1 A nd he made a brazen altar: its length was twenty cubits, and its breadth twenty cubits, and its height ten cubits.

وَصَنَعَ سُلَيْمانُ مَذبَحاً مِنْ بُرونْزٍ طُولُهُ عِشرُونَ ذِراعاً، وَعَرضُهُ عِشرُونَ ذِراعاً، وَارتِفاعُهُ عَشرُ أذرُعٍ.

2 A nd he made the sea, molten, ten cubits from brim to brim, round all about; and its height was five cubits; and a line of thirty cubits encompassed it round about.

ثُمَّ صَنَعَ خَزّاناً كَبِيراً مُستَدِيراً مِنْ بُرونْزٍ مَسبُوكٍ قُطرُهُ عَشْرُ أذرُعٍ وَطُولُهُ خَمسَ أذرُعٍ وَمُحِيطُهُ ثَلاثِينَ ذِراعاً.

3 A nd under it was the similitude of oxen, encompassing it round about, ten in a cubit enclosing the sea round about, two rows of oxen, cast when it was cast.

وَتَحتَ حافَّةِ الخَزّانِ البُرونْزِيِّ سُبِكَتْ صُوَرٌ لِثِيرانٍ فِي صَفِّينِ بِطُولِ عَشْرُ أذرُعٍ حَولَ الخَزّانِ.

4 I t stood upon twelve oxen, three looking toward the north, and three looking toward the west, and three looking toward the south, and three looking toward the east; and the sea was above upon them, and all their hinder parts were inward.

وَانتَصَبَ الخَزّانُ فَوقَ تَماثِيلِ الثِّيرانِ الاثنَي عَشَرَ. وَكانَتْ وُجُوهُ ثَلاثَةِ ثِيرانٍ نَحوَ الشِّمالِ، وَثَلاثَةٍ نَحوَ الغَربِ، وَثَلاثَةٍ نَحوَ الجَنُوبِ، وَثَلاثَةٍ نَحوَ الشَّرقِ. فَارتَكَزَ الخَزّانُ عَلَيها، وَهِيَ تَقفُ وَظُهُورُها نَحوَ الدّاخِلِ.

5 A nd its thickness was a hand-breadth, and its brim like the work of the brim of a cup, with lily-blossoms; in capacity it held three thousand baths.

أمّا سُمْكُ الخَزّانِ فَكانَ شِبْراً واحِداً. وَكانَتِ القَناةُ المُحِيطَةُ بِالخَزّانِ أشبَهَ بِحافَّةِ كَأْسٍ، أوْ وُرَيقاتِ زَهْرَةٍ. وَيَتَّسِعُ الخَزَّانُ لِنَحْوِ ثَلاثَةِ آلافِ صَفِيحَةٍ.

6 A nd he made ten lavers, and put five on the right and five on the left, to wash in them: they rinsed in them what they prepared for the burnt-offering; and the sea was for the priests to wash in.

وَصَنَعَ عَشْرَةَ أحْواضٍ لِغَسلِ الأدَواتِ الَّتِي تُسْتَخْدَمُ لِتَقْدِيمِ التَّقْدِماتِ وَالذَّبائِحِ. وَضَعَ خَمسَةً مِنها عَنْ يَمِينِ الخَزّانِ الكَبِيرِ وَخَمسَةً عَنْ يَسارِهِ. أمّا الخَزّانُ الكَبِيرُ فَلاغْتِسالِ الكَهَنَةِ قَبلَ تَقديمِهِمْ للذَّبائِحِ.

7 A nd he made ten candlesticks of gold according to the ordinance respecting them, and set them in the temple, five on the right hand and five on the left.

وَصَنَعَ سُلَيْمانُ عَشَرَ منائِرَ مِنَ الذَّهَبِ حَسَبَ التَّصمِيمِ الَّذِي وُضِعَ لَها. وَوَضَعَها فِي الهَيكَلِ – خَمسَ مَنائِرَ إلَى اليَمِينِ وَخَمسَاً إلَى اليَسارِ.

8 A nd he made ten tables, and placed them in the temple, five on the right hand and five on the left. And he made a hundred golden bowls.

وَصَنَعَ أيضاً عَشْرَ مَوائِدَ وَوَضَعَها فِي الهَيكَلِ: خَمسَ مَوائِدَ إلَى اليَمِين وَخَمساً إلَى اليَسار. وَصَنَعَ مِئَةَ طاسَةٍ مِنَ الذَّهَبِ.

9 A nd he made the court of the priests, and the great court, and doors for the court, and overlaid the doors thereof with bronze.

وَأقامَ أيضاً ساحَةَ الكَهَنَةِ وَالسّاحَةَ الكَبيرَةِ وَأبوابَهُما. وَغَشَّى الأبوابَ الَّتِي تُفضِي إلَى السّاحَةِ بِالبُرونْزِ.

10 A nd he set the sea on the right side eastward, over against the south.

ثُمَّ وَضَعَ الخَزّانَ الكَبيرَ عَنْ يَمِينِ بَيتِ اللهِ، في الجانبِ الجَنُوبِيِّ.

11 A nd Huram made the pots and the shovels and the bowls. So Huram ended doing the work that he made for king Solomon in the house of God:

وَعَمِلَ حُورامُ القُدُورَ وَالمَجارِفَ وَالطّاساتِ. وَأكمَلَ العَمَلَ الَّذِي كَلَّفَهُ به سُلَيْمانُ فِي بَيتِ اللهِ.

12 t wo pillars, and the globes and the capitals on the top of the pillars, two; and the two networks, to cover the two globes of the capitals which were on the top of the pillars;

صَنَعَ حُورامُ العَمُودَيْنِ وَالتّاجَيْنِ الكَبيرَيْنِ عَلَى الجُزأيْنِ العُلْويَّينِ مِنَ العَمُودَيْنِ. وَصَنَعَ صَفَّيْنِ مِنَ الزِّينَةِ يُغَطِّيانِ التّاجَيْنِ الكَبِيرَيْنِ عَلَى الجُزأيْنِ العُلْوِيَّينِ مِنَ العَمُودَيْنِ،

13 a nd the four hundred pomegranates for the two networks, two rows of pomegranates for one network, to cover the two globes of the capitals which were upon the pillars.

وَأربَعَ مِئَةِ رُمّانَةٍ لِشَبَكَتَيِّ الزِّينَة. فَكانَ هُناكَ صَفّانِ مِنَ الرُّمّانِ لِشَبَكَتَيِّ الزّينَةِ. وَغَطَّتِ الشَّبَكَتانِ التّاجَيْنِ الكَبيرَينِ عَلَى الجُزأينِ العُلوِيَّين منَ العَمُودَينِ.

14 A nd he made the bases, and he made the lavers on the bases;

وَصَنَعَ الأحْواضَ وَالقَواعِدَ الَّتِي تَحتَها.

15 o ne sea, and the twelve oxen under it.

وَصَنَعَ الخَزّانَ الكَبِيرَ وَالاثنَي عَشَرَ ثَوراً تَحتَ الخَزّانِ.

16 A nd the pots, and the shovels, and the forks, and all their instruments did Huram Abiv make king Solomon for the house of Jehovah, of bright brass.

وَصَنَعَ مِنْ بُرونْزٍ مَصقُولٍ القُدُورَ وَالمَجارِفَ وَالمَناشِلَ وَكُلَّ الأدَواتِ الَّتِي أوكَلَهُ المَلكُ سُلَيْمانُ بِصُنْعِها لِبَيتِ اللهِ.

17 I n the plain of the Jordan did the king cast them, in the clay-ground between Succoth and Zeredathah.

سَكَبَ المَلِكُ سُلَيْمانُ هَذِهِ الأدَواتِ فِي قَوالِبَ خَزَفيَّةٍ صُنِعَتْ فِي وادِي الأُردُنِّ بَينَ سَكُّوتَ وَصَرَدَةَ.

18 A nd Solomon made all these vessels in great number; for the weight of the brass was not ascertained.

وَصَنَعَ سُلَيْمانُ عَدَداً كَبِيراً جدّاً مِنْ هَذِه الأدَواتِ حَتَّى إنَّ أحَداً لَمْ يُحاوِلْ أنْ يَزِنَ البُرونْزَ الَّذي استَخدَمَهُ.

19 A nd Solomon made all the vessels that were the house of God: the golden altar; and the tables whereon was the shewbread;

وَصَنَعَ لَوازِمَ بَيتِ اللهِ. فَصَنَعَ المَذبَحَ الذَّهَبِيَّ وَالمَوائِدَ لِخُبْزِ حَضرَةِ اللهِ.

20 a nd the candlesticks with their lamps to burn according to the ordinance before the oracle, of pure gold;

وَصَنَعَ المَنائِرَ وَسُرُجَها مِنْ ذَهَبٍ نَقِيٍّ لِتُضِيءَ أمامَ قُدْسِ الأقداسِ فِي الدّاخلِ حَسَبَ التَّصمِيمِ المَرسُومِ.

21 a nd the flowers, and the lamps, and the tongs, of gold (it was perfect gold);

وَصَنَعَ الأزهارَ وَالمَنائِرَ وَالمَلاقِطَ مِنْ ذَهَبٍ نَقِيٍّ.

22 a nd the knives, and the bowls, and the cups, and the censers, of pure gold; and the entrance of the house, the inner folding-doors thereof for the most holy place, and the doors of the house, of the temple, of gold.

وَصَنَعَ أدَواتِ التَّشذِيبِ وَالطّاساتِ وَالصُّحُونَ وَالمَباخرَ مِنْ ذَهَبٍ نَقِيٍّ. وَصَنَعَ أبوابَ الهَيكَلِ وَالأبوابَ الدّاخِلِيَّةَ لِقُدسِ الأقداسِ وَأبوابَ الحُجْرَةِ الرَّئِيسيَّةِ مِنْ ذَهَبٍ نَقِيٍّ.
