1 A nd Jehovah spoke to Moses, saying,

耶 和 华 对 摩 西 说 ：

2 S peak unto the children of Israel and say unto them, When any one devoteth by a vow, the persons shall be for Jehovah according to thy valuation.

你 晓 谕 以 色 列 人 说 ： 人 还 特 许 的 愿 ， 被 许 的 人 要 按 你 所 估 的 价 值 归 给 耶 和 华 。

3 A nd thy valuation shall be of the male from twenty years old even unto sixty years old: thy valuation shall be fifty shekels of silver, after the shekel of the sanctuary;

你 估 定 的 ， 从 二 十 岁 到 六 十 岁 的 男 人 ， 要 按 圣 所 的 平 ， 估 定 价 银 五 十 舍 客 勒 。

4 a nd if it be of a female, thy valuation shall be thirty shekels.

若 是 女 人 ， 你 要 估 定 三 十 舍 客 勒 。

5 A nd if it be from five years old even unto twenty years old, thy valuation of the male shall be twenty shekels, and for the female ten shekels.

若 是 从 五 岁 到 二 十 岁 ， 男 子 你 要 估 定 二 十 舍 客 勒 ， 女 子 估 定 十 舍 客 勒 。

6 A nd if it be from a month old even unto five years old, thy valuation of the male shall be five shekels of silver; and for the female thy valuation shall be three shekels of silver.

若 是 从 一 月 到 五 岁 ， 男 子 你 要 估 定 五 舍 客 勒 ， 女 子 估 定 三 舍 客 勒 。

7 A nd if it be from sixty years old and above, if it be a male, thy valuation shall be fifteen shekels; and for the female ten shekels.

若 是 从 六 十 岁 以 上 ， 男 人 你 要 估 定 十 五 舍 客 勒 ， 女 人 估 定 十 舍 客 勒 。

8 A nd if he be poorer than thy valuation, he shall present himself before the priest, and the priest shall value him: according to his means that vowed shall the priest value him.

他 若 贫 穷 ， 不 能 照 你 所 估 定 的 价 ， 就 要 把 他 带 到 祭 司 面 前 ， 祭 司 要 按 许 愿 人 的 力 量 估 定 他 的 价 。

9 A nd if it be a beast whereof men bring an offering unto Jehovah, all that they give of such unto Jehovah shall be holy.

所 许 的 若 是 牲 畜 ， 就 是 人 献 给 耶 和 华 为 供 物 的 ， 凡 这 一 类 献 给 耶 和 华 的 ， 都 要 成 为 圣 。

10 T hey shall not alter it nor change it, a good for a bad, or a bad for a good; and if he at all change beast for beast, then it and the exchange thereof shall be holy.

人 不 可 改 换 ， 也 不 可 更 换 ， 或 是 好 的 换 坏 的 ， 或 是 坏 的 换 好 的 。 若 以 牲 畜 更 换 牲 畜 ， 所 许 的 与 所 换 的 都 要 成 为 圣 。

11 A nd if it be any unclean beast, of which they do not bring an offering unto Jehovah, then he shall present the beast before the priest;

若 牲 畜 不 洁 净 ， 是 不 可 献 给 耶 和 华 为 供 物 的 ， 就 要 把 牲 畜 安 置 在 祭 司 面 前 。

12 a nd the priest shall value it, between good and bad: according to the valuation of the priest, so shall it be.

祭 司 就 要 估 定 价 值 ； 牲 畜 是 好 是 坏 ， 祭 司 怎 样 估 定 ， 就 要 以 怎 样 为 是 。

13 A nd if they will in any wise redeem it, then they shall add a fifth thereof unto thy valuation.

他 若 一 定 要 赎 回 ， 就 要 在 你 所 估 定 的 价 值 以 外 加 上 五 分 之 一 。

14 A nd when any one halloweth his house, that it may be holy to Jehovah, the priest shall value it, between good and bad: as the priest shall value it, so shall it stand.

人 将 房 屋 分 别 为 圣 ， 归 给 耶 和 华 ， 祭 司 就 要 估 定 价 值 。 房 屋 是 好 是 坏 ， 祭 司 怎 样 估 定 ， 就 要 以 怎 样 为 定 。

15 A nd if he that halloweth it will redeem his house, he shall add the fifth of the money of thy valuation unto it, and it shall be his.

将 房 屋 分 别 为 圣 的 人 ， 若 要 赎 回 房 屋 ， 就 必 在 你 所 估 定 的 价 值 以 外 加 上 五 分 之 一 ， 房 屋 仍 旧 归 他 。

16 A nd if a man hallow to Jehovah of a field of his possession, thy valuation shall be according to what may be sown in it: the homer of barley seed at fifty shekels of silver.

人 若 将 承 受 为 业 的 几 分 地 分 别 为 圣 ， 归 给 耶 和 华 ， 你 要 按 这 地 撒 种 多 少 估 定 价 值 ， 若 撒 大 麦 一 贺 梅 珥 ， 要 估 价 五 十 舍 客 勒 。

17 I f he hallow his field from the year of jubilee, according to thy valuation shall it stand;

他 若 从 禧 年 将 地 分 别 为 圣 ， 就 要 以 你 所 估 定 的 价 为 定 。

18 b ut if he hallow his field after the jubilee, then the priest shall reckon unto him the money according to the years that remain, until the year of the jubilee; and there shall be a reduction from thy valuation.

倘 若 他 在 禧 年 以 後 将 地 分 别 为 圣 ， 祭 司 就 要 按 着 未 到 禧 年 所 剩 的 年 数 推 算 价 值 ， 也 要 从 你 所 估 的 减 去 价 值 。

19 A nd if he that hallowed the field will in any wise redeem it, he shall add the fifth of the money of thy valuation unto it, and it shall be assured to him;

将 地 分 别 为 圣 的 人 若 定 要 把 地 赎 回 ， 他 便 要 在 你 所 估 的 价 值 以 外 加 上 五 分 之 一 ， 地 就 准 定 归 他 。

20 b ut if he do not redeem the field, or if he sell the field to another man, it cannot be redeemed any more;

他 若 不 赎 回 那 地 ， 或 是 将 地 卖 给 别 人 ， 就 再 不 能 赎 了 。

21 a nd the field, when it goeth out in the jubilee, shall be holy to Jehovah, as a field devoted; the possession thereof shall be the priest's.

但 到 了 禧 年 ， 那 地 从 买 主 手 下 出 来 的 时 候 ， 就 要 归 耶 和 华 为 圣 ， 和 永 献 的 地 一 样 ， 要 归 祭 司 为 业 。

22 A nd if he hallow to Jehovah a field that he hath bought, which is not of the fields of his possession,

他 若 将 所 买 的 一 块 地 ， 不 是 承 受 为 业 的 ， 分 别 为 圣 归 给 耶 和 华 ，

23 t he priest shall reckon unto him the amount of thy valuation, unto the year of the jubilee; and he shall give thy valuation on that day, holy to Jehovah.

祭 司 就 要 将 你 所 估 的 价 值 给 他 推 算 到 禧 年 。 当 日 ， 他 要 以 你 所 估 的 价 银 为 圣 ， 归 给 耶 和 华 。

24 I n the year of the jubilee the field shall return unto him of whom it was bought—to him to whom the land belonged.

到 了 禧 年 ， 那 地 要 归 卖 主 ， 就 是 那 承 受 为 业 的 原 主 。

25 A nd all thy valuation shall be according to the shekel of the sanctuary: twenty gerahs shall be the shekel.

凡 你 所 估 定 的 价 银 都 要 按 着 圣 所 的 平 ： 二 十 季 拉 为 一 舍 客 勒 。

26 O nly the firstling which is offered as firstling to Jehovah among the cattle, that shall no man hallow, whether it be ox or sheep; it is Jehovah's.

惟 独 牲 畜 中 头 生 的 ， 无 论 是 牛 是 羊 ， 既 归 耶 和 华 ， 谁 也 不 可 再 分 别 为 圣 ， 因 为 这 是 耶 和 华 的 。

27 B ut if it be of an unclean beast, then he shall ransom it according to thy valuation, and shall add a fifth of it thereto; and if it be not redeemed, it shall be sold according to thy valuation.

若 是 不 洁 净 的 牲 畜 生 的 ， 就 要 按 你 所 估 定 的 价 值 加 上 五 分 之 一 赎 回 ； 若 不 赎 回 ， 就 要 按 你 所 估 定 的 价 值 卖 了 。

28 N otwithstanding, no devoted thing that a man hath devoted to Jehovah of all that he hath, of man or beast, or of the field of his possession, shall be sold or redeemed: every devoted thing is most holy to Jehovah.

但 一 切 永 献 的 ， 就 是 人 从 他 所 有 永 献 给 耶 和 华 的 ， 无 论 是 人 ， 是 牲 畜 ， 是 他 承 受 为 业 的 地 ， 都 不 可 卖 ， 也 不 可 赎 。 凡 永 献 的 是 归 给 耶 和 华 为 至 圣 。

29 N othing devoted, which shall be devoted from among men, shall be ransomed: it shall certainly be put to death.

凡 从 人 中 当 灭 的 都 不 可 赎 ， 必 被 治 死 。

30 A nd as to every tithe of the land, of the seed of the land, and of the fruit of the tree, it is Jehovah's: it is holy to Jehovah.

地 上 所 有 的 ， 无 论 是 地 上 的 种 子 是 树 上 的 果 子 ， 十 分 之 一 是 耶 和 华 的 ， 是 归 给 耶 和 华 为 圣 的 。

31 A nd if any one will at all redeem of his tithes, he shall add thereto the fifth thereof.

人 若 要 赎 这 十 分 之 一 的 甚 麽 物 ， 就 要 加 上 五 分 之 一 。

32 A nd as to every tithe of the herd, or of the flock, of whatever passeth under the rod, the tenth shall be holy to Jehovah.

凡 牛 群 羊 群 中 ， 一 切 从 杖 下 经 过 的 ， 每 第 十 只 要 归 给 耶 和 华 为 圣 。

33 H e shall not search whether it be good or bad, neither shall he change it; and if he change it at all, then both it and the exchange thereof shall be holy; it shall not be redeemed.

不 可 问 是 好 是 坏 ， 也 不 可 更 换 ； 若 定 要 更 换 ， 所 更 换 的 与 本 来 的 牲 畜 都 要 成 为 圣 ， 不 可 赎 回 。

34 T hese are the commandments which Jehovah commanded Moses for the children of Israel upon mount Sinai.

这 就 是 耶 和 华 在 西 乃 山 为 以 色 列 人 所 吩 咐 摩 西 的 命 令 。
