1 I will praise thee, O Lord, with my whole heart; I will shew forth all thy marvellous works.

بِكُلِّ قَلْبِي سَأُسَبِّحُ اللهَ. سَأُعَدِّدُ كُلَّ أعمالِهِ العَجِيبَةِ.

2 I will be glad and rejoice in thee: I will sing praise to thy name, O thou most High.

بِكَ سَأسعَدُ وَأبتَهِجُ أيُّها العَلِيُّ. وَأُرَنِّمُ مَزامِيرَ تَسبِيحاً لاسْمِكَ.

3 W hen mine enemies are turned back, they shall fall and perish at thy presence.

بِفَضلِكَ يَرتَدُّ أعدائِي وَيَفِرُّونَ، وَيَسقُطُونَ وَيُقتَلُونَ أمامَكَ.

4 F or thou hast maintained my right and my cause; thou satest in the throne judging right.

فَإنَّكَ قَضَيْتَ لِي، جَلَسْتَ عَلَى الكُرسِيِّ قاضِياً عادِلاً.

5 T hou hast rebuked the heathen, thou hast destroyed the wicked, thou hast put out their name for ever and ever.

وَبَّخْتَ الأُمَمَ الغَرِيبَةَ. أهلَكْتَ الأشْرارَ، وَمَحَوْتَ اسْمَهُمْ إلَى أبَدِ الآبِدِينَ.

6 O thou enemy, destructions are come to a perpetual end: and thou hast destroyed cities; their memorial is perished with them.

قُضِيَ عَلَى العَدُوِّ! خَرِبَتْ إلَى الأبَدِ مُدُنُهُمْ. اسْتَأْصَلْتَهُمْ مِنْها. أبَدْتَ كُلَّ ذِكْرٍ لَهُمْ.

7 B ut the Lord shall endure for ever: he hath prepared his throne for judgment.

أمّا اللهُ ، فَعَلَى عَرْشِهِ إلَى الأبَدِ. جَعَلَ عَرْشَهُ كُرسِيَّ عَدلٍ.

8 A nd he shall judge the world in righteousness, he shall minister judgment to the people in uprightness.

وَهُوَ يَدِينُ العالَمَ بِعَدلٍ. يَدِينُ الأُمَمَ بِاسْتِقامَةٍ.

9 T he Lord also will be a refuge for the oppressed, a refuge in times of trouble.

فَلْيَكُنِ اللهُ مَلجَأً لِلمَسحُوقِينَ، مَلجَأً لَهُمْ فِي أزمِنَةِ الشِّدَّةِ.

10 A nd they that know thy name will put their trust in thee: for thou, Lord, hast not forsaken them that seek thee.

وَيَتَّكِلُ عَلَيكَ عارِفُو اسْمِكَ، لِأنَّ اللهَ لا يَتَخَلَّى عَنِ الَّذِينَ يَستَعِينُونَ بِهِ.

11 S ing praises to the Lord, which dwelleth in Zion: declare among the people his doings.

رَنِّمُوا تَرانِيمَ تَسبِيحٍ للهِ السّاكِنِ عَلَى جَبَلِ صِهْيَوْنَ. حَدِّثُوا الشُّعُوبَ عَنْ أعمالِهِ العَجِيبَةِ.

12 W hen he maketh inquisition for blood, he remembereth them: he forgetteth not the cry of the humble.

لا يَنسَى اللهُ السّاعِينَ إلَى الحُصُولِ عَلَى حَقِّهِمْ. لا يَنسَى المَساكِينَ المُتَّضِعِينَ الصّارِخِينَ إلَيهِ.

13 H ave mercy upon me, O Lord; consider my trouble which I suffer of them that hate me, thou that liftest me up from the gates of death:

ارحَمْنِي يا اللهُ! انْظُرْ كَيفَ يَضطَهِدُنِي أعدائِي. أنتَ مَنْ يَرفَعُنِي مِنْ أبوابِ المَوْتِ.

14 t hat I may shew forth all thy praise in the gates of the daughter of Zion: I will rejoice in thy salvation.

خَلِّصْنِي لِكَي أُرَنِّمَ تَسابِيحَكَ عِنْدَ أبوابِ العَزيزَةِ صِهْيَوْنَ وَأبتَهِجَ بِخَلاصِكَ.

15 T he heathen are sunk down in the pit that they made: in the net which they hid is their own foot taken.

وَقَعَتِ الشُّعُوبُ فِي الحُفْرَةِ الَّتِي حَفَرَتْها. عَلِقَتْ أقدامُهُمْ فِي الشَّبَكَةِ.

16 T he Lord is known by the judgment which he executeth: the wicked is snared in the work of his own hands. Higgaion. Selah.

لِيَعرِفَ النّاسُ أنَّ اللهَ عادِلٌ. يَعلَقُ الأشرارُ بِالمَصائِدِ الَّتِي يَصنَعُونَها لِلآخَرِينَ. خَلِّصْنِي مِنَ المَوْتِ. هِيجّايُونَ سِلاهْ

17 T he wicked shall be turned into hell, and all the nations that forget God.

لَيتَ الأشْرارَ، كُلُّ الَّذِينَ نَسُوا اللهَ، يَمضُونَ إلَى المَوْتِ.

18 F or the needy shall not alway be forgotten: the expectation of the poor shall not perish for ever.

لِأنَّ الفُقَراءَ المُحْتاجِينَ لَنْ يُنْسَوْا إلَى الأبَدِ. وَآمالُ البائِسِينَ لَنْ تُحَطَّمَ إلَى الأبَدِ.

19 A rise, O Lord; let not man prevail: let the heathen be judged in thy sight.

قُمْ يا اللهُ. لا تَدَعْ هَؤُلاءِ النّاسَ يَتَقَوَّوْا! وَلْتُحاكَمِ الشُّعُوبُ فِي حَضْرَتِكَ.

20 P ut them in fear, O Lord: that the nations may know themselves to be but men. Selah.

ضَعْ فِيهِمْ فَزَعاً يا اللهُ ، فَتَعرِفَ هَذِهِ الشُّعُوبُ أنَّهُمْ مُجَرَّدُ بَشَرٍ! سِلاهْ
