1 ¶ Only in God does my soul rest; from him comes my saving health.

（ 大 衛 的 詩 ， 照 耶 杜 頓 的 作 法 ， 交 與 伶 長 。 ） 我 的 心 默 默 無 聲 ， 專 等 候 神 ； 我 的 救 恩 是 從 他 而 來 。

2 H e only is my rock and my saving health; he is my defence; I shall not be greatly moved.

惟 獨 他 是 我 的 磐 石 ， 我 的 拯 救 ； 他 是 我 的 高 臺 ， 我 必 不 很 動 搖 。

3 H ow long will ye imagine mischief against a man? Shall ye murder each other until ye are as a bowing wall and as a tottering fence?

你 們 大 家 攻 擊 一 人 ， 把 他 毀 壞 ， 如 同 毀 壞 歪 斜 的 牆 、 將 倒 的 壁 ， 要 到 幾 時 呢 ？

4 T hey only consult to cast him down from his greatness; they delight in lies; they bless with their mouth, but they curse in their inward parts. Selah.

他 們 彼 此 商 議 ， 專 要 從 他 的 尊 位 上 把 他 推 下 ； 他 們 喜 愛 謊 話 ， 口 雖 祝 福 ， 心 卻 咒 詛 。 （ 細 拉 ）

5 M y soul, rest thou only in God, for my hope is from him.

我 的 心 哪 ， 你 當 默 默 無 聲 ， 專 等 候 神 ， 因 為 我 的 盼 望 是 從 他 而 來 。

6 H e only is my rock and my saving health; he is my defence; I shall not be moved.

惟 獨 他 是 我 的 磐 石 ， 我 的 拯 救 ； 他 是 我 的 高 臺 ， 我 必 不 動 搖 。

7 I n God is my saving health and my glory; the rock of my strength and my refuge is in God.

我 的 拯 救 、 我 的 榮 耀 都 在 乎 神 ； 我 力 量 的 磐 石 、 我 的 避 難 所 都 在 乎 神 。

8 ¶ Wait in him at all times; ye peoples, pour out your heart before him; God is our refuge. Selah.

你 們 眾 民 當 時 時 倚 靠 他 ， 在 他 面 前 傾 心 吐 意 ； 神 是 我 們 的 避 難 所 。 （ 細 拉 ）

9 S urely the sons of Adam are vanity, and the sons of nobles are a lie; to be laid in the balance, they are altogether lighter than vanity.

下 流 人 真 是 虛 空 ； 上 流 人 也 是 虛 假 ； 放 在 天 平 裡 就 必 浮 起 ； 他 們 一 共 比 空 氣 還 輕 。

10 T rust not in violence and become not vain in the taking of spoil; if riches increase, set not your heart upon them.

不 要 仗 勢 欺 人 ， 也 不 要 因 搶 奪 而 驕 傲 ； 若 財 寶 加 增 ， 不 要 放 在 心 上 。

11 G od has spoken once; twice have I heard this that power belongs unto God.

神 說 了 一 次 、 兩 次 ， 我 都 聽 見 ： 就 是 能 力 都 屬 乎 神 。

12 A lso unto thee, O Lord, belongs mercy, for thou renderest to every man according to his work.

主 啊 ， 慈 愛 也 是 屬 乎 你 ， 因 為 你 照 著 各 人 所 行 的 報 應 他 。
