1 ¶ Praise doth rest in thee, O God, in Sion and unto thee shall the vow be performed.

Hỡi Đức Chúa Trời, tại Si-ôn người ta mong đợi ngợi khen Chúa; Họ sẽ trả sự hứa nguyện cho Chúa.

2 O thou that hearest prayer, unto thee shall all flesh come.

Hỡi Đấng nghe lời cầu nguyện, Các xác thịt đều sẽ đến cùng Ngài.

3 W ords of iniquity overwhelmed me, but thou shalt purge away our rebellion.

Sự gian ác thắng hơn tôi: Còn về sự vi phạm chúng tôi, Chúa sẽ tha thứ cho.

4 B lessed is the man whom thou dost choose and cause to approach unto thee that he may dwell in thy courts: we shall be satisfied with the goodness of thy house even of thy holy temple.

Phước thay cho người mà Chúa đã chọn và khiến đến gần, Đặng ở nơi hành lang Chúa: Chúng tôi sẽ được no nê vật tốt lành của nhà Chúa, Là đền thánh của Ngài.

5 W ith tremendous things in righteousness wilt thou answer us, O God of our saving health, who art the hope of all the ends of the earth and of those that are afar off upon the sea:

Hỡi Đức Chúa Trời về sự cứu rỗi chúng tôi, Chúa sẽ lấy việc đáng sợ mà đáp lại chúng tôi theo sự công bình; Chúa là sự tin cậy của các cùng tột trái đất, và của kẻ ở trên biển xa.

6 ¶ Thou art he who doth establish the mountains by thy strength, being girded with valour:

Chúa dùng quyền năng mình lập các núi vững chắc, Vì Chúa được thắt lưng bằng sức lực;

7 H e who stills the noise of the seas, the noise of their waves and the tumult of the Gentiles.

Chúa dẹp yên sự ầm ầm của biển, sự ồn ào của sóng nó, Và sự xao động của các dân.

8 T hey also that dwell in the uttermost parts are afraid at thy wonders; thou makest the outgoings of the morning and evening to rejoice.

Những kẻ ở nơi đầu cùng trái đất Thấy phép kỳ của Chúa, bèn sợ hãi; Chúa khiến buổi hừng đông và buổi chạng vạng mừng rỡ.

9 T hou dost visit the earth, and when thou hast caused it to want, thou dost greatly enrich it with the river of God, which is full of water; thou dost prepare their grain, according to thy will.

Chúa thăm viếng đất, và tưới ướt nó, Làm cho nó giàu có nhiều; Suối Đức Chúa Trời đầy nước. Khi Chúa chế đất, thì sắm sửa ngũ cốc cho loài người.

10 T hou dost water its rows abundantly; thou dost settle its furrows; thou dost make it soft with showers of rain; thou dost bless its sprouting.

Chúa tưới các đường cày nó, làm cục đất nó ra bằng, Lấy mưa tẩm nó cho mềm, và ban phước cho huê lợi của nó.

11 T hou dost crown the year with thy goodness, and thy clouds distill fatness.

Chúa lấy sự nhơn từ mình đội cho năm làm mão triều; Các bước Chúa đặt ra mỡ.

12 T hey fall upon the habitations of the wilderness; and the hills gird themselves with happiness.

Các bước Chúa đặt ra mỡ trên đồng cỏ của đồng vắng, Và các nổng đều thắt lưng bằng sự vui mừng.

13 T he plains clothe themselves with sheep, and the valleys cover themselves with grain; they give shouts of triumph, they even sing.

Đồng cỏ đều đầy bầy chiên, Các trũng được bao phủ bằng ngũ cốc; Khắp nơi ấy đều reo mừng, và hát xướng.
