1 J ehová reina; se vistió de magnificencia; Jehová se vistió, se ciñó de poder. Afirmó también el mundo, y no se moverá.

Jehovah reigneth; he is clothed with majesty; Jehovah is clothed with strength; he hath girded himself therewith: The world also is established, that it cannot be moved.

2 F irme es tu trono desde entonces; Tú eres eternamente.

Thy throne is established of old: Thou art from everlasting.

3 A lzaron los ríos, oh Jehová, Los ríos alzaron su sonido; Alzaron los ríos sus ondas.

The floods have lifted up, O Jehovah, The floods have lifted up their voice; The floods lift up their waves.

4 J ehová en las alturas es más poderoso Que el estruendo de las muchas aguas, Más que las recias ondas del mar.

Above the voices of many waters, The mighty breakers of the sea, Jehovah on high is mighty.

5 T us testimonios son muy firmes; La santidad conviene a tu casa, Oh Jehová, por los siglos y para siempre.

Thy testimonies are very sure: Holiness becometh thy house, O Jehovah, for evermore.
