 膛 何 等 甘 美 ， 在 我 口 中 比 蜜 更 甜 ！

How sweet to my palate hath been Thy saying, Above honey to my mouth.

104 我 藉 着 你 的 训 词 得 以 明 白 ， 所 以 我 恨 一 切 的 假 道 。

From Thy precepts I have understanding, Therefore I have hated every false path!

105 你 的 话 是 我 脚 前 的 灯 ， 是 我 路 上 的 光 。

A lamp to my foot Thy word, And a light to my path.

106 你 公 义 的 典 章 ， 我 曾 起 誓 遵 守 ， 我 必 按 誓 而 行 。

I have sworn, and I confirm, To keep the judgments of Thy righteousness.

107 我 甚 是 受 苦 ； 耶 和 华 啊 ， 求 你 照 你 的 话 将 我 救 活 ！

I have been afflicted very much, O Jehovah, quicken me, according to Thy word.

108 耶 和 华 啊 ， 求 你 悦 纳 我 口 中 的 赞 美 为 供 物 ， 又 将 你 的 典 章 教 训 我 ！

Free-will-offerings of my mouth, Accept, I pray Thee, O Jehovah, And Thy judgments teach Thou me.

109 我 的 性 命 常 在 危 险 之 中 ， 我 却 不 忘 记 你 的 律 法 。

My soul in my hand continually, And Thy law I have not forgotten.

110 恶 人 为 我 设 下 网 罗 ， 我 却 没 有 偏 离 你 的 训 词 。

The wicked have laid a snare for me, And from thy precepts I wandered not.

111 我 以 你 的 法 度 为 永 远 的 产 业 ， 因 这 是 我 心 中 所 喜 爱 的 。

I have inherited Thy testimonies to the age, For the joy of my heart they.

112 我 的 心 专 向 你 的 律 例 ， 永 远 遵 行 ， 一 直 到 底 。

I have inclined my heart To do Thy statutes, to the age -- the end!

113 心 怀 二 意 的 人 为 我 所 恨 ； 但 你 的 律 法 为 我 所 爱 。

Doubting ones I have hated, And Thy law I have loved.

114 你 是 我 藏 身 之 处 ， 又 是 我 的 盾 牌 ； 我 甚 仰 望 你 的 话 语 。

My hiding place and my shield Thou, For Thy word I have hoped.

115 作 恶 的 人 哪 ， 你 们 离 开 我 罢 ！ 我 好 遵 守 我 神 的 命 令 。

Turn aside from me, ye evil-doers, And I keep the commands of my God.

116 求 你 照 你 的 话 扶 持 我 ， 使 我 存 活 ， 也 不 叫 我 因 失 望 而 害 羞 。

Sustain me according to Thy saying, And I live, and Thou puttest me not to shame Because of my hope.

117 求 你 扶 持 我 ， 我 便 得 救 ， 时 常 看 重 你 的 律 例 。

Support Thou me, and I am saved, And I look on Thy statutes continually.

118 凡 偏 离 你 律 例 的 人 ， 你 都 轻 弃 他 们 ， 因 为 他 们 的 诡 诈 必 归 虚 空 。

Thou hast trodden down All going astray from Thy statutes, For falsehood their deceit.

119 凡 地 上 的 恶 人 ， 你 除 掉 他 ， 好 像 除 掉 渣 滓 ； 因 此 我 爱 你 的 法 度 。

Dross! Thou hast caused to cease All the wicked of the earth; Therefore I have loved Thy testimonies.

120 我 因 惧 怕 你 ， 肉 就 发 抖 ； 我 也 怕 你 的 判 语 。

Trembled from Thy fear hath my flesh, And from Thy judgments I have been afraid!

121 我 行 过 公 平 和 公 义 ， 求 你 不 要 撇 下 我 给 欺 压 我 的 人 ！

I have done judgment and righteousness, Leave me not to mine oppressors.

122 求 你 为 仆 人 作 保 ， 使 我 得 好 处 ， 不 容 骄 傲 人 欺 压 我 ！

Make sure Thy servant for good, Let not the proud oppress me.

123 我 因 盼 望 你 的 救 恩 和 你 公 义 的 话 眼 睛 失 明 。

Mine eyes have been consumed for Thy salvation. And for the saying of Thy righteousness.

124 求 你 照 你 的 慈 爱 待 仆 人 ， 将 你 的 律 例 教 训 我 。

Do with Thy servant according to Thy kindness. And Thy statutes teach Thou me.

125 我 是 你 的 仆 人 ， 求 你 赐 我 悟 性 ， 使 我 得 知 你 的 法 度 。

Thy servant I -- cause me to understand, And I know Thy testimonies.

126 这 是 耶 和 华 降 罚 的 时 候 ， 因 人 废 了 你 的 律 法 。

Time for Jehovah to work! they have made void Thy law.

127 所 以 ， 我 爱 你 的 命 令 胜 於 金 子 ， 更 胜 於 精 金 。

Therefore I have loved Thy commands Above gold -- even fine gold.

128 你 一 切 的 训 词 ， 在 万 事 上 我 都 以 为 正 直 ； 我 却 恨 恶 一 切 假 道 。

Therefore all my appointments I have declared wholly right, Every path of falsehood I have hated!

129 你 的 法 度 奇 妙 ， 所 以 我 一 心 谨 守 。

Wonderful Thy testimonies, Therefore hath my soul kept them.

130 你 的 言 语 一 解 开 就 发 出 亮 光 ， 使 愚 人 通 达 。

The opening of Thy words enlighteneth, Instructing the simple.

131 我 张 口 而 气 喘 ， 因 我 切 慕 你 的 命 令 。

My mouth I have opened, yea, I pant, For, for Thy commands I have longed.

132 求 你 转 向 我 ， 怜 悯 我 ， 好 像 你 素 常 待 那 些 爱 你 名 的 人 。

Look unto me, and favour me, As customary to those loving Thy name.

133 求 你 用 你 的 话 使 我 脚 步 稳 当 ， 不 许 甚 麽 罪 孽 辖 制 我 。

My steps establish by Thy saying, And any iniquity doth not rule over me.

134 求 你 救 我 脱 离 人 的 欺 压 ， 我 要 遵 守 你 的 训 词 。

Ransom me from the oppression of man, And I observe Thy precepts,

135 求 你 用 脸 光 照 仆 人 ， 又 将 你 的 律 例 教 训 我 。

Thy face cause to shine on Thy servant, And teach me Thy statutes.

136 我 的 眼 泪 下 流 成 河 ， 因 为 他 们 不 守 你 的 律 法 。

Rivulets of waters have come down mine eyes, Because they have not kept Thy law!

137 耶 和 华 啊 ， 你 是 公 义 的 ； 你 的 判 语 也 是 正 直 的 ！

Righteous Thou, O Jehovah, And upright Thy judgments.

138 你 所 命 定 的 法 度 是 凭 公 义 和 至 诚 。

Thou hast appointed Thy testimonies, Righteous and exceeding faithful,

139 我 心 焦 急 ， 如 同 火 烧 ， 因 我 敌 人 忘 记 你 的 言 语 。

Cut me off hath my zeal, For mine adversaries forgot Thy words.

140 你 的 话 极 其 精 炼 ， 所 以 你 的 仆 人 喜 爱 。

Tried thy saying exceedingly, And Thy servant hath loved it.

141 我 微 小 ， 被 人 藐 视 ， 却 不 忘 记 你 的 训 词 。

Small I, and despised, Thy precepts I have not forgotten.

142 你 的 公 义 永 远 长 存 ； 你 的 律 法 尽 都 真 实 。

Thy righteousness righteousness to the age, And Thy law truth.

143 我 遭 遇 患 难 愁 苦 ， 你 的 命 令 却 是 我 所 喜 爱 的 。

Adversity and distress have found me, Thy commands my delights.

144 你 的 法 度 永 远 是 公 义 的 ； 求 你 赐 我 悟 性 ， 我 就 活 了 。

The righteousness of Thy testimonies to Cause me to understand, and I live!

145 耶 和 华 啊 ， 我 一 心 呼 吁 你 ； 求 你 应 允 我 ， 我 必 谨 守 你 的 律 例 ！

I have called with the whole heart, Answer me, O Jehovah, Thy statutes I keep,

146 我 向 你 呼 吁 ， 求 你 救 我 ！ 我 要 遵 守 你 的 法 度 。

I have called Thee, save Thou me, And I do keep Thy testimonies.

147 我 趁 天 未 亮 呼 求 ； 我 仰 望 了 你 的 言 语 。

I have gone forward in the dawn, and I cry, For Thy word I have hoped.

148 我 趁 夜 更 未 换 将 眼 睁 开 ， 为 要 思 想 你 的 话 语 。

Mine eyes have gone before the watches, To meditate in Thy saying.

149 求 你 照 你 的 慈 爱 听 我 的 声 音 ； 耶 和 华 啊 ， 求 你 照 你 的 典 章 将 我 救 活 ！

My voice hear, according to Thy kindness, Jehovah, according to Thy judgment quicken me.

150 追 求 奸 恶 的 人 临 近 了 ； 他 们 远 离 你 的 律 法 。

Near have been my wicked pursuers, From Thy law they have been far off.

151 耶 和 华 啊 ， 你 与 我 相 近 ； 你 一 切 的 命 令 尽 都 真 实 ！

Near Thou, O Jehovah, And all Thy commands truth.

152 我 因 学 你 的 法 度 ， 久 已 知 道 是 你 永 远 立 定 的 。

Of old I have known Thy testimonies, That to the age Thou hast founded them!

153 求 你 看 顾 我 的 苦 难 ， 搭 救 我 ， 因 我 不 忘 记 你 的 律 法 。

See my affliction, and deliver Thou me, For Thy law I have not forgotten.

154 求 你 为 我 辨 屈 ， 救 赎 我 ， 照 你 的 话 将 我 救 活 。

Plead my plea, and redeem me, According to Thy saying quicken me.

155 救 恩 远 离 恶 人 ， 因 为 他 们 不 寻 求 你 的 律 例 。

Far from the wicked salvation, For Thy statutes they have not sought.

156 耶 和 华 啊 ， 你 的 慈 悲 本 为 大 ； 求 你 照 你 的 典 章 将 我 救 活 。

Thy mercies many, O Jehovah, According to Thy judgments quicken me.

157 逼 迫 我 的 ， 抵 挡 我 的 ， 很 多 ， 我 却 没 有 偏 离 你 的 法 度 。

Many my pursuers, and adversaries, From Thy testimonies I have not turned aside.

158 我 看 见 奸 恶 的 人 就 甚 憎 恶 ， 因 为 他 们 不 遵 守 你 的 话 。

I have seen treacherous ones, And grieve myself, Because Thy saying they have not kept.

159 你 看 我 怎 样 爱 你 的 训 词 ！ 耶 和 华 啊 ， 求 你 照 你 的 慈 爱 将 我 救 活 ！

See, for thy precepts I have loved, Jehovah, According to Thy kindness quicken me.

160 你 话 的 总 纲 是 真 实 ； 你 一 切 公 义 的 典 章 是 永 远 长 存 。

The sum of Thy word truth, And to the age every judgment of Thy righteousness!

161 首 领 无 故 地 逼 迫 我 ， 但 我 的 心 畏 惧 你 的 言 语 。

Princes have pursued me without cause, And because of Thy words was my heart afraid.

162 我 喜 爱 你 的 话 ， 好 像 人 得 了 许 多 掳 物 。

I do rejoice concerning Thy saying, As one finding abundant spoil.

163 谎 话 是 我 所 恨 恶 所 憎 嫌 的 ； 惟 你 的 律 法 是 我 所 爱 的 。

Falsehood I have hated, yea I abominate, Thy law I have loved.

164 我 因 你 公 义 的 典 章 一 天 七 次 赞 美 你 。

Seven in a day I have praised Thee, Because of the judgments of Thy righteousness.

165 爱 你 律 法 的 人 有 大 平 安 ， 甚 麽 都 不 能 使 他 们 绊 脚 。

Abundant peace have those loving Thy law, And they have no stumbling-block.

166 耶 和 华 啊 ， 我 仰 望 了 你 的 救 恩 ， 遵 行 了 你 的 命 令 。

I have waited for Thy salvation, O Jehovah, And Thy commands I have done.

167 我 心 里 守 了 你 的 法 度 ； 这 法 度 我 甚 喜 爱 。

Kept hath my soul Thy testimonies, And I do love them exceedingly.

168 我 遵 守 了 你 的 训 词 和 法 度 ， 因 我 一 切 所 行 的 都 在 你 面 前 。

I have kept Thy precepts and Thy testimonies, For all my ways are before Thee!

169 耶 和 华 啊 ， 愿 我 的 呼 吁 达 到 你 面 前 ， 照 你 的 话 赐 我 悟 性 。

My loud cry cometh near before Thee, O Jehovah; According to Thy word cause me to understand.

170 愿 我 的 恳 求 达 到 你 面 前 ， 照 你 的 话 搭 救 我 。

My supplication cometh in before Thee, According to Thy saying deliver Thou me.

171 愿 我 的 嘴 发 出 赞 美 的 话 ， 因 为 你 将 律 例 教 训 我 。

My lips do utter praise, For Thou dost teach me Thy statutes.

172 愿 我 的 舌 头 歌 唱 你 的 话 ， 因 你 一 切 的 命 令 尽 都 公 义 。

My tongue doth sing of Thy saying, For all Thy commands righteous.

173 愿 你 用 手 帮 助 我 ， 因 我 拣 选 了 你 的 训 词 。

Thy hand is for a help to me, For Thy commands I have chosen.

174 耶 和 华 啊 ， 我 切 慕 你 的 救 恩 ！ 你 的 律 法 也 是 我 所 喜 爱 的 。

I have longed for Thy salvation, O Jehovah, And Thy law my delight.

175 愿 我 的 性 命 存 活 ， 得 以 赞 美 你 ！ 愿 你 的 典 章 帮 助 我 ！

My soul liveth, and it doth praise Thee, And Thy judgments do help me.

176 我 如 亡 羊 走 迷 了 路 ， 求 你 寻 找 仆 人 ， 因 我 不 忘 记 你 的 命 令 。

I wandered as a lost sheep, seek Thy servant, For Thy precepts I have not forgotten!
