1 ¶ Judge me, O God, and plead my cause against those who are not merciful; O deliver me from the deceitful and unjust man.

Júzgame, Dios, y defiende mi causa; líbrame de gente impía y del hombre engañador e inicuo.

2 F or thou art the God of my strength; why dost thou cast me off? Why do I go mourning because of the oppression of the enemy?

Tú que eres el Dios de mi fortaleza, ¿por qué me has desechado? ¿Por qué andaré yo enlutado por la opresión del enemigo?

3 O send out thy light and thy truth; let them lead me; let them bring me unto the mountain of thy holiness and to thy tabernacles.

Envía tu luz y tu verdad; éstas me guiarán, me conducirán a tu santo monte y a tus moradas.

4 T hen I will enter in to the altar of God, unto the God of my exceeding joy; yea, upon the harp will I praise thee, O God my God.

Me acercaré al altar de Dios, al Dios de mi alegría y de mi gozo. Y te alabaré con el arpa, Dios, Dios mío.

5 W hy art thou cast down, O my soul? and why art thou disquieted within me? Wait for God, for I shall yet praise him, who is the saving health of my countenance and my God.

¿Por qué te abates, alma mía, y por qué te turbas dentro de mí? Espera en Dios, porque aún he de alabarlo, ¡salvación mía y Dios mío!
