1 G ive ear, O Shepherd of Israel, thou that leadest Joseph like a flock; thou that sittest the cherubim, shine forth.

2 B efore Ephraim and Benjamin and Manasseh, stir up thy strength, and come to our deliverance.

在 以 法 莲 、 便 雅 悯 、 玛 拿 西 前 面 施 展 你 的 大 能 ， 来 救 我 们 。

3 O God, restore us; and cause thy face to shine, and we shall be saved.

神 啊 ， 求 你 使 我 们 回 转 （ 或 译 ： 复 兴 ） ， 使 你 的 脸 发 光 ， 我 们 便 要 得 救 ！

4 J ehovah, God of hosts, how long will thine anger smoke against the prayer of thy people?

耶 和 华 ─ 万 军 之 神 啊 ， 你 向 你 百 姓 的 祷 告 发 怒 ， 要 到 几 时 呢 ？

5 T hou hast fed them with the bread of tears, and given them tears to drink in large measure:

你 以 眼 泪 当 食 物 给 他 们 吃 ， 又 多 量 出 眼 泪 给 他 们 喝 。

6 T hou hast made us a strife unto our neighbours, and our enemies mock among themselves.

你 使 邻 邦 因 我 们 纷 争 ； 我 们 的 仇 敌 彼 此 戏 笑 。

7 R estore us, O God of hosts; and cause thy face to shine, and we shall be saved.

万 军 之 神 啊 ， 求 你 使 我 们 回 转 ， 使 你 的 脸 发 光 ， 我 们 便 要 得 救 ！

8 T hou broughtest a vine out of Egypt; thou didst cast out the nations, and plant it:

你 从 埃 及 挪 出 一 棵 葡 萄 树 ， 赶 出 外 邦 人 ， 把 这 树 栽 上 。

9 T hou preparedst space before it, and it took deep root, and filled the land;

你 在 这 树 根 前 预 备 了 地 方 ， 他 就 深 深 扎 根 ， 爬 满 了 地 。

10 T he mountains were covered with its shadow, and the branches thereof were cedars of God;

他 的 影 子 遮 满 了 山 ， 枝 子 好 像 佳 美 的 香 柏 树 。

11 I t sent out its boughs unto the sea, and its shoots unto the river.

他 发 出 枝 子 ， 长 到 大 海 ， 发 出 蔓 子 ， 延 到 大 河 。

12 W hy hast thou broken down its fences, so that all who pass by the way do pluck it?

你 为 何 拆 毁 这 树 的 篱 笆 ， 任 凭 一 切 过 路 的 人 摘 取 ？

13 T he boar out of the forest doth waste it, and the beast of the field doth feed off it.

林 中 出 来 的 野 猪 把 他 糟 踏 ； 野 地 的 走 兽 拿 他 当 食 物 。

14 O God of hosts, return, we beseech thee; look down from the heavens, and behold, and visit this vine;

万 军 之 神 啊 ， 求 你 回 转 ！ 从 天 上 垂 看 ， 眷 顾 这 葡 萄 树 ，

15 E ven the stock which thy right hand hath planted, and the young plant thou madest strong for thyself.

保 护 你 右 手 所 栽 的 和 你 为 自 已 所 坚 固 的 枝 子 。

16 I t is burned with fire, it is cut down; they perish at the rebuke of thy countenance.

这 树 已 经 被 火 焚 烧 ， 被 刀 砍 伐 ； 他 们 因 你 脸 上 的 怒 容 就 灭 亡 了 。

17 L et thy hand be upon the man of thy right hand, upon the son of man whom thou hast made strong for thyself.

愿 你 的 手 扶 持 你 右 边 的 人 ， 就 是 你 为 自 已 所 坚 固 的 人 子 。

18 S o will we not go back from thee. Revive us, and we will call upon thy name.

这 样 ， 我 们 便 不 退 後 离 开 你 ； 求 你 救 活 我 们 ， 我 们 就 要 求 告 你 的 名 。

19 R estore us, O Jehovah, God of hosts; cause thy face to shine, and we shall be saved.

耶 和 华 ─ 万 军 之 神 啊 ， 求 你 使 我 们 回 转 ， 使 你 的 脸 发 光 ， 我 们 便 要 得 救 ！
