1 I nclina, oh Jehová, tu oído, y escúchame, Porque estoy afligido y menesteroso.

Bow down thine ear, O Jehovah, and answer me; For I am poor and needy.

2 G uarda mi alma, porque soy piadoso; Salva tú, oh Dios mío, a tu siervo que en ti confía.

Preserve my soul; for I am godly: O thou my God, save thy servant that trusteth in thee.

3 T en misericordia de mí, oh Jehová; Porque a ti clamo todo el día.

Be merciful unto me, O Lord; For unto thee do I cry all the day long.

4 A legra el alma de tu siervo, Porque a ti, oh Señor, levanto mi alma.

Rejoice the soul of thy servant; For unto thee, O Lord, do I lift up my soul.

5 P orque tú, Señor, eres bueno y perdonador, Y grande en misericordia para con todos los que te invocan.

For thou, Lord, art good, and ready to forgive, And abundant in lovingkindness unto all them that call upon thee.

6 E scucha, oh Jehová, mi oración, Y está atento a la voz de mis ruegos.

Give ear, O Jehovah, unto my prayer; And hearken unto the voice of my supplications.

7 E n el día de mi angustia te llamaré, Porque tú me respondes.

In the day of my trouble I will call upon thee; For thou wilt answer me.

8 O h Señor, ninguno hay como tú entre los dioses, Ni obras que igualen tus obras.

There is none like unto thee among the gods, O Lord; Neither are there any works like unto thy works.

9 T odas las naciones que hiciste vendrán y adorarán delante de ti, Señor, Y glorificarán tu nombre.

All nations whom thou hast made shall come and worship before thee, O Lord; And they shall glorify thy name.

10 P orque tú eres grande, y hacedor de maravillas; Sólo tú eres Dios.

For thou art great, and doest wondrous things: Thou art God alone.

11 E nséñame, oh Jehová, tu camino; caminaré yo en tu verdad; Afirma mi corazón para que tema tu nombre.

Teach me thy way, O Jehovah; I will walk in thy truth: Unite my heart to fear thy name.

12 T e alabaré, oh Jehová Dios mío, con todo mi corazón, Y glorificaré tu nombre para siempre.

I will praise thee, O Lord my God, with my whole heart; And I will glorify thy name for evermore.

13 P orque tu misericordia es grande para conmigo, Y has librado mi alma de las profundidades del Seol.

For great is thy lovingkindness toward me; And thou hast delivered my soul from the lowest Sheol.

14 O h Dios, los soberbios se levantaron contra mí, Y conspiración de violentos ha buscado mi vida, Y no te pusieron delante de sí.

O God, the proud are risen up against me, And a company of violent men have sought after my soul, And have not set thee before them.

15 M as tú, Señor, Dios misericordioso y clemente, Lento para la ira, y grande en misericordia y verdad,

But thou, O Lord, art a God merciful and gracious, Slow to anger, and abundant in lovingkindness and truth.

16 M írame, y ten misericordia de mí; Da tu poder a tu siervo, Y guarda al hijo de tu sierva.

Oh turn unto me, and have mercy upon me; Give thy strength unto thy servant, And save the son of thy handmaid.

17 H az conmigo señal para bien, Y véanla los que me aborrecen, y sean avergonzados; Porque tú, Jehová, me ayudaste y me consolaste.

Show me a token for good, That they who hate me may see it, and be put to shame, Because thou, Jehovah, hast helped me, and comforted me.
