1 ¶ But it shall come to pass in the last of the times that the mountain of the house of the LORD shall be established as the top of the mountains and higher than all the hills, and peoples shall flow unto it.

«Acontecerá en los postreros tiempos que el monte de la casa de Jehová será colocado a la cabeza de los montes, más alto que los collados, y acudirán a él los pueblos.

2 A nd many Gentiles shall come and say, Come, and let us go up to the mountain of the LORD and to the house of the God of Jacob; and he will teach us of his ways, and we will walk in his paths: for the law shall go forth from Zion and the word of the LORD from Jerusalem.

Vendrán muchas naciones, y dirán: “Venid, subamos al monte de Jehová, a la casa del Dios de Jacob; él nos enseñará en sus caminos y andaremos por sus veredas”, porque de Sión saldrá la Ley, y de Jerusalén la palabra de Jehová.

3 A nd he shall judge among many peoples and correct strong nations even afar off; and they shall beat their swords into plowshares and their spears into pruninghooks; nation shall not lift up a sword against nation, neither shall they train for war any more.

Él juzgará entre muchos pueblos y corregirá a naciones poderosas y lejanas. Ellos convertirán sus espadas en azadones y sus lanzas en hoces. Ninguna nación alzará la espada contra otra nación ni se preparará más para la guerra.

4 B ut each one shall sit under their vine and under their fig tree, and no one shall make them afraid, for the mouth of the LORD of the hosts has spoken it.

Se sentará cada uno debajo de su vid y debajo de su higuera, y no habrá quien les infunda temor. ¡La boca de Jehová de los ejércitos ha hablado!

5 E ven if all the peoples should walk each one in the name of their gods; with all this we will walk in the name of the LORD our God for ever and eternally.

Aunque todos los pueblos anden cada uno en el nombre de su dios, con todo, nosotros andaremos en el nombre de Jehová, nuestro Dios, eternamente y para siempre. Israel será redimido del cautiverio

6 I n that day, saith the LORD, I will assemble her that is lame, and I will gather her that is driven out, and her that I have afflicted,

»En aquel día, dice Jehová, recogeré a las ovejas cojas, reuniré a las descarriadas y a la que afligí.

7 a nd I will make her that is lame to be heirs, and her that was cast off a strong nation, and the LORD shall reign over them in the mount of Zion from now, and for evermore.

De las cojas haré un remanente, de las descarriadas, una nación robusta. Entonces reinará Jehová sobre ellos en el monte Sión, desde ahora y para siempre.

8 ¶ And thou, O tower of the flock, the stronghold of the daughter of Zion shall come unto thee; and the dominion shall come first, the kingdom, to the daughter of Jerusalem.

Y tú, torre del rebaño, fortaleza de la hija de Sión, tú recobrarás el señorío de antaño, el reino de la hija de Jerusalén.

9 N ow why dost thou cry out aloud? is there no king in thee? is thy counsellor perished? for pangs have taken thee as a woman in travail.

»Ahora, ¿por qué gritas tanto? ¿Acaso no tienes rey? ¿Pereció tu consejero y te atenaza el dolor como a una mujer de parto?

10 B e in pain, and labour to bring forth, O daughter of Zion, like a woman in travail; for now thou shalt go forth out of the city, and thou shalt dwell in the field, and thou shalt go even to Babylon; there shalt thou be delivered; there the LORD shall redeem thee from the hand of thine enemies.

Quéjate y gime, hija de Sión, como mujer que está de parto, porque ahora saldrás de la ciudad y morarás en el campo. Llegarás hasta Babilonia y allí serás librada; allí te redimirá Jehová de manos de tus enemigos.

11 B ut now many nations are gathered against thee that say, Let her be defiled, and let our eyes see our desire carried out upon Zion.

»Ahora se han juntado muchas naciones en contra tuya, y dicen: “¡Que sea profanada y se recreen nuestros ojos a la vista de Sión!”

12 B ut they did not know the thoughts of the LORD, neither did they understand his counsel by which he gathered them as sheaves onto the threshing floor.

Mas ellos no conocieron los pensamientos de Jehová, ni entendieron su consejo, por lo cual los juntó como gavillas en la era.

13 A rise and thresh, O daughter of Zion; for I will make thine horn iron, and I will make thy hoofs bronze; and thou shalt break in pieces many peoples; and thou shalt consecrate their spoil unto the LORD and their riches unto the Lord of the whole earth.

¡Levántate y trilla, hija de Sión! Porque haré tu cuerno como de hierro, y tus uñas, de bronce: desmenuzarás a muchos pueblos y consagrarás a Jehová su botín, y sus riquezas, al Señor de toda la tierra.»
