1 A nd Jehovah spake unto Moses, saying,

وَقالَ اللهُ لِمُوسَى:

2 S peak unto the children of Israel, and say unto them, When a man shall accomplish a vow, the persons shall be for Jehovah by thy estimation.

«قُلْ لِبَنِي إسْرائِيلَ: إنْ نَذَرَ شَخصٌ بِأنْ يُكَرِّسَ إنساناً للهِ ، يُحَدِّدُ الكاهِنُ ثَمَنا مُقابِلَ ذَلِكَ الإنسانِ.

3 A nd thy estimation shall be of the male from twenty years old even unto sixty years old, even thy estimation shall be fifty shekels of silver, after the shekel of the sanctuary.

فَالثَّمَنُ المُقابِلُ لِلذَّكَرِ مِنْ سِنِّ العِشرِينَ إلَى سِنِّ السِّتِّينَ هُوَ خَمْسُونَ مِثْقالاً مِنْ فِضَّةٍ، بِحَسَبِ المِقياسِ الرَّسمِيِّ.

4 A nd if it be a female, then thy estimation shall be thirty shekels.

وَإنْ كانَتْ أُنثَى، فَالثَّمَنُ المُقابِلَ لَها هُوَ ثَلاثُونَ مِثْقالاً.

5 A nd if it be from five years old even unto twenty years old, then thy estimation shall be of the male twenty shekels, and for the female ten shekels.

وَإنْ كانَ ذَكَراً مِنْ سِنِّ الخامِسَةِ إلَى العِشْرِينَ، فَإنَّ الثَّمَنَ المُقابِلَ هُوَ عِشْرُونَ مِثْقالاً مِنَ الفِضَّةِ، وَلِلأُنثَى عَشْرَةُ مَثاقِيلَ.

6 A nd if it be from a month old even unto five years old, then thy estimation shall be of the male five shekels of silver, and for the female thy estimation shall be three shekels of silver.

وَإنْ كانَ المُكَرَّسُ مِنْ سِنِّ شَهْرٍ إلَى خَمسِ سَنَواتٍ، فَإنَّ الثَّمَنَ المُقابِلَ لِلذَّكَرِ هُوَ خَمْسَةُ مَثاقِيلَ مِنَ الفِضَّةِ، وَلِلأُنثَى ثَلاثَةُ مَثاقِيلَ.

7 A nd if it be from sixty years old and upward; if it be a male, then thy estimation shall be fifteen shekels, and for the female ten shekels.

فَإنْ تَجاوَزَ عُمْرُهُ سِتِّينَ سَنَةً، فَإنَّ الثَّمَنَ المُقابِلَ لِلذَّكَرِ هُوَ خَمْسَةَ عَشَرَ مِثْقالاً، وَلِلأُنثَى عَشْرَةُ مَثاقِيلَ.

8 B ut if he be poorer than thy estimation, then he shall be set before the priest, and the priest shall value him; according to the ability of him that vowed shall the priest value him.

وَإنْ كانَ الَّذِي نَذَرَ أفقَرَ مِنْ أنْ يَدفَعَ الثَّمَنَ المُقابِلَ لَهُ، فَلْيُحْضِرْ نَذْرَهُ أمامَ الكاهِنِ. فَيُقَدِّرُ الكاهِنُ الثَّمَنَ مَعَ أخْذِ حالَةِ الَّذِي نَذَرَ بِعَيْنِ الاعْتِبارِ. تقدماتٌ أُخرى

9 A nd if it be a beast, whereof men offer an oblation unto Jehovah, all that any man giveth of such unto Jehovah shall be holy.

«وَإنْ كانَ المَنذُورُ حَيواناً يُقَدِّمُهُ النّاسُ للهِ ، فَإنَّ كُلَّ حَيوانٍ مِنْ هَذا النَّوعِ يُقَدِّمُهُ للهِ يَكُونُ مُقَدَّساً.

10 H e shall not alter it, nor change it, a good for a bad, or a bad for a good: and if he shall at all change beast for beast, then both it and that for which it is changed shall be holy.

فَلا يَستَبدِلْهُ بِحَيوانٍ آخَرَ، لا أحسَنَ مِنهُ وَلا أردَأ. وَإنِ استَبدَلَهُ بِحَيوانٍ آخَرَ، يَكُونُ كِلا الحَيوانَينِ مُقَدَّسَينِ.

11 A nd if it be any unclean beast, of which they do not offer an oblation unto Jehovah, then he shall set the beast before the priest;

«وَإنْ كانَ الحَيوانُ المَنذُورُ حَيواناً نَجِساً لا يُقَدِّمُهُ النّاسُ للهِ ، فَعَلَى الَّذِي نَذَرَ أنْ يُحضِرَ الحَيوانَ إلَى أمامِ الكاهِنِ.

12 a nd the priest shall value it, whether it be good or bad: as thou the priest valuest it, so shall it be.

وَيُحَدِّدُ الكاهِنُ الثَّمَنَ المُقابِلَ لِلحَيوانِ، سَواءٌ أكانَ الحَيوانُ جَيِّداً أمْ رَدِيئاً. فَيَكُونُ الثَّمَنُ المُقابِلُ هُوَ ما يُحَدِّدُهُ الكاهِنُ.

13 B ut if he will indeed redeem it, then he shall add the fifth part thereof unto thy estimation.

فَإنْ أرادَ استِردادَ الحَيوانِ، يَدفَعُ ثَمَنَهُ، وَيُضِيفُ خُمسَ ثَمَنِهِ إلَيهِ. تكرِيسُ البيتِ وَالارْض

14 A nd when a man shall sanctify his house to be holy unto Jehovah, then the priest shall estimate it, whether it be good or bad: as the priest shall estimate it, so shall it stand.

«وَإنْ كَرَّسَ رَجُلٌ بَيتَهُ للهِ ، يُحَدِّدُ الكاهِنُ الثَّمَنَ المُقابِلَ لَهُ، سَواءٌ أكانَ جَيِّداً أمْ رَدِيئاً. الثَّمَنُ الّذِي يُحَدِّدُهُ الكاهِنُ هُوَ يَكُونُ ثَمَنَهُ.

15 A nd if he that sanctified it will redeem his house, then he shall add the fifth part of the money of thy estimation unto it, and it shall be his.

وَإنْ أرادَ الَّذِي كَرَّسَ بَيتَهُ استِردادَ بَيتِهِ، يَدفَعُ ثَمَنَهُ، وَيُضِيفُ خُمسَ ثَمَنِهِ إلَيهِ. وَبِهَذا يَسْتَرِدُّ مُلْكِيَّتَهُ.

16 A nd if a man shall sanctify unto Jehovah part of the field of his possession, then thy estimation shall be according to the sowing thereof: the sowing of a homer of barley shall be valued at fifty shekels of silver.

«وَإنْ كَرَّسَ شَخصٌ قِطعَةً مِنْ أرْضِهِ للهِ ، فَإنَّ قِيمَتَها تَعتَمِدُ عَلَى كَمِّيَّةِ البُذُورِ اللازِمَةِ لِزِراعَتِها. فَكُلُّ كِيسٍ مِنَ الشَّعِيرِ لِلبَذْرِ فِي الحَقلِ، يَقابِلُ خَمْسينَ مِثْقالاً مِنَ الفِضَّةِ.

17 I f he sanctify his field from the year of jubilee, according to thy estimation it shall stand.

إنْ كَرَّسَ شَخصٌ أرْضَهُ للهِ خِلالَ سَنَةِ اليُوبِيلِ، فَسَتَكُونُ قِيمَتُها بِحَسَبِ ما يُحَدِّدُهُ الكاهِنُ.

18 B ut if he sanctify his field after the jubilee, then the priest shall reckon unto him the money according to the years that remain unto the year of jubilee; and an abatement shall be made from thy estimation.

لَكِنْ إنْ كَرَّسَ شَخصٌ أرْضَهُ بَعدَ سَنَةِ اليُوبِيلِ فَإنَّ الكاهِنَ سَيَحسِبُ قِيمَتَها بِحَسَبِ السَّنَواتِ الباقِيَةِ حَتَّى سَنَةِ اليُوبِيلِ التّالِيَةِ، فَيُنقِصُ القِيمَةَ بِحَسَبِ السَّنَواتِ الَّتِي مَضَتْ.

19 A nd if he that sanctified the field will indeed redeem it, then he shall add the fifth part of the money of thy estimation unto it, and it shall be assured to him.

وَإنْ أرادَ الَّذِي كَرَّسَ أرْضَهُ أنْ يَستَرِدَّها، يَدفَعُ ثَمَنَها، وَيُضِيفُ خُمسَ ثَمَنِها مِنَ الفِضَّةِ. وَبِهَذا سَتَبقَى الأرْضُ لَهُ.

20 A nd if he will not redeem the field, or if he have sold the field to another man, it shall not be redeemed any more:

فَإنْ لَمْ يَستَرِدَّ الأرْضَ، وَباعَها الكاهِنُ إلَى رَجُلٍ آخَرَ، فَلا يُمكِنُ استِعادَةُ الأرْضِ فِيما بَعْدُ.

21 b ut the field, when it goeth out in the jubilee, shall be holy unto Jehovah, as a field devoted; the possession thereof shall be the priest's.

وَحِينَ تُعتَقُ الأراضِي فِي سَنَةِ اليُوبِيلِ، فَإنَّها سَتَكُونُ مُقَدَّسَةً للهِ مِثلَ الأرْضِ المُعطاةِ لِلرَّبِّ بِشَكلٍ كامِلٍ. سَتَكُونُ مُلكاً دائِماً لِلكَهَنَةِ.

22 A nd if he sanctify unto Jehovah a field which he hath bought, which is not of the field of his possession;

«وَإنْ كَرَّسَ رَجُلٌ للهِ قِطعَةَ أرْضٍ قَدِ اشتَراها وَلَيسَتْ مُلكاً مَورُوثاً لَهُ،

23 t hen the priest shall reckon unto him the worth of thy estimation unto the year of jubilee: and he shall give thine estimation in that day, as a holy thing unto Jehovah.

يَحسِبُ الكاهِنُ ثَمَنَها إلَى سَنَةِ اليُوبِيلِ. وَيَدفَعُ الرَّجُلُ ذَلِكَ الثَّمَنَ فِي ذَلِكَ اليَومِ، وَيَكُونُ ثَمَنُها مُكَرَّساً للهِ.

24 I n the year of jubilee the field shall return unto him of whom it was bought, even to him to whom the possession of the land belongeth.

وَفِي سَنَةِ اليُوبِيلِ، تَعُودُ الأرْضُ إلَى الرَّجُلِ الَّذِي اشتَرَى الأرْضَ مِنْهُ، الَّذِي يَملِكُ الأرْضَ شَرْعِيّاً.

25 A nd all thy estimations shall be according to the shekel of the sanctuary: twenty gerahs shall be the shekel.

«كُلُّ ثَمَنٍ يُقَدَّرُ وَفْقاً للقِياسِ الرَّسمِيِّ لِلمِثْقالِ: المِثْقالُ بِعِشرِينَ قِيراطاً. تكريسُ الحيوانات

26 O nly the firstling among beasts, which is made a firstling to Jehovah, no man shall sanctify it; whether it be ox or sheep, it is Jehovah's.

«لا يَجُوزُ لِأحَدٍ أنْ يُكَرِّسَ بِكرَ الحَيواناتِ لِأنَّهُ للهِ. سَواءٌ أكانَ ثَوراً أمْ خَرُوفاً، فَهُوَ للهِ.

27 A nd if it be of an unclean beast, then he shall ransom it according to thine estimation, and shall add unto it the fifth part thereof: or if it be not redeemed, then it shall be sold according to thy estimation.

لَكِنْ إنْ كانَ بِكرُ حَيوانٍ نَجِسٍ، فَيَستَرِدُّهُ بِالثَّمَنِ الَّذِي يُحَدِّدُهُ الكاهِنُ وَيُضِيفُ خُمسَ ثَمَنِهِ إلَيهِ. فَإنْ لَمْ يَشتَرِهِ صاحِبُهُ ثانِيَةً، يُباعُ بِالسِّعرِ المُناسِبِ. تقدِماتٌ خاصّة

28 N otwithstanding, no devoted thing, that a man shall devote unto Jehovah of all that he hath, whether of man or beast, or of the field of his possession, shall be sold or redeemed: every devoted thing is most holy unto Jehovah.

«أيُّ شَيءٍ يُكَرِّسُهُ شَخصٌ للهِ بِالكامِلِ وَبِلا شُرُوطٍ – سَواءٌ أكانَ حَيواناً أمْ إنساناً أمْ حَقلاً مِنْ مِيراثِ عائِلَتِهِ – لا يُمكِنُ بَيعُهُ أوِ استِردادُهُ. كُلُّ شَيءٍ قُدِّمَ للهِ بِالكامِلِ وَبِلا شُرُوطٍ، يَكُونُ قُدْسَ أقْداسٍ للهِ.

29 N o one devoted, that shall be devoted from among men, shall be ransomed; he shall surely be put to death.

«الإنسانُ الَّذِي يَتِمُّ تَقْديمُهُ للهِ بِالكامِلِ وَبِلا شُرُوطٍ لا يَجُوزُ فِداؤُهُ، لَكِنْ يَنبَغِي قَتلُهُ.

30 A nd all the tithe of the land, whether of the seed of the land, or of the fruit of the tree, is Jehovah's: it is holy unto Jehovah.

«عُشرُ مَحاصِيلِ الأرْضِ للهِ ، سَواءٌ أكانَتْ حُبُوباً أمْ ثِمارَ أشجارٍ. إنَّهُ عُشْرٌ مُخَصَّصٌ للهِ.

31 A nd if a man will redeem aught of his tithe, he shall add unto it the fifth part thereof.

إنْ أرادَ أحَدٌ استِردادَ شَيءٍ مِنْ عُشرِهِ، عَلَيهِ أنْ يَدفَعَ ثَمَنَهُ، وَيُضِيفُ خُمسَ ثَمَنِهِ إلَيهِ.

32 A nd all the tithe of the herd or the flock, whatsoever passeth under the rod, the tenth shall be holy unto Jehovah.

«عُشرُ الأبقارِ وَالأغنامِ، أيْ كُلُّ حَيوانٍ عاشِرٍ يَمُرُّ تَحتَ عَصَا الرّاعِي يَخَصَّصُ للهِ.

33 H e shall not search whether it be good or bad, neither shall he change it: and if he change it at all, then both it and that for which it is changed shall be holy; it shall not be redeemed.

لا يُفْحَصُ إنْ كانَ جَيِّداً أوْ رَدِيئاً، وَلا يَستَبدِلُ الرّاعِي حَيَواناً بِآخَرَ. فَإنِ استَبدَلَهُ، يَكُونُ الاثنانِ مُخَصَّصينِ. لا يُمكِنُ استِردادُهُما.»

34 T hese are the commandments, which Jehovah commanded Moses for the children of Israel in mount Sinai.

هَذِهِ هِيَ الوَصايا الَّتِي أمَرَ اللهُ مُوسَى فِي جَبَلِ سِيناءَ بِأنْ يُعْطِيَها لِبَنِي إسْرائِيلَ.
