1 A nd these births of Aaron and Moses, in the day of Jehovah's speaking with Moses in mount Sinai.

耶 和 華 在 西 乃 山 曉 諭 摩 西 的 日 子 ， 亞 倫 和 摩 西 的 後 代 如 下 ：

2 A nd these the names of the sons of Aaron: the first-born Nadab, and Abihu, Eleazar, and Ithamar;

亞 倫 的 兒 子 ， 長 子 名 叫 拿 答 ， 還 有 亞 比 戶 、 以 利 亞 撒 、 以 他 瑪 。

3 t hese the names of the sons of Aaron, the anointed priests, whose hand he hath consecrated for acting as priest.

這 是 亞 倫 兒 子 的 名 字 ， 都 是 受 膏 的 祭 司 ， 是 摩 西 叫 他 們 承 接 聖 職 供 祭 司 職 分 的 。

4 A nd Nadab dieth -- Abihu also -- before Jehovah, in their bringing near strange fire before Jehovah, in the wilderness of Sinai, and sons they had not; and Eleazar -- Ithamar also -- acteth as priest in the presence of Aaron their father.

拿 答 、 亞 比 戶 在 西 乃 的 曠 野 向 耶 和 華 獻 凡 火 的 時 候 就 死 在 耶 和 華 面 前 了 。 他 們 也 沒 有 兒 子 。 以 利 亞 撒 、 以 他 瑪 在 他 們 的 父 親 亞 倫 面 前 供 祭 司 的 職 分 。

5 A nd Jehovah speaketh unto Moses, saying,

耶 和 華 曉 諭 摩 西 說 ：

6 ` Bring near the tribe of Levi, and thou hast caused it to stand before Aaron the priest, and they have served him,

你 使 利 未 支 派 近 前 來 ， 站 在 祭 司 亞 倫 面 前 好 服 事 他 ，

7 a nd kept his charge, and the charge of all the company before the tent of meeting, to do the service of the tabernacle;

替 他 和 會 眾 在 會 幕 前 守 所 吩 咐 的 ， 辦 理 帳 幕 的 事 。

8 a nd they have kept all the vessels of the tent of meeting, and the charge of the sons of Israel, to do the service of the tabernacle;

又 要 看 守 會 幕 的 器 具 ， 並 守 所 吩 咐 以 色 列 人 的 ， 辦 理 帳 幕 的 事 。

9 a nd thou hast given the Levites to Aaron and to his sons; they are surely given to him out of the sons of Israel.

你 要 將 利 未 人 給 亞 倫 和 他 的 兒 子 ， 因 為 他 們 是 從 以 色 列 人 中 選 出 來 給 他 的 。

10 ` And Aaron and his sons thou dost appoint, and they have kept their priesthood, and the stranger who cometh near is put to death.'

你 要 囑 咐 亞 倫 和 他 的 兒 子 謹 守 自 己 祭 司 的 職 任 。 近 前 來 的 外 人 必 被 治 死 。

11 A nd Jehovah speaketh unto Moses, saying,

耶 和 華 曉 諭 摩 西 說 ：

12 ` And I, lo, I have taken the Levites from the midst of the sons of Israel instead of every first-born opening a womb among the sons of Israel, and the Levites have been Mine;

我 從 以 色 列 人 中 揀 選 了 利 未 人 ， 代 替 以 色 列 人 一 切 頭 生 的 ； 利 未 人 要 歸 我 。

13 f or Mine every first-born, in the day of My smiting every first-born in the land of Egypt I have sanctified to Myself every first-born in Israel, from man unto beast; Mine they are; I Jehovah.'

因 為 凡 頭 生 的 是 我 的 ； 我 在 埃 及 地 擊 殺 一 切 頭 生 的 那 日 就 把 以 色 列 中 一 切 頭 生 的 ， 連 人 帶 牲 畜 都 分 別 為 聖 歸 我 ； 他 們 定 要 屬 我 。 我 是 耶 和 華 。

14 A nd Jehovah speaketh unto Moses in the wilderness of Sinai, saying,

耶 和 華 在 西 乃 的 曠 野 曉 諭 摩 西 說 ：

15 ` Number the sons of Levi by the house of their fathers, by their families; every male from a son of a month and upward thou dost number them.'

你 要 照 利 未 人 的 宗 族 、 家 室 數 點 他 們 。 凡 一 個 月 以 外 的 男 子 都 要 數 點 。

16 A nd Moses numbereth them according to the command of Jehovah, as he hath been commanded.

於 是 摩 西 照 耶 和 華 所 吩 咐 的 數 點 他 們 。

17 A nd these are sons of Levi by their names: Gershon, and Kohath, and Merari.

利 未 眾 子 的 名 字 是 革 順 、 哥 轄 、 米 拉 利 。

18 A nd these the names of the sons of Gershon by their families: Libni and Shimei.

革 順 的 兒 子 ， 按 著 家 室 ， 是 立 尼 、 示 每 。

19 A nd the sons of Kohath, by their families, Amram and Izhar, Hebron and Uzziel.

哥 轄 的 兒 子 ， 按 著 家 室 ， 是 暗 蘭 、 以 斯 哈 、 希 伯 倫 、 烏 薛 。

20 A nd the sons of Merari by their families Mahli and Mushi; these are the families of the Levites, by the house of their fathers.

米 拉 利 的 兒 子 ， 按 著 家 室 ， 是 抹 利 、 母 示 。 這 些 按 著 宗 族 是 利 未 人 的 家 室 。

21 O f Gershon the family of the Libnite, and the family of the Shimite; these are the families of the Gershonite.

屬 革 順 的 ， 有 立 尼 族 、 示 每 族 。 這 是 革 順 的 二 族 。

22 T heir numbered ones, in number, every male from a son of a month and upward, their numbered ones seven thousand and five hundred.

其 中 被 數 、 從 一 個 月 以 外 所 有 的 男 子 共 有 七 千 五 百 名 。

23 T he families of the Gershonite, behind the tabernacle, do encamp westward.

這 革 順 的 二 族 要 在 帳 幕 後 西 邊 安 營 。

24 A nd the prince of a father's house for the Gershonite Eliasaph son of Lael.

拉 伊 勒 的 兒 子 以 利 雅 薩 作 革 順 人 宗 族 的 首 領 。

25 A nd the charge of the sons of Gershon in the tent of meeting the tabernacle, and the tent, its covering, and the vail at the opening of the tent of meeting,

革 順 的 子 孫 在 會 幕 中 所 要 看 守 的 ， 就 是 帳 幕 和 罩 棚 ， 並 罩 棚 的 蓋 與 會 幕 的 門 簾 ，

26 a nd the hangings of the court, and the vail at the opening of the court, which by the tabernacle and by the altar round about, and its cords, to all its service.

院 子 的 帷 子 和 門 簾 （ 院 子 是 圍 帳 幕 和 壇 的 ） ， 並 一 切 使 用 的 繩 子 。

27 A nd of Kohath the family of the Amramite, and the family of the Izharite, and the family of the Hebronite, and the family of the Uzzielite; these are families of the Kohathite.

屬 哥 轄 的 ， 有 暗 蘭 族 、 以 斯 哈 族 、 希 伯 倫 族 、 烏 薛 族 。 這 是 哥 轄 的 諸 族 。

28 I n number, all the males, from a son of a month and upward, eight thousand and six hundred, keeping the charge of the sanctuary.

按 所 有 男 子 的 數 目 ， 從 一 個 月 以 外 看 守 聖 所 的 ， 共 有 八 千 六 百 名 。

29 T he families of the sons of Kohath encamp by the side of the tabernacle southward.

哥 轄 兒 子 的 諸 族 要 在 帳 幕 的 南 邊 安 營 。

30 A nd the prince of a father's house for the families of the Kohathite Elizaphan son of Uzziel.

烏 薛 的 兒 子 以 利 撒 反 作 哥 轄 宗 族 家 室 的 首 領 。

31 A nd their charge the ark, and the table, and the candlestick, and the altars, and the vessels of the sanctuary with which they serve, and the vail, and all its service.

他 們 所 要 看 守 的 是 約 櫃 、 桌 子 、 燈 臺 、 兩 座 壇 與 聖 所 內 使 用 的 器 皿 ， 並 簾 子 和 一 切 使 用 之 物 。

32 A nd the prince of the princes of the Levites, Eleazar son of Aaron the priest, the oversight of the keepers of the charge of the sanctuary.

祭 司 亞 倫 的 兒 子 以 利 亞 撒 作 利 未 人 眾 首 領 的 領 袖 ， 要 監 察 那 些 看 守 聖 所 的 人 。

33 O f Merari the family of the Mahlite, and the family of the Mushite; these the families of Merari.

屬 米 拉 利 的 ， 有 抹 利 族 、 母 示 族 。 這 是 米 拉 利 的 二 族 。

34 A nd their numbered ones, in number, all the males from a son of a month and upward, six thousand and two hundred.

他 們 被 數 的 ， 按 所 有 男 子 的 數 目 ， 從 一 個 月 以 外 的 ， 共 有 六 千 二 百 名 。

35 A nd the prince of a father's house for the families of Merari Zuriel son of Abihail; by the side of the tabernacle they encamp northward.

亞 比 亥 的 兒 子 蘇 列 作 米 拉 利 二 宗 族 的 首 領 。 他 們 要 在 帳 幕 的 北 邊 安 營 。

36 A nd the oversight -- the charge of the sons of Merari -- the boards of the tabernacle, and its bars, and its pillars, and its sockets, and all its vessels, and all its service,

米 拉 利 子 孫 的 職 分 是 看 守 帳 幕 的 板 、 閂 、 柱 子 、 帶 卯 的 座 ， 和 帳 幕 一 切 所 使 用 的 器 具 ，

37 a nd the pillars of the court round about, and their sockets, and their pins, and their cords.

院 子 四 圍 的 柱 子 、 帶 卯 的 座 、 橛 子 ， 和 繩 子 。

38 A nd those encamping before the tabernacle eastward, before the tent of meeting, at the east, Moses and Aaron, and his sons, keeping the charge of the sanctuary for the charge of the sons of Israel, and the stranger who cometh near is put to death.

在 帳 幕 前 東 邊 ， 向 日 出 之 地 安 營 的 是 摩 西 、 亞 倫 ， 和 亞 倫 的 兒 子 。 他 們 看 守 聖 所 ， 替 以 色 列 人 守 耶 和 華 所 吩 咐 的 。 近 前 來 的 外 人 必 被 治 死 。

39 A ll those numbered of the Levites whom Moses numbered -- Aaron also -- by the command of Jehovah, by their families, every male from a son of a month and upward, two and twenty thousand.

凡 被 數 的 利 未 人 ， 就 是 摩 西 、 亞 倫 照 耶 和 華 吩 咐 所 數 的 ， 按 著 家 室 ， 從 一 個 月 以 外 的 男 子 ， 共 有 二 萬 二 千 名 。

40 A nd Jehovah saith unto Moses, `Number every first-born male of the sons of Israel from a son of a month and upward, and take up the number of their names;

耶 和 華 對 摩 西 說 ： 你 要 從 以 色 列 人 中 數 點 一 個 月 以 外 、 凡 頭 生 的 男 子 ， 把 他 們 的 名 字 記 下 。

41 a nd thou hast taken the Levites for Me (I Jehovah), instead of every first-born among the sons of Israel, and the cattle of the Levites instead of every firstling among the cattle of the sons of Israel.'

我 是 耶 和 華 。 你 要 揀 選 利 未 人 歸 我 ， 代 替 以 色 列 人 所 有 頭 生 的 ， 也 取 利 未 人 的 牲 畜 代 替 以 色 列 所 有 頭 生 的 牲 畜 。

42 A nd Moses numbereth, as Jehovah hath commanded him, all the first-born among the sons of Israel.

摩 西 就 照 耶 和 華 所 吩 咐 的 把 以 色 列 人 頭 生 的 都 數 點 了 。

43 A nd all the first-born -- male -- by the number of names, from a son of a month and upward, of their numbered ones, are two and twenty thousand two hundred and seventy and three.

按 人 名 的 數 目 ， 從 一 個 月 以 外 、 凡 頭 生 的 男 子 ， 共 有 二 萬 二 千 二 百 七 十 三 名 。

44 A nd Jehovah speaketh unto Moses, saying,

耶 和 華 曉 諭 摩 西 說 ：

45 ` Take the Levites instead of every first-born among the sons of Israel, and the cattle of the Levites instead of their cattle; and the Levites have been Mine; I Jehovah.

你 揀 選 利 未 人 代 替 以 色 列 人 所 有 頭 生 的 ， 也 取 利 未 人 的 牲 畜 代 替 以 色 列 人 的 牲 畜 。 利 未 人 要 歸 我 ； 我 是 耶 和 華 。

46 ` And those ransomed of the two hundred and seventy and three (who are more than the Levites) of the first-born of the sons of Israel,

以 色 列 人 中 頭 生 的 男 子 比 利 未 人 多 二 百 七 十 三 個 ， 必 當 將 他 們 贖 出 來 。

47 t hou hast even taken five shekels a-piece by the poll -- by the shekel of the sanctuary thou takest; twenty gerahs the shekel;

你 要 按 人 丁 ， 照 聖 所 的 平 ， 每 人 取 贖 銀 五 舍 客 勒 （ 一 舍 客 勒 是 二 十 季 拉 ） ，

48 a nd thou hast given the money to Aaron, and to his sons, whereby those over and above are ransomed.'

把 那 多 餘 之 人 的 贖 銀 交 給 亞 倫 和 他 的 兒 子 。

49 A nd Moses taketh the ransom money from those over and above those ransomed by the Levites;

於 是 摩 西 從 那 被 利 未 人 所 贖 以 外 的 人 取 了 贖 銀 。

50 f rom the first-born of the sons of Israel he hath taken the money, a thousand and three hundred and sixty and five -- by the shekel of the sanctuary;

從 以 色 列 人 頭 生 的 所 取 之 銀 ， 按 聖 所 的 平 ， 有 一 千 三 百 六 十 五 舍 客 勒 。

51 a nd Moses giveth the money of those ransomed to Aaron, and to his sons, according to the command of Jehovah, as Jehovah hath commanded Moses.

摩 西 照 耶 和 華 的 話 把 這 贖 銀 給 亞 倫 和 他 的 兒 子 ， 正 如 耶 和 華 所 吩 咐 的 。
