1 J ehová te oiga en el día de la angustia; El nombre del Dios de Jacob te defienda.

Jehovah answer thee in the day of trouble; the name of the God of Jacob protect thee;

2 T e envíe ayuda desde el santuario, Y desde Sión te sostenga.

May he send thee help from the sanctuary, and strengthen thee out of Zion;

3 H aga memoria de todas tus ofrendas, Y acepte tu holocausto. Selah

Remember all thine oblations, and accept thy burnt-offering; Selah.

4 T e dé conforme al deseo de tu corazón, Y cumpla todos tus planes.

Grant thee according to thy heart, and fulfil all thy counsels.

5 N osotros nos alegraremos de tu victoria, Y alzaremos pendón en el nombre de nuestro Dios; Conceda Jehová todas tus peticiones.

We will triumph in thy salvation, and in the name of our God will we set up our banners. Jehovah fulfil all thy petitions!

6 A hora reconozco que Jehová da la victoria a su ungido; Le responde desde sus santos cielos Con la potencia de su diestra victoriosa.

Now know I that Jehovah saveth his anointed; he answereth him from the heavens of his holiness, with the saving strength of his right hand.

7 U nos confían en carros, y otros en caballos; Mas nosotros del nombre de Jehová nuestro Dios nos acordamos.

Some make mention of chariots, and some of horses, but we of the name of Jehovah our God.

8 E llos flaquean y caen, Mas nosotros nos levantamos, y nos mantenemos en pie.

They are bowed down and fallen; but we are risen and stand upright.

9 ¡ Da la victoria al rey, oh Jehová! Óyenos el día en que te invoquemos.

Save, Jehovah! Let the king answer us in the day we call.
