1 S idaas daraaddeed, innagoo haysanna markhaatiyaal badan oo sida daruur u weyn oo inagu wareegsan, aynu iska dhigno culays kasta iyo dembiga dhibyaraanta inoogu dhegaya, oo aynu adkaysasho ku orodno tartanka ina hor yaal,

Let us also therefore, having so great a cloud of witnesses surrounding us, laying aside every weight, and sin which so easily entangles us, run with endurance the race that lies before us,

2 i nnagoo fiirinayna Ciise oo ah Bilaabaha iyo Dhammeeyaha rumaysadkeenna, kii farxaddii hor tiil daraaddeed u adkaystay iskutallaabta, isagoo fududaysanaya ceebta, oo fadhiistay midigta carshiga Ilaah. Edbinta

looking stedfastly on Jesus the leader and completer of faith: who, in view of the joy lying before him, endured cross, having despised shame, and is set down at the right hand of the throne of God.

3 H addaba ka fiirsada kii u adkaystay hadalkii ka geesta ahaa oo dembilayaasha inaydnaan daalin oo aanay nafihiinnu itaal beelin.

For consider well him who endured so great contradiction from sinners against himself, that ye be not weary, fainting in your minds.

4 I dinkoo dembi la dagaallamaya weli iskama aydnaan celin ilaa dhiig idinka daato.

Ye have not yet resisted unto blood, wrestling against sin.

5 W axaad illowdeen waanada idiinla hadasha sida wiilal oo kale. Wiilkaygiiyow, ha fududaysan Rabbiga edbintiisa, Hana itaal beelin kolkuu ku canaanto.

And ye have quite forgotten the exhortation which speaks to you as to sons: My son, despise not chastening of Lord, nor faint reproved by him;

6 W aayo, ka uu Rabbigu jecel yahay ayuu edbiyaa, Wuuna karbaashaa wiil kasta oo uu aqbalo.

for whom Lord loves he chastens, and scourges every son whom he receives.

7 U adkaysta edbinta. Ilaah wuxuu idiinla macaamiloodaa sida wiilal oo kale; waayo, waa wiilkee kan aanu aabbihii edbin?

Ye endure for chastening, God conducts himself towards you as towards sons; for who is the son that the father chastens not?

8 L aakiin haddaan laydinku edbin edbinta laga wada qayb galo, haddaba waxaad tihiin garacyo, oo wiilashiisii ma ihidin.

But if ye are without chastening, of which all have been made partakers, then are ye bastards, and not sons.

9 O o weliba waxaynu lahayn aabbayaal xagga jidhka ah, oo ina edbiyey, oo waynu maamuusnay. Miyaynan intaas in ka badan ka dambaynayn Aabbaha ruuxyada oo aynaan noolaannayn?

Moreover we have had the fathers of our flesh as chasteners, and we reverenced; shall we not much rather be in subjection to the Father of spirits, and live?

10 W aayo, iyagu dhawr maalmood ayay inoo edbiyeen sidii la wanaagsanayd, laakiin isagu wuxuu inoo edbiya si inoo faa'iido ah si aynu uga qayb galno quduusnimadiisa.

For they indeed chastened for a few days, as seemed good to them; but he for profit, in order to the partaking of his holiness.

11 E dbinina wakhtiga la joogo uma eka mid lagu farxo, laakiin waxay u eg tahay mid caloolxumo leh, laakiin dabadeedto waxay kuwii lagu edbiyey u dhashaa midho nabad iyo xaqnimo ah.

But no chastening at the time seems to be of joy, but of grief; but afterwards yields peaceful fruit of righteousness to those exercised by it.

12 S idaas daraaddeed xoogeeya gacmaha taagta daran iyo jilbaha tabarta yar.

Wherefore lift up the hands that hang down, and the failing knees;

13 C agihiinnana waddooyin toosan u sameeya si aan curyaanku u murkacan laakiin u bogsado. Digidda

and make straight paths for your feet, that that which is lame be not turned aside; but that rather it may be healed.

14 N abad kula dadaala dadka oo dhan, iyo quduusnaanta aan la'aanteed ninna Rabbiga arki doonin.

Pursue peace with all, and holiness, without which no one shall see the Lord:

15 F iiro u yeesha si aan ninna u gaadhi waayin nimcada Ilaah, waaba intaasoo xidid qadhaadhi soo baxaa oo idin dhibaa, oo qaar badanu ku nijaasoobaane,

watching lest any one who lacks the grace of God; lest any root of bitterness springing up trouble, and many be defiled by it;

16 s i aan dhillay u jirin ama qof cibaado la' sidii Ceesaw oo ahaa kii curadnimadiisii kala baxay waxoogaa cunto ah.

lest any fornicator, or profane person, as Esau, who for one meal sold his birthright;

17 W aayo, waad og tihiin, xataa kolkuu dabadeedto jeclaaday inuu dhaxlo barakada, in loo diiday, in kastoo uu doondoonay, isagoo ilmo daadinaya, waayo, ma uu helin meel uu ka soo noqdo. Siyoonta Dunida Ah Iyo Tan Jannada Ah

for ye know that also afterwards, desiring to inherit the blessing, he was rejected, (for he found no place for repentance) although he sought it earnestly with tears.

18 W aayo, ma aydnaan iman buurtii la taaban karay, oo ololaysay, iyo madowgii, iyo gudcurkii, iyo duufaankii,

For ye have not come to that might be touched and was all on fire, and to obscurity, and darkness, and tempest,

19 i yo dhawaaqii buunka, iyo codkii erayada, oo ahaa codkii ay kuwii maqlay Muuse ka baryeen inaan eray dambe lagula hadlin.

and trumpet's sound, and voice of words; which they that heard, excusing themselves, declined word being addressed to them any more:

20 W aayo, uma ay adkaysan karin wixii lagu amray, markii lagu yidhi, Xataa haddii neef buurta taabto, waa la dhagxin doonaa.

(for they were not able to bear what was enjoined: And if a beast should touch the mountain, it shall be stoned;

21 M uuqashadiina cabsi intay ka qabtay Muuse wuxuu yidhi, Aad iyo aad baan u cabsanayaa oo waan gariirayaa.

and, so fearful was the sight, Moses said, I am exceedingly afraid and full of trembling;)

22 L aakiin idinku waxaad timaadeen Buur Siyoon iyo magaaladii Ilaaha nool oo ah Yeruusaalemtii jannada, oo waxaad u timaadeen guutooyin malaa'igo ah oo isu soo ururay,

but ye have come to mount Zion; and to city of living God, heavenly Jerusalem; and to myriads of angels,

23 i yo kiniisadda curadyada oo ku qoran jannada, iyo Ilaaha ah Xaakinka wax kasta, iyo ruuxyada kuwa qumman oo la kaamilay,

the universal gathering; and to assembly of the firstborn registered in heaven; and to God, judge of all; and to spirits of just made perfect;

24 i yo Ciise oo ah dhexdhexaadiyaha axdiga cusub, iyo dhiigga rushaynta oo u hadla si ka wanaagsan kii Haabiil.

and to Jesus, mediator of a new covenant; and to blood of sprinkling, speaking better than Abel.

25 D igtoonaada si aydnaan u diidin kan hadlaya; waayo, haddayan baxsan kuwii diiday kii dhulka ku waaniyey, si ka badan innaguna ma baxsan doonno haddaynu ka jeesanno kan jannada ka hadlaya,

See that ye refuse not him that speaks. For if those did not escape who had refused him who uttered the oracles on earth, much more we who turn away from him from heaven:

26 k an codkiisii wakhtigaas gariiriyey dhulka; laakiin hadda wuu ballanqaaday isagoo leh, Weliba mar kale ayaan gariirin doonaa dhulka, dhulka oo keliyana ma aha ee xataa samadana waan gariirin doonaa.

whose voice then shook the earth; but now he has promised, saying, Yet once will I shake not only the earth, but also the heaven.

27 E rayadii ahaa, Weliba mar kale, micnehoodu waxaa weeye in la qaadi doono waxyaalihii la gariiriyey sidii waxyaalo la sameeyey, si waxyaalihii aan la gariirinu u hadhaan.

But this Yet once, signifies the removing of what is shaken, as being made, that what is not shaken may remain.

28 S idaas daraaddeed innagoo helayna boqortooyo aan la gariirin karin, aynu mahadnaqno si aynu Ilaah uga farxinno innagoo cibaado iyo cabsi ugu adeegayna;

Wherefore let us, receiving a kingdom not to be shaken, have grace, by which let us serve God acceptably with reverence and fear.

29 w aayo, Ilaaheennu waa dab wax baabbi'iya.

For also our God a consuming fire.
