1 Г оспод говори още на Моисея, казвайки:

And Jehovah spake unto Moses, saying,

2 Г овори на израилтяните като им кажеш: Аз съм Иеова вашият Бог.

Speak unto the children of Israel, and say unto them, I am Jehovah your God.

3 Д а не правите както правят в Египетската земя, гдето сте живели, и да не правите както правят в Ханаанската земя, в която Аз ви завеждам; и да не ходите по техните повеления.

After the doings of the land of Egypt, wherein ye dwelt, shall ye not do: and after the doings of the land of Canaan, whither I bring you, shall ye not do; neither shall ye walk in their statutes.

4 А Моите съдби да правите, и Моите повеления да пазите, да ходите в тях. Аз съм Иеова вашият Бог.

Mine ordinances shall ye do, and my statutes shall ye keep, to walk therein: I am Jehovah your God.

5 З атова, пазете повеленията Ми, и съдбите Ми, чрез които, ако човек прави това, ще живее. Аз съм Иеова.

Ye shall therefore keep my statutes, and mine ordinances; which if a man do, he shall live in them: I am Jehovah.

6 Н икой да не приближи при някоя своя кръвна роднина, за да открие голотата й. Аз съм Иеова.

None of you shall approach to any that are near of kin to him, to uncover their nakedness: I am Jehovah.

7 Г олотата на баща си, тоест, голотата на майка си, да не откриеш; тя ти е майка; да не откриеш голотата й.

The nakedness of thy father, even the nakedness of thy mother, shalt thou not uncover: she is thy mother; thou shalt not uncover her nakedness.

8 Г олотата на бащината си жена да не откриеш; тя е голотата на баща ти.

The nakedness of thy father's wife shalt thou not uncover: it is thy father's nakedness.

9 Г олотата на сестра си, бащината ти дъщеря, или майчината ти дъщеря, родена у дома или родена вън, - голотата на такива да не откриеш.

The nakedness of thy sister, the daughter of thy father, or the daughter of thy mother, whether born at home, or born abroad, even their nakedness thou shalt not uncover.

10 Г олотата на синовата си дъщеря, или на дъщеря на дъщеря ти - тяхната голота да не откриеш; защото тяхната голота е твоя.

The nakedness of thy son's daughter, or of thy daughter's daughter, even their nakedness thou shalt not uncover: for theirs is thine own nakedness.

11 Г олотата на дъщерята на бащината ти жена, родена от баща ти, (сестра ти е), - нейната голота да не откриеш.

The nakedness of thy father's wife's daughter, begotten of thy father, she is thy sister, thou shalt not uncover her nakedness.

12 Г олотата на бащината си сестра да не откриеш; тя е близка роднина на баща ти.

Thou shalt not uncover the nakedness of thy father's sister: she is thy father's near kinswoman.

13 Г олотата на майчината си сестра да не откриеш, защото тя е близка роднина на майка ти.

Thou shalt not uncover the nakedness of thy mother's sister: for she is thy mother's near kinswoman.

14 Г олотата на бащиния си брат да не откриеш, <тоест>, при жена му да се не приближиш; тя ти е стрина.

Thou shalt not uncover the nakedness of thy father's brother, thou shalt not approach to his wife: she is thine aunt.

15 Г олотата на снаха си да не откриеш; жена е на сина ти: нейната голота да не откриеш.

Thou shalt not uncover the nakedness of thy daughter-in-law: she is thy son's wife; thou shalt not uncover her nakedness.

16 Г олотата на братовата си жена да не откриеш; тя е голотата на брата ти.

Thou shalt not uncover the nakedness of thy brother's wife: it is thy brother's nakedness.

17 Г олотата на жена и на дъщеря й да не откриеш, нито да вземеш дъщерята на сина й, или дъщеря на дъщеря й, за да откриеш голотата й; те са нейни близки роднини; това е нечестие.

Thou shalt not uncover the nakedness of a woman and her daughter; thou shalt not take her son's daughter, or her daughter's daughter, to uncover her nakedness; they are near kinswomen: it is wickedness.

18 И да не вземеш жена заедно със сестра й докато е жива другата, за да откриеш голотата й, та да й стане съперница.

And thou shalt not take a wife to her sister, to be a rival to her, to uncover her nakedness, besides the other in her life-time.

19 П ри жена, когато е разлъчена, поради нечистотата си, да не приближиш да откриеш голотата й.

And thou shalt not approach unto a woman to uncover her nakedness, as long as she is impure by her uncleanness.

20 И с жената на ближния си да се не съвъкупиш та да се оскверниш с нея.

And thou shalt not lie carnally with thy neighbor's wife, to defile thyself with her.

21 Н икак да не посветиш от семето си на Молоха; нито да оскверниш името на своя Бог. Аз съм Иеова.

And thou shalt not give any of thy seed to make them pass through the fire to Molech; neither shalt thou profane the name of thy God: I am Jehovah.

22 С мъжко да не легнеш като с женско; това е гнусота.

Thou shalt not lie with mankind, as with womankind: it is abomination.

23 И с никое животно да се не съвъкупиш та да се оскверниш с него, нито жена да застане пред животно, за да се съвъкупи с него; това е мърсота.

And thou shalt not lie with any beast to defile thyself therewith; neither shall any woman stand before a beast, to lie down thereto: it is confusion.

24 Н е се осквернявайте ни с едно от тия неща, защото с всички тия се оскверниха народите, които Аз изпъждам отпред вас.

Defile not ye yourselves in any of these things: for in all these the nations are defiled which I cast out from before you;

25 О скверни се и земята; за това въздавам върху нея беззаконието й, и земята избълва жителите си.

And the land is defiled: therefore I do visit the iniquity thereof upon it, and the land vomiteth out her inhabitants.

26 В ие, прочее, пазете повеленията Ми и съдбите Ми, и не правете ни една от тия гнусоти, ни туземец, ни заселен между вас пришелец,

Ye therefore shall keep my statutes and mine ordinances, and shall not do any of these abominations; neither the home-born, nor the stranger that sojourneth among you;

27 ( защото всички тия гнусоти вършеха човеците, които са били преди вас на тая земя, та се оскверни земята).

(for all these abominations have the men of the land done, that were before you, and the land is defiled);

28 з а да не избълва и вас земята, когато я осквернявате, както избълва населението, което беше преди вас.

that the land vomit not you out also, when ye defile it, as it vomited out the nation that was before you.

29 З ащото, всеки който върши коя да е от тия гнусоти, - човеците, които ги вършат, ще се изтребят изсред людете си.

For whosoever shall do any of these abominations, even the souls that do them shall be cut off from among their people.

30 И тъй, пазете заръчванията Ми, и не вършете никой от тия гнусни обичаи, които са се вършили преди вас, та да се не оскверните в тях. Аз съм Иеова вашият Бог.

Therefore shall ye keep my charge, that ye practise not any of these abominable customs, which were practised before you, and that ye defile not yourselves therein: I am Jehovah your God.
